Real Canadian Superstore

Have never had anything but negative interactions with self checkout attendants at this store. I understand retail sucks but the outwardly rude treatment is getting old.

Doing PC express pick up at this store is horrible. They are always behind and even if it says your order is on tike you still end up waiting and hour plus before it gets brought out to you. So normally I do delivery now. But my delivery today is 5hrs and counting late, I have tried to call the store multiple times and no one picks up. I have never had a good experience here but unfortunately it's the superstore thats the closest to me.

PC express pickup is Horrible horrible here.you would never get your item on time.whats the point use the service. I got here on time.and already waited more than 30m.it's passed my time slot.so slow.not a first time.it never get improved.they should take "express" out from the name.so disappointed.look at all the cars waiting pickup spot.

This place suuuuuuucks. The anti-theft measures make it feel like you're walking into a prison. Only having one door for a store this size, are you for real? The most hectic parking lot I think I've ever seen.

Have been calling for past 30 minutes, no one is answering the phone, happened many times before, so fed up at this point

Been visiting this particular store for 10 years now, competitively priced, I get all the products I want, know where the products are, friendly staff

A cashier Kalpana was really rude to me today. She charged me twice for pullover ($90.00) I asked her to make sure there is no mistake. She said that my pullover was $35.00 so you pay what you pay for. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant answer and experince. Unfortunately, there are some unprofessional people so make sure to check your receipt.

Why after the pandemic is over are we still filtering in one door? The parking is super packed and annoying

Always good and fresh stock of produce. Sections and aisles are clean and stocked. PC optimum card helps us earn points and save a lot of money. Helps save and collect points on fuel too. Love the Joe fresh collection. Pharmacy stock could be improved!

Busy place like other Superstores. The cashier was lovely and gave my daughter a sticker and coloring sheet.

It is a very busy warehouse type grocery store that serves a very large part of Calgary with many communities geared towards families. So, shopping at this location can be a disappointing experience for those wanting a one-stop shop rather than a quick grab.

We gave this location several tries at various time slots for our weekly weekend shopping runs but we've needed to hit up a second store and/or come back during the week to look if the items have been stocked. The department's we've had to turn back due to lack of stock have been fresh vegetables especially bulk items like mushrooms, eggs, dairy, sauces, and imported food staples (udon noodles and tofu) on weekends.

Two positives include their Joe Fresh department and Point-of-sales team. Has better selection of clothes, sizes, and better organized than other locations on this side of the Bow River.

Lots of free parking, its a Superstore so of course lots of selections of food, clothing, pharmacy, etc. I have dealt with this pharmacy and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Buying at Superstore is also a lot less expensive than other pharmacies Shopping for clothes is good because Superstore has their own clothing line, Joe Fresh, which is well made clothing at a reduced rate.
The International aisle is very very good, with lots of unique and popular items from other countries around the world

People for some reason in this location were rude and pushy. Same goes for the staff. Otherwise pretty good prices and options

The PC Express orders aren’t worth the fraudulent charges they place on your credit card. Bought $146 worth of groceries, was charged $146+$187. Food costs have gone up but if you use the click and collect option, you will be scammed and food costs have increased by 115% apparently.

The substituted products like getting a red pepper because ‘they are out of green’ and being charged way more is one thing. Having a store commit fraud is another.

Walmart has better quality for lower prices and I suggest going there as they don’t scam you.

Friendly staff and usually have a pretty good selection of foods to pick through. Pretty decent quality usually as well.

Its an okay place to go to for your food.not as great as costco though.they need to update their layout and dim down the lights more.

Staff is friendly. From grocery to medicine and clothes everything under one roof.

It was strange to see green-and-white superstore because all I saw before were blue-and-white. Other than that there was no difference between that one and any other.

Nice place to shop for food items. The place is well stock up and friendly staff. Recommended you drop by and look around buy befireyou buy something.

When I went there was a deer running around the store and the employees didn’t do anything about it they acted like it was a normal Tuesday please get better deer control in your stores.

Someone helped me pack my bags! Really took me back to when that was a more common occurance. Nice chat too, I love this place.

This store is so cheap that you now have to ask for plastic bags at the SELF CHECKOUT, like are you kidding me lool what's the matter you guys might lose 25 cents cause a customer needed an extra couple bags, ridiculous.

One of the Green Superstore. Great products Great Price.compared to other Big Grocery stores.qaulity of products is just perfect, collection is huge and well maintained clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Truly Real Canadian.

I noticed that this location does not carry as many varieties of vegetables as other superstore locations.

Truly un-Canadian to be at self checkout and NOT be able to put your groceries in a bag without having to wait for the associate to come sell you the bags and ring you for them. The lady was so busy with other issues and the lineup was getring too long. I asked why and as I assumed it is because some people do not pay for the bags. This was totally unacceptable and wrong. I will choose to not shop here if we are all under one umbrella of being considered thieves. The self checkout is supposedly a fast lane but this was far from it. Too bad.

The pharmacy team is very knowledgeable and always makes sure your prescriptions are taken care of in a timely manner with 100 % accuratecy

I have tried calling into this store on countless occasions only to have customer service put me on hold for over 30 minutes. It is a real shock to me that management can allow such incompetents in their store.

It’s the hood grocery store! If only I could buy my alcohol and yoghurt in the same aisle, but then I remember this isn’t Mexico and head to the licor store just across.

Prices are a bit higher, too crowded, lack of social distancing markers in aisles, poor checkout process, making you line up in one line for several checkouts, and blocks off self check out line, making it harder to access from different parts of the store. Friendly cashiers.

Produce was fine. Staff was nice. What the heck is going on with the occupancy numbers. We are in a pandemic. There are no directional arrows. The store is PACKED. Outrageous. Will not be going again.

I give the Store MINUS 4 STARS for NOT following Covid guidelines.

I went shopping today May 23rd 2021 the store was so packed as I was getting my groceries there were people reaching over me to grab items, People standing to close to everyone in general.

There is no security or sense of any control at least that I saw. I have reported this to the manager and got no response.

Mind you they have had multiple Covid out breaks in that location alone.

I use to go to this location all the time until today!

for shopping i honestly felt like I was in a mad rush as people out of control were coming at me in all directions not following any common sense during this time of Covid.

I would like to see more control over the public area for a sense of protection while we shop and at the very least having proper measures and people to help keep these measures in place.

It was utterly not worth going back to this location and I feel sorry for the workers that have to deal with this on a daily basis exposing themselves as well with no proper measure in place.

Shame on you LOBLAWS please take better measures to ensure a safer shopping place.

I don’t usually visit here because of my bad experience in the past, but today I don’t have a choice I’m in a hurry to grab some groceries and i can’t believe my experience is amazing, my cashier is super friendly and very nice her name is LILY If you would allowed i like to know her schedule she’s awesome you need more cashier like her.

I found the store clean and we'll stocked with everything I was looking for. Staff was helpful as well as following all covid rules.

After getting fined by AHS for not following COVID guidelines its better. But need to keep up with the shopping carts. People enter store to get a cart but none inside so need go back outside get one and then enter again for second time.

Super thoughtful! She cleaned the entire conveyer belt before we loaded our groceries on. She made sure my newly purchased towels were in its own separate bag to keep them clean. Made sure my raw meat was so in its own separate bag.

There was a cashier named anand. He did an amazing job. He was too polite and humble. He cleaned the till and sanitized it very well. He helped me in packing my grocery as well. I love shopping at this store.

Won't ever order PC Express from this location again! We placed an order back in November and picked it up. Got home to discover the peppers were completely rotted! Wondered why the bag was full of liquid and just thought snow had got inside as it was snowing that morning nope the entire top of the peppers was full of mold and completely caved in. We also ordered a bag of sweet potatoes. These as well were full of mold and so soft you couldn't peel them. Here we are two months later and still no one has responded to me about the disgrace of this order. Those items should not have been on the shelf for sale and the picker should have known better than to pick items of that condition for a customer. With everything that is going on no one can afford to waste $20 because someone can't be bothered to ensure the product is fit to sell!

Usually very busy, few people following social distancing protocols. The staff often seem very miserable or cranky. But can't beat those prices and sales!

Worst store, people were waiting inline all the way to the back for 1 cashier and a very long line for doing it yourself.
Put all my groceries back and walked out.

Horrible experience at self-checkout. Asked the lady in charge this morning to help with inputting the code for produce and she told me I had to find the code myself. Rude and unhelpful. Had to go to regular checkout while there was a huge line up just to buy the rest of my groceries since she would not help input the code for produce items. Wasted an extra 20 minutes in the store when I could’ve been out the door sooner. Staff at self checkout just stood there talking to each other when I was looking for help. As I was leaving the store she helped others put the code in for produce items and they were able to pay and leave right away. Distasteful experience. I always use self checkout and this is the first time staff there were useless.

Some of the cashiers dont even scan your pc optimum card properly therefore you miss the points.

One of the nicer Superstores around. Stock of fresh produce and variety of goods for your daily groceries or household needs. I wish it wasn't as tough to find a parking space though.it is always full of cars. Definitely recommend.

I have been to many superstores but the quality of the produce in this one is just horrible. If you want to get onions that aren't rotten I suggest you take to 2 mins to drive to Sobeys around the corner.

Why are they making all customers enter and exit through one door? This would definitely increase risk from covid.

Well maintained, easy to find what you're looking for they keep it clean and are on top of all disinfectant

Moved to the NE and began using the PC Express at this location. My first time using it, my order was delayed and I waited for just over an hour in the parking stall. Second time, and last time, I was told to come the next day because they were behind, and when I showed up the next day, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in the parking stall. I completely understand the current situation in the world, but they clearly are accepting way more orders than they can handle which is drastically hurting their customer service.
