Real Canadian Superstore

I usually shop at Costco which has their brands so coming here was certainly a treat with its plenty of variety of products.
I was rather surprised with the thin cuts of steaks but all is good.
I'll be back.

Washrooms are disgusting especially if you have kids. Store is generally clean, the layout is a bit chaotic.

Great selection, easy to navigate, excellent pricing. Been coming here a long time, and no complaints.

Great staff, best quality of produce in Spruce Grove. I have lived Spruce Grove for over 25 years, it’s a gem.

The store is not bad, most things are easy to find, I just hate there parking. It's always difficult to find an available handicap parking space.

They do not enforce customers wearing masks. Sad for us that are concerned about wearing masks so we dont transfer any sickness to others. Even if it is a cold or flu. Respect is not seen here.

Standard superstore. Cashiers are generally friendly if you are pleasant with them

I rarely go in, I normally use click and collect.

Assistant store manager is rude, yells at her employees and is just all around a terrible, HORRIBLE person.

Worked here a few months and it was the absolute WORST job I’ve ever had, because of the ASM. BEWARE.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I do like shopping at superstore, but I really get frustrated when I use the click and collect service and either the card on file “doesn’t work” (totally enough money on the card) or my order is wrong. That said those wrong order instances don’t happen every single time…. But it IS incredibly annoying to have missing items and also items I didn’t order because I got someone else’s bag. ALL that aside…. It’s still my go to place. They have great selection and great sales.

One thing I do NOT recommend is the pharmacy. MANY problems, delays and miscommunications. I once stood in the waiting area with 3 other people who were furious because they had called in their prescriptions days before and when they came to pick up it was still not ready. This happens to me as well and it’s maddening. I am hesitant and nervous to use the pharmacy which makes it more work for me because I then have to take my business elsewhere. I wish they could get it together…. It’s been a few years of the same problems. They need to get it sorted….

But overall…. I still prefer this store for my everyday shopping.

We have shopped Superstore for many years, even tho very often they are out of advertised items or items that are on our shopping list. In general prices are good, but it still pays to check flyers from other stores. For the most part, their PC brand is quite good.
One has to be careful to check the shelf prices. Sometimes you are required to buy 2 or 3 of an item to get a cheaper price; other times you are limited to buy 2 or 3 to get the cheaper price.
It does have a deli counter.

Fruit never lasts, strawberries and grapes are the worst. Considering how busy this place is their washrooms need a huge update and I think they can afford it. Their washrooms are horrrrrrible. Customer service staff are always nice but it's very hit and miss with the cashiers. Some are just so uninviting! Maybe having to wear a mask all day and having extra steps have contributed to that?

Groceries are a pretty good price although I'm not in favor of multiple pricing. I only wish that they had more signage. They used to have a sheet at the beginning of the aisle for the product that was there I haven't seen that for a long time. Would certainly make it easier for us Seniors

It was busy. People were not cleaning check out screens or machines between customers. People going every which direction

They consistently put their aloe Vera out of the shelves with the fruits when they are supposed to be refrigerated. Twice I purchased aloe leaves from them and the inside was completely pink. I started buying them from Walmart and the inside is always clear - as they should be. The difference? Walmart refrigerates them.

Superstore is a pretty good good store, there prices on some things is less then other stores, having said that though you have to watch and know your prices. I think they have done there best to keep things clean and disinfected during Covid. At least the one in Spruce Grove is like that.

The staff are not the most helpful or nice. Its and okay store but I rather go somewhere else less crowded and with better staff

What can I say. It's the Superstore. This one is clean and well stocked so it's our go to place for groceries

Too busy.not enough stock. Always have to wait for someone to help you. I have too go to another store too pick up the rest of my groceries which in a pandemic you shouldn't be going store to store.staff are nice but lack of management for ordering products too fill the shelves as it is not only Spruce Grove residents shop there.people in the surrounding areas shop there too.

The selections and prices are great. I see lot of clearance stuff compare to other stores. It wasn't too crowded as well at this time so good for shopping.

The Spruce Grove store did a reset that eliminated a lot of International products for more mainstream products and also replaced higher quality items with lower quality items. Now I need to go into the city to get things that I could normally pick up here.

There was a super long lineup for the tellers but it went so fast. It was just meant to help keep people distanced. Superstore had a little of everything for last minute shopping.

The store's prices are the same as other store's your better to shop at home unless your out for a drive stuff is over priced I hate to say it but your better to shop at Walmart at least there stuff isn't over priced.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! BEEN TRYING TO DO CLICK AND COLLECT FOR A WEEK WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS, WITH OUT PROBLEMS, AND I JUST GET A RUN AROUND!

Lots of selection, stop here all the time when in Spruce Grove. Last visit had issues with self check out and the customer service instead of helping barked and argued with us, had to hold the wife back she was very pi$t.

Had the turkey I was looking for, line up to pay was long but with social distancing it looks worse than it is. Got thru fairly quick. Shelves were all full.

Most times it is a good place to shop. A bit annoyed that I didnt get my free gift this week. Covid friendly too

Click and collect, which I used to love, is increasingly disappointing. Often claiming common items are unavailable making the pick less convenient. More than once I have gone in after picking up to find the item they excluded, claiming it was unavailable. And when you've had enough and want to cancel your order because they "don't have" the things you are particularly shopping for, they charge $10 cancellation fee. The lost art of customer service cannot be found at the Real Canadian superstore in Spruce Grove, unfortunately.

The checkout system doesn't work very well and not enough though was put into the design. I become stressed each time we do a large buy. There is no room to bag as the cashier whips the products through especially if someone is still bagging beside you. There is nowhere to place our bags as I fill then as my wife is still emptying the cart and must put them on the floor. A redesign is needed.

There is absolutely no scientific evidence masks are effective in anything yet a complete control measures. I will never step into this store again. You are destroying staffs lives by enforcing them. Shame!

Their selection of organic foods is growing which is nice. The Joe Fresh clothing line is very cute for kids and we love the Ready-to-Eat samosas.

Closest grocery store but beware of the parking lot flooding on rain days haha park on high ground away from the front doors - sorry but true

Much less busy than the superstore in Edmonton that I am used to! This is a clean place with great selection accross all departments!

They are relying too much on self checkouts. It's enough that I have to bag my own groceries. Hire more staff for the tills
