Their pharmacy is super annoying to deal with though. Not very LGBTQ+ Friendly and super slow

Love Superstore! Lots of variety.prices are getting tough everywhere but that's just the way it is.

Went shopping for plants, they had lots of variety. There were some plants that looked pretty sad, but for the most part they looked well taken care of. The staff at the checkout was friendly and put our plants into a tray for us.

Great staff but the prices have gotten ridiculous and will be going back to Walmart to shop.

You need to tell your employees that when they use the washroom to wash their hands when they are done. I watched a staff member come out of one of the stalls in the men's washroom and not stop at the sink as I was drying my hands. I then watch him walk down and start touching food products with them same hands. Maybe have them take a safe handling course.

A big grocery store. Can find almost anything you need. A huge selection of ethnic foods as well.

Picked up Flash Foods, employee was friendly and helpful but took 5 minutes for someone to help.

Need to work on customer service, don’t answer the phone if you aren’t good with customers. Or find a new job.

I really like this store, produce is nice and looks fresh. Staff that work at the bank are very nice and knowledgeable.

I always get a great service here. I use it for both business and personal shopping and over all the price's are some of the best in town. The staff are amazing and they usaully have a fair amount of check out lanes open.

I have got some very large, bulk purchases here and they ring it thru with a smile. I have had to make last minute dashes into the store for a fair bit of stock and they still serve me with good additude.

The customer service desk is actually very quick and efficient and they will even get someone to help you take your groceries out if you are unable to if you ask nicely!

Always my go to store, the bakery is very fresh and lets you place an order the day before if you need it!

If you’re going to take away the bags on self checkout make sure you put an employee who actually asks if you want bags there Not the lady who was working at 4: 30pm Dec 13/22 having her back facing the checkouts so she doesn’t have to do the simple task of asking people if they need a bag. And yes I realize that I can use a cashier but I’d rather not wait in the long lineup to have to bag my own items anyway. Bring back the younger blonde lady who is more than happy to help you.

I love this store especially for their home furnishings section. The selection is very good. Also the Joe Fresh department does not disappoint! Grocery selection is also great!

Staff are polite and warm. This location serves many products for our dietary needs! And they have great local specials!

Excellent selection. Probably the busiest grocery store in town though. Don't go Saturday.
