My husband and I called and emailed multiple times about a property and never got a response, still have not. But we have found another place and will not use this company ever. A simple call back or email back to mention the property was off the market or any kind of communication would have been beneficial.

We are not in your client list because there was ZERO contact back. We could have been and would have been, but there was no response for over a week and we finally noticed the listing was removed.

I used Real Property Management Results in Edmonton for my rental house. I found that they placed horrible tenants in my property who not only damaged my property but ended up having to be served with eviction for non payment of rent. This was a huge problem for me but not for the management company as they just charged more fees to be paid to themselves.
They also claim that they will take care of maintenance issues for you. I would advise any owners to be very cautious. What I found is without notifying me of the issues, they hired over priced contractors and then gouged for the cost, with RPM taking a percentage of that cost for themselves. The more they charge the property owner, the more they make for themselves. For example, I was charged $567.53 for Pest control even though the property manager absolutely knew that I already had a company that I used for pest control (my company cost $163.34). When I complained, the property manager told me that "this must have been a mistake on our end and I will get the accountant to refund that amount". They never did refund my money. They also charged me over $400 for an electrician to show up on a weekday afternoon and change two fuses. When I complained to RPM, nothing was done. When I complained to the electrician, the electrician refunded some of my money himself. RPM did nothing.
Finally, after initially placing this review, RPM replied that I was "verbally abusive". I have no idea what they are referring to but I guess that is their way of trying to deflect the facts. I still have not received the refund of $567.53 that I was promised.

I have had nothing but problems with Isabela since she took over for Tanya. Every time we have been in contact, she’s either calling me by the wrong name or getting times mixed up. She’s contacted me thinking I was a different tenant. She gave me a time and date to be at the move out inspection AFTER missing our original one and if i couldn’t make it due to work she told me to just slide the keys under the door so that she can do it ALONE. Doesn’t read things through carefully to make sure she’s contacting the right person or that she’s sending the right email. She just seems very unorganized and all over the place. Very frustrating considering I was nothing but nice and willing to work with her until I started getting pushed around and had enough of it.
