Walked in this morning at 11, staff huddled around the register. No one addressed or said hello. We were the only ones in the shop. Thank you I’ll take my business elsewhere

Had an issue last minute with my brakes, the service department was super helpful and had me back on the road quit quickly. They also gave the bike a once over, with proper air pressure ect while they repair it. Would definitely use them again!

Has to be the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Seriously go elsewhere they could care less about you.

Was able to select bikes online. They were ready at the planned time and we were off.
Helmets and locks included.
At our request we were given a tool kit that we did not have to use (yay!)
Had a great day of riding to Banff, around the area, and then back with plenty of battery to spare.
Drop off was quick and easy.

Walked in with a flat tire in hand.
I was patiently waiting for 10 minutes to be attended to. Not a greeting by either of the staff of five. Two other patrons was being helped.
I walked out and finally someone for repairs ran after me and called me back while I was outside. I refused service from that store and was helped by the friendly rental staff outside.
To be unassuming, I'm an Asian adult vacationing with family. I did not receive service to rate them appropriately.

What a great shopping experience! The staff was awesome and I left with the bike I wanted! Would recommend to everyone

We rented a couple bikes for the day. Staff was super friendly and gave us some local knowledge of some of the amazing places to see while biking.

Overdue thanks to Rebound staff and Damien who helped me box up my bike for shipping after coming off the BC1000 bike packing route from Vancouver. Arrived at the height of summer madness (Labor Day) and he found a box, let me yard-sale my gear in the parking lot and got me a taxi to the bus. Rebound is the best!

Great staff and service. I switched from mountain bike to hybrid on my rental and they refunded the difference without even my needing to ask. Then they added air to the tires as I was going to just be on pavement and not trail riding. Nice to have that careful attention to detail.
