Red Arrow have an online booking that I suggest to everyone to use and easy as popping a balloon. Redarrow.ca.from your Browser, the just follow the instructions a d you will get to where you want within there RANGE limits. Friendly and on board charging systems on every seats in front of you. USB and 120volt outlets, on top they provide complementary drink and small snack.

Friendly helpful staff. Boarded downtown across from the Max Bell center. Update office now located at 5 st and 5 Ave swift

Fair prices. Online prices are better though. Closes early but still uses as a bus stop so make sure you have you ride ready unless you wanna wait in the cold.

Suitable. Staff was very kurdt and seemed to not want to deal with my unfamiliarity with their schedule and the ambiguity in which the driver left me over a muffled message. I miss greyhound, when I deal with red arrow. I dont think the free pop and cookies is worth the 60$ higher ticket price, in the nineties.at least my ticket was only twenty dollars more than the 60 dollars more than greyhound was when it closed. There has to be some sort of alternative, if there isn't already.

I was planning on taking a flight, but last minute decided to book a bus trip with red arrow instead, and I'm so glad I did.
They were punctual, the service on point, buses clean, very well maintained and comfortable. Organised during onboarding and at the rest stop, I definitely see myself travelling with Red Arrow again.

Impressive little bus station. Very clean (frequently sanitized), friendly staff, good wifi, quiet. I had to take some work calls before getting my bus to Edmonton and took them here, was happy I did.

We went to this place to take the On-It transit bus to Banff, and the service was exactly as described. The bus was on time, on departure from Calgary and from Banff the same evening, we didn't struggle to find two seats next to each other and the drivers were good and polite.

Nothing much to say, but there isn't much more to ask from them, so 5/5.

Clean.personable staff.very clean washrooms. Can be confusing when checking in.have no idea where lineup starts.and can be congested. One, if going for walk, etc between buses, can store luggage at counter.

Incredibly rude. I already bought a ticket and they laughed at me for asking a simple question. Sorry that asking you to perform the customer service aspect of your job is so hilarious.

Awesome drivers, convenient travel stops, cookies, wifi, drinks, and the ability to work on the way there and the way back.

Last time the bus was 10 minutes late leaving the Deerfoot casino. This time it pulled out right at 6: 20 on the dot as I was pulling into the parking lot behind it, we followed it to the Okotoks exit hoping it would stop bc the 800 line was closed and I had no way of contacting the bus driver as I watched him pull out of the parking lot.
Edit: after a few phone calls, and one extremely mean, hostile lady, the manager Cathy was really kind and helpful for me. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who was vicious, I think it started with an H, but wow. Her attitude from the start was extremely unnecessary.

The Calgary downtown office staff are racist and rude. Especially one elderly lady who coordinates people entering the bus.

Unbelieveable place! Excellent customer service at front desk by representatives, all payment options available including cash. Place could feel a little bit cold from outside but other than that just perfect! I am literally posting this review with free internet from this place, charging one of my phones, earbuds while I watch netflix. Place is clean has a wall with passenger important information. About to head out to Red Deer, definitely coming back!

Good price and good customer service in person, but agents on phone are not professional and doesn't make the right booking

Staff was pleasant to deal with when I checked in to wait to take the trip to Edmonton. Covid rules in place at this location.

It was a good ride the bus was really nice but remember you have to wear your mask at ALL TIMES even if you are at a phone call i got banned earlier and he dropped me off at where we stopped. I do understand that they have to be strict and that is a good thing. 5 out of 5

Red arrow is always a positive, quiet trip. I've used the red arrow many time, by many I mean 10-15 and every time it's been at least a 2 hour trip. The seats inside are comfortable with adjustable arm rests and you are able to put your chair back (as long as you're mindful of the person behind you.) Within access to all of the seats are 2 usb charging ports and two more normal plugins. In the back they have an accessible washroom that's kept quite clean. You are able to use this washroom while moving as long as you're out of city limits. Normally, they have a little area set up in the back that gives you access to pop, water and cookies. They've removed that area during covid-19 and instead will offer you a water bottle before you load. Loading is done in a timely, organized manner and the drivers are always very nice.

Always nice staff there. Clean and buses are always on time. Highly recommend their ebus service. Inexpensive and just as good as red arrow. Just no snacks lol.

Not open for customers waiting for their bus.at the Ramada Hotel, Edmonton location. Very frustrating when its -20C.

Fast. Easy to be directed and the website is actually functional. You can even get same day tickets sometimes!

Rude staff one of the lady told me i can't wait inside their waiting area! Even i told her my ride is on the way and will be here in 10 -15mins. So i have to stand outside their downtown office and wait. Bad experienced ever for my first time taking a bus.

A little daunting because of masks being mandatory and your nose must be covered during the entire trip otherwise they did a great job

the ladies at the office are very nice,
the drivers are very nice,
I am very happy. I took the bus from Calgary to Edmonton it was excellent also they gave me a drink with cookies.

This bus stop is awesome I go on the red arrow and it's one of the best buses I've ever been on

I don't know how people overlook the comfort of this bus line. I mean it is terrible! I feel sorry for old people with bad sciatica cause that's where it effects the most. Plus who gets excited about eating junk food on the trip, I totally avoid that one "service". Comfort is my overall complaint. Fix your seats! Set them properly. 4.5 stars is too much and seem a little false to me.

MY RECOMMENDATION: PRE PURCHASE YOUR TICKET. Saves time. This is one of 3 Calgary Ebus red arrow terminals. So I can legitimately only z
cents on this terminal. Very efficient! Fast, friendly. I travel LOTS either bus or plane. This terminal runs smoothly

Professional staff, waiting area needs to be a bit more comfortable. The buses are great. Clean and comfortable.

Always use this for my Edmonton to Calgary commute. Clean, safe, professional, wifi and I get so much work done.

My first trip on the Red Arrow from Let bridge to YYC was a far more accommodating trip than I expected. Thank you Red Arrow I will be using your services again in the future.

Great experience! Staff at this location are very friendly and super efficient.

The bus itself it great as well. Spacious, comfortable seating. On board WiFi, individual USB charging stations with power outlets. Quick loading and unloading.

My one and only issue was that ALL the snacks in the galley contain dairy so I was unable to take advantage. But that's a small issue for such good service and reasonable pricing.

Showed a movie. Power and audio hookups. Internet. Free drinks and snacks. Comfortable. Roomy. Wheelchair accessible. Except we were late going and coming back.

Beautiful bus and a fast ride through blizzard conditions. Excellent self-service complimentary snacks and beverages. Reasonable ticket prices. Very comfortable seating, on board movies, satellite radio, wifi, phone or computer charge port, 120V AC outlet.

Since there is no Greyhound it is the cheapest place to get tickets if you go through their Ebus line. The staff are nice and the bus are clean. They come with power and internet usually.

Wish there was service to Vancouver or Toronto, miss the Greyhound. That never ending trapped feeling. History repeats itself so I'll be terrorised wherever I go, but a permanent change of scenery would do me a world of good.

Red Arrow is honestly the best! All the staff, management and drivers actually care about their passengers. I lost my wallet on a trip from Calgary to Red Deer and the support person I called was amazing, understanding and super helpful. They were able to locate it and get it back to me so fast. It's worth paying more for. If Greyhound ever came back I would still take Red Arrow even if Greyhound was 50% cheaper (I think it was). Won me over with great service! Thank you!

Good bus service. Would have gave 5 out of 5, but when I tried looking for my seat 12A it wasn’t there. Instead the snack machine.lol.

Terrible location with bad parking. Very busy and not very friendly people to help you. The location should honestly be moved

The best way to travel in my opinion

I like Red Arrow because it's direct from Calgary to Edmonton.
Red Arrow also does a 'milk run' type route stopping at many if not all of the small towns along the route between Calgary & Edmonton and vice versa.
The busses are clean, well maintained, nicely equipped and the drivers are friendly & courteous. This service is a great alternative to the regular bus service and is provided at a very reasonable fare.
The bus is designed for comfort and is currently scheduled twice daily with more times to be added for the summer months.
For me personally Red Arrow is a relaxing way to spend 3 hours when I must travel to Edmonton I can make the most of the drive by relaxing & taking in the scenery, napping or perhaps using the time to read that book I've been wanting to read.
I recommend Red Arrow to anyone who's looking for reliable, stress free travel without breaking the bank.

If you're looking to travel by bus this is the coach line to take. The booking online is user friendly and the fares are very reasonable. You can expect great service from the check in desk to driver of the bus. The travel schedule is always on time. During your trip the coach offers free WiFi and nonalcoholic beverages. The seats are spacious and comfortable. Your trip will feel like first class and very safe, no unruly or questionable passengers. Red Arrow certainty is a first class travel experience.

Never had an issue with them. I have been on their bus 3 times now. They are always so friendly and polite. The buses and bus stations are always very clean and well organized. I love how the bus has wifi, beverages, and snacks. I also like the amount of room I also like how spacious it is, and how they offer individual rows, so I don’t have to seat next to a stranger if I don’t want to. The only problem I have had is other customers smoking close to the door entrance when I was waiting for my bus inside the lobby, but that was a small problem. Also I had an issue with a customer eating smelly food inside the bus when I was just getting over a stomach flu and having to be stuck with them for 4 hours, but that wasn’t the company’s fault. All in all I would definitely travel with them again. They have a great company. I am very OCD so I just love how clean everything is, and how upper class it is especially when comparing to other companies.
