First time on a coach bus in years. Laurie the driver was absolutely amazing! The bus was clean and air-conditioned, has plug ins and wifi. A great trip over all!

Excellent service, except that apparently the heating was not working properly because my legs got cold from Edmonton to Fort Mackmurray.

I couldn’t recommend this bus service more! I used this company for my first bus ride and it was made quick and efficient by the employees! There are snacks, wifi, movies, everything to make your journey comfortable.

I regretfully have to take the bus to Fort McMurray quite often but red arrow staff and drivers have always been great

I've used the Red Arrow many times from Edmonton to Calgary and have yet to have a bad trip. The prices end up being cheaper than driving most vehicles solo (once you factor in hidden vehicle costs like maintenance and depreciation + gas), so it's definitely worth it. Would recommend

Clean bus & spacious with wider aisles than standard bus.

The bus driver is really nice and understanding. But there is that white lady may be in her late 50’s or early 60’s is the rudest and mean Person on earth. She is screaming out loud saying that only one bag on the bus giving an excuse that the bus is packed yet there were like 15 people on the bus and most of the cabinet were not being used by other people. She is always mean to me whenever I board the red arrow bus. She just wanted to embrass in front of everyone that I didn’t work. Most passengers thought she was mean to me. After that experience, I don’t want to use the bus if she is the one calling passengers to board the bus.

Worst and worst and worst company ever. They just made me lose a $11.000 vacation trip. Basically they sold me a “S O L D” ticket from last week its the fourth case that they disappoint me and my family! Never again red arrow

I have no idea where they got the pictures of the buses from, because the ones my girlfriend and I rode in were probably 20 years older than the images, with small seats.

Drive was nice and quick, drink/snack selection was fine, but a not insignificant portion of the travelers are coughing and hacking, and there appeared to be no effort on part of staff to not turn the bus into a super-spreader on wheels.

Between that and the high prices, I don't believe I will use this service again. Maybe for half of what tickets currently cost, but it's honestly a bit insulting to pay such high prices, plus fuel surcharge and fees, for a vehicle that is only the tiniest bit more comfortable than a normal city bus.

Disappointed, but not surprised.

Excellent drivers, snacks, wifi, stop locations and overall experience!

We had tickets for the Dec 27,11: 30 am bus from Edmonton Inn to downtown Saskatoon. -43 with a wind chill and they had us lined up to get on the bus. They blocked the door initially so we couldn't get on. Then a fellow approaches the first person in the line up asking "where are you going"? They answer "Saskatoon" or whatever. He grabs their luggage and saunters over to the underbelly of the bus to place the luggage then returns to the 2nd person in line. Repeat. It's -43 and probably 1/3 of the riders are Sr. Citizens. Way too long out in that cold. In one of the small towns we stopped at there was a man with a walker. I thought he'd be froze to the walker by the time he got on. Twice the driver pulled over to the side of the road. I could see no reason why. We were dropped off downtown saskatoon in the evening. Again same temp as Edmonton. We stood on the sidewalk freezing waiting for our ride. When it came we ran up the block a ways and there was a Rider Express office open where people could have stayed warm had anyone had the decency to tell them. The return trip, again frigid temps, we asked the agent who issued our baggage tags if they would announce when the bus was boarding. He said oh yes they would. They didn't and I couldn't sit beside my 12 year old granddaughter. Also why do they say they have WIFI? They don't.

Got some ice cream and cake with my Iranian and Afghani friends visiting from out of town. They loved it

I always have a great experience with Red Arrow. The buses are always clean, the seats are comfortable, lots of leg room and they choose really good movies too.

Red arrow is so very comfortable very clean they are on time the bus drivers are friendly I take the Edmonton to Fort Mac those two drivers are the best

Checked in on Sunday to return to Calgary. The staff was pleasant and cordial to deal with. Trip back to Calgary was smooth and uneventual. Professional all the way. Covid rules in place both in the office location and on the coach.

What a bad customer service from the lady with long dark hair.talk rudly with customers.what sense traveling with a company who let one of their staff behaving as it suit them.this why there is descipline and ongoing courses to maitain the standards.so managers this is your wake up call.good luck.

Pandemic made every business different. Red Arrow ticketing office was always awesome. I dropped off a friend's husband here to get the eBus to head to Calgary. It was clean. They set the seats apart to its physical distance protocol by taping the seats apart. Driver and Ticketing person made sure lining up and things needed were asked to have them ready. The driver organized the bags and luggage underneath the coach.

What can you honestly expect from a bus station? It's not exactly the most modern facility but the staff I encountered were all very courteous, professional and prompt.

Comfortable, relaxing ride. Driver very pleasant & keeps u informed. Just wish they leave Fort Mac at later time n d morning so I can catch it.

I drove to the second pickup point in Calgary on Thursday for 6.45 pm September 3, the driver was the most rude person ever, who the hell hires people like that

I love Red Arrow have been taking it since it started. Always excellent and now with all the covid problems it is still excellent! Great attention to all the covid protecals- I felt safe traveling. Thank you and keep up the great work!

No functioning WiFi. Electrical outlets for electronics were also not working. Not the first time I’ve had this issue for an Edmonton-Calgary trip. Feels like quality of red arrow has really declined in recent years.

I got to travel from edmonton to fort mcmurray i just asked the drive if i could get soft drink for me but he is like relax are you travelling with us yelling wooow am like you got my bags inside what a question like that!

Always my choice for travel in alberta. Comfy clean and.condimented? I just mean they have snacks on the bus.

I have been on red arrow before. It’s very comfortable all the way to destination. But the price too expensive.

Always great service and amazing prices to take between Red deer and Edmonton and other cities. I have been using the service to transport my son back and forth between his mom and I and its cheaper then gas for two trips there and back. And I don't have to spend 8 hours a weekend driving on one of the worst highways in Alberta.

Do not use this bus service if they are dropping you at a busy location and you are not sitting at the front. I was in the middle of the bus, and before I even got off, the driver was unloading our bags onto the street. Unsurprisingly, I get down to find that someone had "accidentally exchanged" my bag with their own according to the red arrow staff. Never received that bag back which had many valuable items I needed that day for a meeting. Do not put items in the stow away, Red Arrow does not care if it is taken and they will not handle it with care.

Funny enough, the cheaper greyhound bus handled my bags with no issues in the past. They even placed tags on them and I don't recall them unloading before people left the bus.

Extremely Rude driver and delayed arrival at my destination. Missed my meeting because of this. Would not recommend.

Staff is extremely helpful, drivers are extremely friendly, and the overall atmosphere is great! The quality of the bus is fantastic for the price and not only that but the cookies and drinks they offer are FREE! Oh did I forget to mention that they have internet on board as well? An amazing way to get around if you need to get somewhere and the price is extremely affordable!

BEWARE OF BOOKING THROUGH THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Tried booking a ticket through BusBud and needed to change the date of the ticket, due to technical issues with BusBud I wasn't able to cancel/change the reservation through their system. As soon as I got the contact info for RedArrow through BusBud, I tried giving them a call but since the window for changing a reservation had closed they wouldn't allow a refund or even a new ticket to be issued.

I get that it is a third party issue, but when a customer couldn't change a ticket due to a third party issuing system, a little help would be nice. All I needed was a new ticket.

Crowded buses to Edm. Does not stop on southside.if you miss your bus, You pay full fare for another ticketNo "Open ticket" purchase avail.

Bus from Calgary to Edmonton stopped at Red Deer and the driver did not even bother to check if there are passengers left behind. He left us at Red Deer and had to book another bus (but from a different company) which costs a bit cheaper but still really hassle.

Super comfy bus, the snack and drink area is a nice touch and our driver Lloyd is awesome! Great driver and fab personality.he made the jaunt much more enjoyable.

While the station is nothing special, at least the busses are generally clean, on time, and comfortable. Thats all we really need.

Absolutely excellent bus service. Went from Edmonton to Grande Prairie and it was so comfortable and good price as well. Awesome driver I can't remember his name but I wish I could. This trip was January 25th at 9am so whoever had that route that day.

Agent placed my trip for 345pm on may 29 when it was 630 pm on may 29. The agent on the phone confirmed that the trip was on the 31. I almost.ordered a uber from Edmonton to Red Deer. I was lucky that this was a 52 seater and that I got on. The agents were very helpful. I was refunded in full for this trip for the mistake by the manager.

Great bus drivers, very friendly and safe. Some seatbelts aren't easy to pull and do up but will with some effort.

Love using this bus line. And I think they are learning my name we will see the next time I use them

With both Red Arrow and Ebus I've had good experiences. Obviously a little more costly than some budget options out there, but I think their service and professionalism makes up for it (this includes talking to them over the phone). This location in particular is at an excellent location in Edmonton where the LRT is only a couple blocks if I were needing to get to somewhere else in the city.

Great location downtown close to the LRT and transit. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I have taken the ebus many times to Calgary now and the buses are new, clean and have wifi! Highly recommend these comfortable coaches!

ALL RIDERS BEWARE! I rode the ebus from edmonton to Calgary on Feb 8th. I left edmonton at 345 PM. Mins prior to boarding the bus in edmonton I used cannibas, I spoke to the lady at the front desk and boarded the bus with out any problem. I rode the bus for 2 hours and the driver MILO made his stop in red deer, we were told we had 5 mins so I got off the bus and used the rest room and had a cigarette,   I reloaded the bus went and sat across from where I had been sitting before and the driver comes up to me and not in a discreet way at all ask my what drugs I'm on, and I'm like oh well I used marijuana in edmonton And hes like get up and get off the bus. I was like ok completely in shock because I had been riding the bus already for 2 hours and him and the sales rep JESSICA take me off the bus and he says you smell like marijuana and I said yes I consumed it before I boarded the bus in Edmonton and hes like you wont be continuing your bus ride and I'm like oh my god well what I am supposed to do and where he replies to me it's not his problem maybe now I will have learned my lesson. So I have to get to Calgary and I go inside the area where red deer has there red arrow office with JESSICA the sales rep. And she spends about 20 mins looking for the cannibas policy and I'm like oh well can I get on the next bus or what is exactly are my options here, can I speak to your manager which she is texting with and I get a reply that she is busy at home. I'm in complete shock I'm a young women in a city I know nothing about was just kicked off the bus in minus 25 weather and they had no concern at all to help me, I was treated like I had done something really wrong almost like I was a criminal. So I said ok then I appologize no one in edmonton said anything to me I have already been on the bus for 2 hours I will repay to take your next bus. Where she texts the manager who tells her I cant reboard the bus for 24 hours. What exactly am I supposed to do in a city I know nothing about for the next 24 hours? So she prints me about a copy of the cannibas policy from the website which I knew nothing about and on there it states that a person can not board a bus for a hour after the use of cannibas. They would not allow me to board a next bus for 24 hours. The company put my safety in jeopardy, it also states on your website that safety is a big part of red arrow. Now heres my concern and as well as everyone I have spoke to, I was already on the bus for 2 hours so if the companies cannibas policy was that strict I should never been able to board the bus, they did not help me in a city I wasnt from to get home safely I was treated less then and like a criminal.   I had to pay 168 uber ride to reach my destination in Calgary.  I was given 4 free one way trips on the ebus to suffice for the 168 uber ride and also one again shown the cannibas policy. That is on there website and which I knew nothing about. There staff was completely uneducated and I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
