We came all the way from Toronto and find this hotel to stay was Great experience.
Highly recommended.

I'm 99% sure the room I was in had bed bugs. I think I developed like 10 bites from this place.

The rooms themselves were pretty good, but the bed bugs ruined the whole experience.

I have stayed several times while traveling for work at the Red Carpet Inn, and I have found it to be a very positive experience. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. In my opinion as an experienced budget traveler this is a great value for your money if you need somewhere clean and safe.

Staff was excellent when you needed something or needed something done they were on it right away very kind always saying hi going out of their way this place is very clean no noise one of the best places I've stayed in Calgary if you haven't stayed here yet you need too! Once you have met the staff you're not going to want to leave thank you very much Red carpet Inn

Terrible place. Owner is rude and will try to over charge you. You can get a way better hotel for just a few dollars more a couple km away. You might need a tetanus shot after staying there.

Very friendly staff (front desk, and cleaning ladies). Mrs. Malik was very accommodating. Even had dinner service sets when the restaurant failed to deliver. Could use a little bigger tv:)

If you want an experience like the movies, this is the place! The movie is Requiem for a Dream though, so be prepared. The room was old, dated and smelled like smoke. It was the most run down room I’ve ever seen in my life. The mattress was hard and the blanket was essentially a worn out piece of felt. The tub was gross and stained, the enamel was in very poor condition. I didn’t feel safe here whatsoever, and heard a car alarm going off first thing in the morning. The lady at the front desk was rude and combative when I was checking in. If you’re up for the LA skid row experience then go for it I guess.

The lady over there is a big cheater. She told me the price of one night is $110, but they charged $ 210. I call them and they behave very rude and hang up

I got a solo room for myself and told them my friend would be coming to drop off groceries then be leaving right away as he got here man at front desk asks for his id as well when he has nothing to do with my stay, he then was asked to leave before I could even get everything I needed for work very poor service also couldn’t understand a word he was saying garbage service

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great service. Celine is always smiling and very nice.

Do not stay here! The smoking from and room 16 have two way mirrors in the rooms. The mirrors are mounted on the wall differently than all the other mirrors, the brightest light comes from the light just above the mirror. When I had confronted staff about it the response was “so what you covered it”. I did the finger nail test to check the mirror and there was a large gap.

Staff is not accommodating and rude. Just read their responses to bad reviews. Why a business like this can still exist shows what’s wrong with the world.

NOT A FAMILY INN. Travellers will get a clean fair priced room, accompanied by great owners. My rest stop in Calgary for 20 years.

Dirty.
Expensive.
NOT safe.
Owners are dishonest and argumentative.
Its filled with junkies most nights. Cabs refuse to go here.
When people get kicked out of the shelters, police bring them there.
Theres bugs, blood, drugs ect.
The owners will argue this review and any complaints or issues there may be during your stay. Just keep going unless you're into chaos and scabies.

I have repeatedly emailed this location using the form on their website asking for more info and have not recieved a single reply.
Will NEVER give my money to ignorant people.
Luckily there are several other, better hotels nearby.

You know beds not bad.place is clean, can hear traffic out front but no biggie there.lady was nice though asked me 4 times if i smoked and yes as a homless man i am judged quoit often.kinda erked me there but what ever.the thing that got me was i payed for my room and was awakned most the night by neighbours tv.phoned desk asked for ear plus she said they had non and didnt offer to help with noise complaint.so 2 rooms pay same price and 1 suffers the other rooms ignorance and lack of respect for there surrondings.of course no discount or anything to balance.so despite diecent room and price.i only subtracted from my review because i didnt get what i payed for which was a good nights sleep, to bad.

We stayed here 5 days with the family. We had plenty of room kitchen and dining. Service was great. We would love to come back again.

Thankfully I did NOT stay at this hotel hotel, but I definitely will not accept a stay from a couple of rude managers who can't even run a proper business. I personally believe the only good thing/person about this place is the front desk lady who does more than enough work for these people to be trying to yell at her all the time for doing her job. (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TALKING TO FRONT DESK LADY ABOUT ANYTHING YOU NEED HELP WITH)

Terrible service, the room smelt terrible when we got there then they wouldn’t give me my safety deposit back and claimed i was smoking inside the room when they saw me smoking outside, highly recommended not staying here it was the worst place i’ve ever stayed the room was absolutely disgusting

There was blood on the door, and they tried to say it was lipstick or nail polish. It also stank of cigarettes even though it was advertised as no smoking and we were questioned about our smoking habits.front desk staff was wonderful.got a refund thankfully but avoid this place!

First of all, this is the cheapest place I found to stay in Calgary. The bed looked clean and the air conditioning worked.
The room we were in had yellow spots all over the ceiling with big yellow stains. It reeked of old cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. The air conditioner was way up high so unless your 6'4" or taller you would have to climb on the counter to turn it on. The hot water barely worked. I had a 10 minute shower with the cold water completely off and it never got hot enough. Woke up with a head ache due to the smell and checked out.

If you're only looking for a clean bed and don't care about anything else then this should suit you fine. The staff were perfectly helpful and it was quiet enough.

The reviews are complete bs these rooms are terrible.only thing good is the bed is comfy but the bedding was stained and burn holes in the blanket. I had to climb on the counter to turn on the air conditioning.there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and not sure what else was on the wall.there was writing on the wall in the so called kitchenette.tub was dirty and spots all over the wall floor was absolutely disgusting.definitely wasn't worth the $ they charged.

A couple weeks ago my car broke down right next to Red Carpet so I pulled into the parking lot to deal with it. The woman working the front desk was enormously kind and helpful and let us use the lot for about an hour. I didn't stay here but can only assume the same hospitality would be extended to their guests. Thank you so much again!

I worked here and i can say that they are not a hotel you wnat to pay for. I swear i couldve brought home bed bugs. Was told im taking too long to clean but when i get into a room and find month ol food on the walls. Kitchens not cleaned and the lady training me not changing bed sheets im going to have to pass. Dont stay here save.your money and go get a airbnb. Youll save in the end

I am completely satisfied and happy with The Red Carpet Inn. My mom and I stayed there for a month while we were under circumstances and we were taken care above and beyond our expectations. The staff were extremely helpful making sure we had everything we needed everyday. We were safe, warm, and to us, felt like family around us. We left after one month, extremely grateful and I must say, if your looking for an affordable, quiet, welcoming stay, The Red Carpet Inn is your best option! Thank you to all the staff. The owners are absolutely wonderful people who make sure you are taken care of
I will stay there ANYTIME.

I stayed there for 3 days. The crew was very kind with me, I was a little lost at the city but they always give me good advise. The place was clean and comfortable. It's close to the bus stop so you can move all around very easy. Also found a good place to run (Río Bow) just 5min away from the hostel. I definetly go back.

Was briefly staying there n realized they had bed bugs n the front desk wouldn't give me a refund. Got bit on my forehead from one. I suggest not staying here.

I have never actually stayed at this INN. To be honest some of the reviews are not becoming but the past is the past and I happen to know that they have hired new housekeeping, one girl use to clean for me personally. I know that with her working here, in time the complaints about cleanliness will not be a problem. I do miss having her clean for me has I have been having problems finding a maid that is as good as she was. For those staying at the Inn, if you see something that needs to be given extra attention- do the NEW maids a favour and let them know leave a note - I know she would greatly appreciate it. They can’t improve if they don’t know. From what I read they have there work cut out for them. It may be a small Inn but they are busy, so help them succeed.

I went with my family. It was a great experience to live in red carpet inn. My parents they just loved to stay at red carpet inn. Staffs were great. Rooms were clean. They had every facility which a person needs. It was such a wonderful stay. I will be going with my friends soon. Reasonable rates. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I suggest everyone to Atleast stay there.

We had a positive experience here at the Red Carpet Inn fir the second time. Very accomodating and as we came in late, Giselechecked us in so we could enjoy some much needed rest and fun at the Stampede. The rooms were clean affordable and I would certainly recommend this Motel to anyone. Thank you Malik and Malika for being so kind and courteous

Was average, the price was right and if you want something decent for just showing up in town and needing a bed to sleep in, it's accommodating. There's a 7-Eleven not too far up the street if you need the munchies late at night.

I wish I could give this place a 0. Disregard all other reviews. The people who work here are so rude. We just checked in and went up to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. There was blood and cum stain all over the bed and chair. The bath tub was so dirty. We walked in and walked out and when we said we couldn't stay here and asked for our money back they yelled at us and said no. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great place to stay for overnight travel/drives. No hassels, clean and basic services you'd expect for the price. More friendly than a few others I went in, and just went back here because they were nice with good service and a good place to crash overnight

This is ABSOLUTELY by far the best Hotel/Motel in Montgomery. Evertime I stay there the staff is always smiling and happy to see you. The rooms are always quiet, clean, and most important comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel before anywhere else because when your away from home its important to feel like you're at your own place and the Red Carpet Inn makes me feel that everytime I'm there. Thanks guys keep up the good work

Owner Malik & Malika as well as their employees Sue and Darshan are very helpful. They personally look after even my elderly parents and provide them extra comfort. No cheap tricks to cheat you out of money.

I'm complaining about the management. They called me yesterday asking If I want to go for an interview for the job that they're offering. We agreed to meet at 9: 00am I got there on time, gave the effort to wake up early drive through the traffic sacrificed 2hours loss for my other job just to see them. When I got there one guy showed I greeted him nicely and politely told him That I have an interview he went in the small room look for 2 secs and told me that the person That I need to see is not gonna be there another hour. Obviously I couldn't afford to stay there for another hour because I already lost 2hours of my work day. The guy was rude. He stood at the door opened it like he was telling me to get out. I didn't get any call backs from the person that Asked me to come for an interview. No apologies were given. If you can't make it to your schedule I doubt you'll be great to work with as well. The management and operations is clearly at low level.

Would recommend to stay. Great location our family had a good time. Nice friendly service. Wasn't bothered or hassled. Rooms were good, nice place to rest your head

were very accommodating with our toddler he even got a cookie lolying here anytime we go to Calgary we will be staying here

I had a wonderful experience at the Red Carpet Inn. I was passing through from Vancouver. The people were friendly and caring. I would recommend the Red Carpet Inn & Suites to anyone.

I know this in not the medium for job reviews, but I have to rave. I went for a job interview, and the owner was in the process of interviewing someone else. She was so KIND, gentle, and caring towards this shy individual.

She spoke with deep sincerity and actually sounds like she cares about her employees, which is rare in the hospitality industry. I hope he gets hired, and has the opportunity to work under this kind lady.

Unfortunately the hours didn't work for me.

I wish this family-owned business nothing but success!

Rooms were clean, had excellent customer service. We had a situation where we couldn’t check out at 11am and they were more then understanding and let us stay longer without losing our deposit! Thanks again red carpet in

Was the worst experience I've ever had. The place is not that clean which I expected based on the reviews. But the manager was so rude and I was there with my boyfriend and he was judging us the whole time. We asked for one bed gave us 2. I felt so uncomfortable. I asked to speak to the manager and that was the manager! I've never felt more judged. And he seemed really mad. Which I understand people get upset but taking it out on people who didn't do anything i feel is wrong. I will never go back there. And I would never recommend going to red carpet Inn.
