100% recommend! I purchased a previously owned vehicle and I couldn’t be more happy for putting my trust in Channing for being my eyes as I purchased online. Tom, James, and Carter are the managers and they helped to make this purchase absolutely flawless. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them! My car was immaculate inside and out!

I brought my vehicle in for a hero package and they replace my engine oil with automatic transmission fluid. When I told him about the transmission fluid being in my engine oil they denied it all so I took a oil sample and send it away for analysis and ask them to do the same. It’s been over three weeks now and they refuse to show me the results of the oil sample they took. If you want maintenance and work done on your vehicle properly deer far far away from red deer Acura. Super unprofessional and do not know how to take accountability for their actions. Completely disgusted with the place will never go there again. If I could put zero stars I would but it won’t let me go below one star, they don’t even deserve one star

I had a great experience with the whole sales team at red deer Acura, at first I got help from William and although new, he was great help and had great knowledge on every question I had, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, with not having great experiences at previous dealerships the sales manager Tom also made me very comfortable. Overall great experience!

I called and spoke to a service advisor her name was Amileah she was helpful and friendly on the phone and answered every question i Had. We were greeted by her when we dropped off our vehicle she was professional and polite for Such a young lady. Amileah made the whole experience Genuinely A positive thing

The service department has gone downhill since the change of ownership a few years ago. From the last few services that I came in for, I've noticed that they try to upsell services that are not really necessary. They recommend services strictly based on what they have on records (or lack thereof), and not on actual inspections. "Oh, we noticed that you haven't replaced this according to our records, so we are recommending you to do this now. " After I asked them if they actually inspected it and confirmed that they didn't, my response was "well, this was replace at a different dealership not too long ago. " I didn't share why I went to a different dealership because it would be kind of pointless talking to employees that don't make the decisions. After a few days of thoughts, I decided to make this review, hoping that management will make the change.

The reason why I went to other dealerships for services is because of the price gouging that I have noticed since the change of ownership. Sure, everything is costing more; but when the same services are costing more than at other Acura dealerships, this is not acceptable. I have called all the Acura dealerships in Alberta to compare prices, and noticed the one in Red Deer to be the most expensive (even factoring in the drive to Calgary/Edmonton, especially when you need multiple services).

I had Billy as a sales rep, even though he was new he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Whole experience there was great and no complaints.

I came in looking for answers to why my vehicle wasn’t working and Ameliah figured out exactly what was wrong quickly and got me going down the road. She’s friendly and bubbly, a excellent addition to the team at Acura, thank you everyone for you help getting me and my vehicle back on the road so quickly.

I really enjoyed my experience at Red Deer Acura. Tyler was very kind over the phone and in person. I highly recommend this dealership. 10/10 experience.

I have a GMC truck and my wife has a Mercedes and we love taking our cars for service at Acura. Furthermore, Yusef took extra time to help me through an issue in my Mercedes. Great dealership!
