I stop by here every time I am in Red Deer. They have wonderful rotating exhibits on a variety of interesting subjects. Now it's tattoos. There is also a great permanent exhibit too. Friendly staff makes it a fun place solo or with the family.
Nice place to visit. My kids and i enjoyed the art work participation. One of the koi fish had a crooked tail. I was told it's not in pain though. Good luck finding the black fish.
Love this place. I'll forget about it for a while, then see an event or Saturday craft happening and wonder why we don't go more often. Love the short black and white films in the theater room. And the Saturday crafts are great for the kids.
Red Deer Museum has such an interesting history that covers the first settlers, the Bore War, WWI, WWII, immigration, and right up to the present. The museum is a very cool place to visit. All elementary and high school students should experience this gem. A great way to learn about respecting your past and how we got where we are today.
Great experience everytime, with such amazing exhibits that we never get bored going. Such an awesome mind expanding experiences. Great fun and friendly staff
