Up until recently I have always had a great experience with Red Deer Nissan. I had an issue repaired under warranty, next oil change the same issue was there but wasn't addressed until the next one. At this time they say it is out of warranty and I am responsible for the repair. Unfortunate because up until now I have had a good experience. And yes I had try to reach out, one of the employees even agreed it sounded like their miss.

One of the best experiences buying a vehicle my wife Angella and I ever had. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Kole is a dream salesman to work with. He deserves a raise for sure.

Only deal with Red Deer Nissan if you want to lose faith in humanity. Corbin lied to me to lure me into the dealership on the premise that they were "desperate" for my car. When I told him that I talked to sales staff in February and was told my car was worth about $50.00 (even though I was there to pick it up after getting a new $7400.00 transmission), he vowed that, quote: "they have an entire new staff since then the longest person on the sales team has been here only 4 months as the owner let them all go and built the team from scratch". Previous to this text, my husband was told the same thing. Next, he told me that the only way they could give me a value for my car was to bring it in for appraisal. Corbin scheduled me for an appointment and I made a special trip into Red Deer. Upon arrival, Corbin was out for personal reasons. Upon my first 30 seconds in the dealership, I saw the two sales managers that low-balled my car in February. I advised the sales person of this problem right away. As it were, they gave me a value without laying eyes on it. This could have been done after Corbin's first text message, without a special trip into Red Deer. I am not impressed with this very dishonest sales tactic; why lie to a customer? If they tell you that they have a new sales staff, please know that it is a lie.

Brodey helped me look around for a new vehicle and went into depth about every aspect of the car. He was very patient with me and has such a great personality! Would do work with brodey again.

I recently took my mother's Nissan X-Trail to Red Deer Nissan for service due to an abnormally high idle and check engine light. I had never dealt with the dealership before but a neighbour had recommended their service department. The problem turned out to be quite difficult to find as a cracked valve cover was causing a vacuum leak and it required an in-depth diagnosis. Throughout the process, I was impressed and relieved when Service Manager Crystal took on the project with a tenaciousness and professionalism rarely found in business these days. As my mother was recovering from surgery, Service Advisor Amanda provided me with regular updates as I had to leave the province to return home. When the repair was completed, Amanda also coordinated the return of the vehicle to my mother in perfect running condition and immaculately clean. We were extremely pleased that the repair was completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, as promised, and I can't say enough about the level of service that we received from Crystal and the service department at Red Deer Nissan. Keep up the great work!

Took my suv in for a brand new rim installation, and picked it up to find out it was not balanced correctly AND the technician scratched my rim and lost my lug nuts ordered with the rims so they told me it would be 20$ more for lug nuts. They gave me the run around for over a month as to when they would be fixing the rim. It was finally fixed and months later when we went to pull the rim off the vehicle we discovered they put lug nuts back on that don’t fit my locking caps. Do not recommend

My partner and I recently bought a Nissan Kicks. Corbin Muise was our representative for the purchase, I don’t even know where to start with everything. I myself am a young female and knew nothing about purchasing a vehicle completely and utterly clueless. Corbin not only took the time to explain everything to us, but took the time to educate me without making me feel stupid. I didn’t feel like I was being spoken down to rather chatting with a friend, he made the entire process enjoyable. The most important part was that he made sure my partner and I got into a great and reliable car, as well as got it into our price range, even if that meant he would be getting less commission with the vehicle he recommend. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable and honest.

If you are looking for a vehicle we couldn’t recommend him more!

The absolute worst customer service! I made 4 trips into Red Deer over 2 days to meet with managers at their request, who conveniently disappeared upon my arrival. There have been several managers in the last few months in every department. My car was purchased in January 2023 and has been in the service department for a total of 6 weeks since I purchased it. The service department manager Trevor, is rude, dismissive and condescending. He reduced me to tears in the showroom because he blatantly ignored my questions and was so rude. He then walked away while my husband was speaking to him and hid in his office. He didn’t even give me the keys, he handed them off to the salesman. A sales manager was left to get us our keys back, clean grease off our vehicle and refuel it since the dealership went through all my fuel driving my car around for 2 weeks trying to figure out the problem. They just kept saying there is no code so we don’t know what to do, leave it for a few more days. The running joke was that my new car has been in service more than I have had it myself. I failed to see the humour today. I paid over $85000 for my car and we bought a second $35000 car at the same time. The salesman and sales manager were both gone within a week.

Our second car came to RD Nissan for body work after my husband was rear ended and it took over 2 weeks to fix a bumper. He requested they do an oil change while they had it in the shop and it was not done. He then had to take more time off to go back. He ended up sitting in the waiting room for over 3.5 hours for an oil change. Unfortunately we purchased a prepaid maintenance package and are stuck going there to get oil changes. They apologized and offered him another free car detail on top of the one they gave him for the mix up at the time of the sale. We were told we would receive top notch service and it has never happened. The general manager spoke with me last time my vehicle was in and promised he would make things right. He apparently is too busy to call me but had a sales person offer to trade me out of my vehicle, which is 6 months under my ownership (5000km of my mileage and over 1500 of theirs) and 1.5 months in service at a loss of $13k! His reason is that it was now used. Just wow.

During this mess we had a loaner we could not take out of province so we had to cancel our holidays.

We are grateful for Troy in Service who did everything he could to help us, took my frustrations with grace and advocated for us. We won’t be back here for any service and warn everyone that these guys do not care once they have your money. Go elsewhere, save yourself the headaches.

Vice President reached out via email and stated he would get some answers and get back to me. No surprise.he has never called back even after admitting (in writing) fault.

Find it funny they only respond to positive reviews. Speaks volumes regarding accountability.

I bought my Nissan Rogue at Red Deer Nissan in 2015. I have not trusted anybody but them to do any services to my car. It has paid off. My vehicle is well maintained by them and I have only had to change my tires and cabin filters in all this time. When I get my oil changed, they do a multi point inspection and top everything up. Red Deer Nissan makes me feel safe in my vehicle, and as an older single woman that knows nothing about mechanical problems, it's a huge load off of my mind. My car is also sparkling clean when I pick it up. I appreciate the knowledge, and great, courteous service I get! Thank you Red Deer Nissan Service department!

Very thankful with Red Deer Nissan, specifically with Kristal from the service department, she went above and beyond to solve the problems I had with my vehicle, she is looking to put the service department at the level it is meant to be. Thanks Kristal!

I walked into Nissan Red Deer to ask for my Rouge multi inspection while I stayed in Red Deer as an evacuee from NT. It was kind of lucky, I got the same date for it and safely done. Staff were really friendly and helpful with their well Knowledge. Thank you.
