The application process was simple, was able to get a apartment a few days after the first phone call and moved in 2 weeks later. I cannot thank Terri-Lynn enough for how fast she got me into a place and all the information she provided and had given me as a first time renter. The application process was fairly simple. We just had a walk-through of the apartment, and I feel very comfortable already. Teri-Lynn had all the information I needed, and she was very knowledgeable when it came to any extra questions I had. She's very friendly and respectable, so I'm looking forward to being a part of a new community.

I absolutely love my apartment in Vanier Woods. The building is clean and quiet. Our managers are efficient and absolutely lovely to deal with. SPECIAL shout out to Nicole. Maintenence is quick and thoughtful to attend to items quickly and solve any problems. It's my perfect retirement villa

Nicole is AWESOME! She made my move and finding a new place really easy. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very friendly.

Terrylynn is absolutely incredible! So sweet and accommodating! We were able to move in a few days early with very little notice and the suite was in pretty good condition especially considering us moving in (knowingly) before they did some touch ups and maintenance.
Only complaints I have really is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom.bad news for hair doers and there's no in suite laundry unless you're in a 2 bedroom otherwise it's $5 every load in a shared laundry space. Also, nobody seems to close the outer door which is one of only 2 locked doors to enter the building which is a little nerve wracking but honestly it seems like a good little place to start and the neighbors so far are all incredibly sweet and understanding. We really appreciate terrylynn and avenue living, really excited to get our house looking like our home

They wrongfully accuse you of smoking in units and lie about available units. Probably not gunna rent from them again. Ya Teri Lynn said there's only basement units available so I know she lying out of all the units in red deer ya no I don't belive it.

Company completely wasted my time, set up a showing for a bachelor suite apartment and after I got there and looked at two units they told me there wasn't even a bachelor available. The price on the kijiji ad was inaccurate. The pictures on the ad were night and day from the units they showed me (I don't even think the pictures were from the building I looked at) And to top it all off the guy who was supposed to show me the unit was 15-20 minutes late. Don't waste your time with this company, seems like they are just trying to meet a showing quota with zero intention of actually renting a suite.

I have had a most positive experience renting with Avenue Living. The company is very professional and Sharma has been amazing. He hears the concerns of the tenants and rectifies problems quickly. Any maintanence concerns are followed up promptly. I would recommend Avenue Living in Red Deer. You won't be dissapointed

Just had a showing of a available town house residence and it was amazing! Didn't end up renting from them but the service was very friendly, professional, patient. I talked to Alexis and she answered all my questions very well and with a great attitude.

There is nothing to say bad about Avenue Living. Sharma is a stand out, Mohit is always asking if I need anything. Terri Lynn takes care of us, Magge is a gem. Edsons work is impeccable each time. This is an awesome team I feel safe secure and happy and well cared for. No other place offers such service. Love being here.

Terry-Lynn was amazing at my viewing in August of 2019 & I have been here at 3916 50 Avenue #303, and if I had any questions she was always available and helpful.
Maggie has also been awesome in answering questions for me.
Ken has been very helpful if I had any problems in my apartment.

My experience as a contractor for Avenue Living has been nothing short of excellent. The local Property Managers and Maintenance people are competent, communicative, and professional. It is obvious that they really care about the properties they represent.
It really feels like we are in it together with respect to maintaining the appearance and life safety of all properties in their care.
They also show they care about their contractors which shows in the promptness with which they pay our invoices.
I highly recommend Avenue Living as a client or Landlord.

I rent at Revy and enjoy living there. I came to the office because I wanted the rent receipt and staff was so friendly. Your Managers, I beleive Sharma and Kal were present and were extremely friendly and customer centric. Impressed. Since Avenue Living has taken over, the standards have gone up. I see your managers visit the building regularly. My only request for you is to reduce the rent ;).

After some problem tenants were swiftly removed, this is a nice place to live with staff that proves they care.nice clean building in good repair, normal nice folks live here.

Prompt response to any problems I have encountered I didn't even know till I had a plumber and the maintenance guy explaining the situation about the water main backing up that my furnace room was flooded but they had guys here fast taking care of the carpet with fans to dry it to prevent mold
Lost my keys n there maintenance workers went out of their way to unlock my door and make my day amazing instead of me having to call a locksmith.this company since k a l took over really has turned around for the better I absolutely love my rental and K Al and his entire team

We had a viewing with a manager today, he was very friendly and professional. His name was Sharma. Great service I would highly recommend avenue living because of him. We just signed a one year lease today.

My experience has been great. When anything goes wrong, needs fixed they are there getting the job done.
I can't say enough about how helpful, well manered and professional Kal is. He has been more than helpful to me and in my years of renting I have not received anything close to that kind of mannerism. I thank u all for everything.

I appreciate the courtesy when I needed help with maintenance problems. I also like the lock on the outside door of the building. Kal has been great helping me set up my renewal.

I moved into avenue living in December and since then they’ve been wonderful in getting any maintenance issues cleared up and always are kind to me. The building manager Sandra is top notch keeps the building so clean my dog has no allergy reaction to anything tracked in because it’s cleaned up right away. She and her hubby John watch my doggy when needed and always look out for me as a single girl going outside they watch I’m safe out there. Now avenue living is installing cameras which relieves me a lot. Ken and his maintenance staff look after any issues for me quickly. Cal even came directly to my unit and quickly got my window fixed when the roofers cracked it. Brittney is kind and really cares about her tenants. I feel like it’s a community I’m living in and very safe from any outside problems. That’s extremely important to be able to go outside with my doggy and feel safe. I highly recommend the red deer crew and their buildings. Terry Lynn is kind and really on top of things as well. Sandra and John are the stars in our buildings as they are on top of any issues and really care about our wellbeing. I’ve never lived in an apartment and this ones well run and my building is quiet and suits my time table as far as early to sleep and early to rise. I highly recommend all this team. Let’s get some more great tenants in our little community here. I’m due for surgery this month and Sandra and John will be caring for my doggy that’s going above and beyond their job to make me feel comfortable and the whole building has offered help with him if I can’t get him out daily until I heal. I know this is long but I really feel the community of the good tenants watching over the others makes this the place to be. They continue to add security measures which makes me very happy I really think they look after us very well. No fix the washer and I will be supremely happy lol.

Exceptional customer service. I called the maintanance call centre for our water heater repair. The maintanance team arrived very shortly. I have never seen such an enthusiastic maintanance team. They found that the entire unit has to be replaced and offered us another unit for our hot water needs. Still they was trying hard to fix the problem ASAP. Even though they told us it might take 2 -3 days, they finished the entire work the same day which is really appreciable. Thank you so much Kal & Team. I certainly wil suggest Avenue Living Red Deer.

Not fully educated on the place, walk through was not what I expected. Realtor was rude over the phone

Had quite a few issues since moving in a month ago and their customer service is horrible to deal with and not managed well whatsoever. The maintenance guys Nathan and Ken are absolutely awesome and have went above and beyond for me and took care of all my concerns in a very timely manner and made a huge improvement in my experience so far.
