Once again my door broke due age, Eric came and fixed it and once again amd went above and beyond, Eric has been there for a long time which shows how good the company is for retention of staff. Thank you to the team at Red Deer Overdoor, dont waste your time with anybody else! [Previous review]The technician Eric who came to my house is an awesome tech and I just moved and my new home garage door failed. Eric fixed it, he also fixed my other door on my last home and was awesome there and I was happy to see him again. Eric fixed my garage door today and he is just awesome at his job. The price was great but with that service and honesty I don't care about the price. Great job Eric! Workers like you need to be appreciated! Thanks red deer overdoor!

So many frustrations for what I was told was a simple job:
- they did not show up for the original date
- they came a couple hours late on the re-scheduled date
- they gave us attitude on the phone
- the only reason we decided to proceed with the company after they didn't originally show up for the second date/time was because the manager told us we could look into a price reduction for the work. They did not give any price reduction on the invoice but we did receive an apology phone call from the lady who did the scheduling.
- the worker assigned to us did not know what job he was called out to do (thankfully, he did have the supplies he needed)
- worker was told to use the side garage door because the main entrance would be locked as my wife and I had to go to work (because they were late) and my kids would be home, but he knocked on the door repeatedly. My kids ended up calling the neighbour over to resolve the issue.

I think this might be the first time I've spent the time writing a review.a very frustrating experience. 1 star because the broken spring was fixed in the end.

We would highly recommend this company. The young man who did the work was very professional and efficient. He gave us notice about when he was coming, arrived on time and fixed the problem we had with our garage door in short order.

I had an emergency, they came out straight away, were pleasant to deal with and offered a fair price for the work completed. Would hire again.

Red Deer Overdoor is great Eric did absolutely everything he could to fix an intermittent problem I had. It seems to be fixed.
I have had 2 other companies look at it and neither one could fix any of its issues.
Eric with Overdoor had the expertise to know all the troubleshooting and fixing he could do and he took the time to do it. He also took the time to set me up a proper profile so the next guy doesn't need alot of info from me. Also he fixed a seal that both the other companies guys said they couldn't fix without re-doing the bottom of the door.
Definitely choose Red Deer Overdoor and try to get Eric.

A great experience. When I talked with Peter in the service department he knew exactly what the issue I was having with my door. Eric arrived on time and within minutes knew what was wrong and had it fixed plus also did a bit more to increase the strength of the door. At the end of the day it wasn’t expensive at all and well worth the money it cost. Great job everyone

Excellent service! Have dealt with Red Deer Overdoor for many years and have always found the service department to be exceptional the service technicians are very knowledgeable, informed and punctual. Repairs and work is always discussed prior and prices are very reasonable thank you!

Phoned in late afternoon Wednesday and they arrived shortly after 8am the following day. Work was done as required and both service manager and worker very pleasant to deal with.

Quote person and installer were knowledgeable, competent and easy to deal with. I quoted two other reputable shops for a new garage door supply and install, they were also the cheapest (comparing equivalent products). Very clean install too.

Excellent customer service not only over the phone but also with each service tech that has been sent out over the years.

Fast, efficient…spotted my broken garage spring within seconds. Great service overall and highly recommend.

If you think its going to be cheaper to try to fix the garage door yourself, you're wrong! I emailed them images of my problem (new-driver daughter drove into the garage door and dented a panel and two broke wheel bearings) They were able to get a tech within two days, straightened the panel, reinforced it, add much needed weather stripping and serviced both my garage doors all within an hour! Saved me a weekend of DIY frustration. Highly recommend their services!

Honestly the best group of people I have dealt with while completing my garage project. Great pricing on a quality product.

I called them two weeks ago to get three new garage doors and operators installed. They said they would come and do a site visit the next day. With no response after five days I called them again and they gave me the same response as the first time. Again, they didn’t show up or contact me. Looks like they don’t need work, I will try another company and not waste my time with Red Deer Overdoor again.

Great from start to finish. Installer was friendly, answered all my questions and possibly left my garage cleaner than when he arrived LOL.

The technician who showed up did a great job. No time wasted, he was courteous, very efficient and worked hard to get things done in a short time frame. I’d recommend to anyone needing service of their garage door.
I’ll be contacting them again for other work I need done.

Excellent service! Sean and Rob were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly as they quickly repaired an owner (DIY'er) caused mechanical problem on one door and some tuning and maintenance on the other two doors. I would definitely recommend Red Deer Overdoor.

Had damage to our shop door. One of the 2 supporting cables came loose and caused the entire door to go diagonal. The tracking was bent outwards a bit as well.

I called Red Deer Overdoor at around 8: 30am, and they arrived at the shop in about 2 hours. They had the door fixed and working better than before in 1.5hrs.

The technicians were great. Dispatch actually diagnosed the problem over the phone based on a 2min call (which is not always possible, but point being is it shows their experience). Nothing bad to say here. The service was friendly, quick, and effective. Thank you Red Deer Overdoor:)

Had a tension spring break on the weekend, which is never ideal. What was ideal, was calling Red Deer Overdoor who were able to come over to help Monday morning. The technician that serviced our door was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was my garage door fixed, but he also checked over the entire system, cleaned, greased and we're enjoying a much quieter garage door that once again opens and closes.

WOW! Extremely professional service, from returning my call to setting up a same day service. Door tech was fast and very knowledgeable. Got my garage door opening as smooth as peanut butter. 110% recommend!

Called to have our garage door fixed as the mounting plate came loose and the springs lost tension. The technician arrived same day, remounted the mounting plate. He added tension to the springs and while he was there went ahead and tightened all bolts and applied lubricant to the rollers and hinges. Incredibly reasonable price and customer service was top notch. We couldn’t be happier.

We called RDO in the morning to repair a broke spring on our garage door. They arranged service for the same day, the tech arrived when he quoted and he completed the work quickly and for a reasonable price. We are very impressed and we would happily book them again for any garage door work.

One of the guys was stealing power from my house for a job nearby, still bitter. And the only other work I've seen them do was 2 days late
