Been irritated and having issues with the library since last year, they never answered phones or emails. (Even before Covid) Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for help. Books are not badly priced, depending what your getting. For curb side pick up they never give you the emails stating that your text book is there, or if it did say it is there they turn out not to be. I find there needs to be better communication phone and email wise. I found out yesterday there was an email saying that the status of my book was ready and I go to the store to only have them tell me it’s being shipped to me instead. ️
