Great houses and friendly staff. The Lady I was dealing with was a great help and worked hard to find a place that fit our needs!

We've rented from this company for 7 years and we always tell others what a great rental company they are. They are always responsive to our needs when we report any property issues, they check in quarterly on seasonal maintenance and update tenants quickly on any changes/notifications, and they've been very friendly when we've corresponded with them. Great rental company!

We are in a newer home and have been for 3 years, the management has left us alone unless we have called them with an issue, then they have been very prompt at providing a solution. Pay rent on time and no issues so makes us happy.

New to renting through a property company, but not to renting in general. Being first timers with this experience, it has been nothing but easy! We got the house we wanted in no time and were able to move in with some ease of mind come next month. We started renting with Red Deer Property Rentals 18 months ago. They have been great. The day of our viewing I put in an application, paid the deposit, and found out within a couple hours that we got the place. Our fridge stopped working and it was replaced promptly the next day! Highly recommended.

I don't know who I spoke to on the phone, but she was incredibly disinterested and rude. I've never rated anyone before, but I definitely took the time to learn today. I will make sure that we never use this company for our condo association.

Sarah is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with in a very long time! Her attitude is horrible no matter what day or time you talk to her. We had an incident where she told me she would not rent to me because of somebody I know, she will probably try to reply back to this and try to defend how she treated me but unfortonuately this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with her through property rentals. She is extremely unprofessional, she is rude and has a horrible attitude towards everyone. If I could give a negative star I would, don't waste your time with these people, all off the bad reviews are right!

They are not only kind, curtious and personable, They are informative, professional and eager to help their clients. I have made the decision to down size and they have made this transion an absolute delight. Any time I have needed anything or have had questions they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Love these ladies. I’ve rented for over a year through them and always very quick to respond and get any problems fixed without any problems at all. So happy to of met them and rented through them. Here’s to another year! ️️

I have been renting from Red Deer Property for 4 years. The team is very responsive to any questions that I have had. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism the agent "Sarah " gave our children. Wasted there valuable time and worst of all lied to them. Not impressed and would suggest using other business.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. The staff is full of bad attitude and VERY unprofessional. Sarah is the least helpful human I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If something"works" when you move in and it stops for whatever reason they wont give you the time of day or a helpful solution and make you pay to fix it yourself when they should be responsible. Save yourself the headache and literally rent from anyone else. I haven't even lived in one of their suites for a week and I regret signing the year lease. Disgusted.
