Absolutely brutal service. The lady with glasses for commercial was atrocious. I will never ever ever use her for anything ever again. Wow what a disrespectful entitled human being. Seriously power tripping for a license plate? I mean cmon. Public, you deal with public. Be kind. Works best.

Okay, the clerk was AR. She couldnt read my printed sheet and I live behind the registries so with construction going on I had to drive all the way around and could not make it home as she was not able to print to pDF. Went back next day, she then asked me if it was commercial or utility and I said I do not know the difference can you please explain. She just stamped and rolled her eyes. I apologized and said I dont know what u r asking. When she asked the colour of the trailer I told her it was on the Nvis and on the BOsale. It was charcoal or graphite and I could not remember and was not sure (was not wanting to give her wrong colour). Again she thought I was being smart and she got mad again. I have been in this building since it opened and have had nothing but 5 star treatment every time I have gone there. This lady should not deal with public. What a horrible experience.

I would wait in line for 2 hours to never have to deal with her again. What a disaster.

My daughter took her class 5 test.the guy ask my daughter unappropriate questions to her. Plus. Multiple times I seen this guy and trying to make his clients to do unappropriate Lane changes. This guy should get fired.

I've dealt with them since they were downtown in the impossible to park area. Love the new location! The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

We have always received amazing service at Red Deer registries. When they relocated we were delighted. Not only do we get the same amazing staff there is also better parking! All of our daughters have taken road tests here and they all passed and were told their errors.

Decided to go here instead of One-stop because it is close and convenient. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience, one employee has ensured that I will not be a returning customer. It was probably the worst service I've ever had.anywhere, in my entire life.

Couldn't give less than 1 star! Since it's opening, I've been in to Red Deer Registries several times and always had exceptional experiences. However, the last two visits have been terrible, unfortunately.and with the same employee. This last time, and I do mean LAST TIME, was it for me. I had just purchased my pickup from the Calgary oil company that I've worked for the last 5 years. The entire purchase consisted of me wiring the money to Calgary and, once completed, I was emailed a Bill of Sale. I signed it electronically and they emailed back to the fully executed copy back to me. Seemed simple enough, so I went into Red Deer Registries, with insurance in hand, to register the vehicle. The lady that helped me smirked and said "What's this. I need an original Bill of Sale". I explained that the whole transaction was done electronically so that's what both parties had for copies. She laughed and said "Well, why didn't you get the original when you picked the truck up? " I've been driving this truck for 5 years and there was no trip to Calgary to "pick it up". She told me that I would have to have them mail me a copy of the original. To which I explained that all they have to send me, from their end, would be the same copy from the same email PDF that I was holding. She stood her ground and so I left.for AMA. AMA was awesome, no hassle, no attitude while I registered my pickup and bought a new plate. Red Deer Registries not only lost that $100 but all future business from me and I'll be sure to pass on the experience to everybody I know.

Got my license switched over from BC to Alberta with Tamara today—what exceptional service! Clear, efficient, informative, and kind. No comparison to other registries. Highly recommended!

Went in to do multiple things staff was amazing and cheerful. Everykne was fantastic. It's wonderful to see everyone's faces and smiles again.

Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately that is the best I can write about my experience. The Counter Representative was clearly all about the money, however I did not care and read everything first. Her rush was not my rush. I will never return here - my first visit will be my last.

Staff was super pleasant and very helpful! I was there for maybe 10 minutes as they were very fast and efficient.

Always quick, efficient and friendly service here. I appreciated the advice and quick action today to also get another registration renewed for a vehicle currently in the shop, saving me the need to have to return again for another visit later on. Thanks!

I drive from the North end to the South side just to go here always seem to have the best service and the nicest people.

The women that work here and very sweet and go over and above to be helpful and courteous. Nice clean location and knowledgeable staff!

Very poor service. Dont have enough information. I wanted to change my BC license to Alberta one. I am driving since 2012 and i surrendered by Indian license to ICBC and i have been driving in BC class 5 full license for about an year. I offered to provide my previous country's driving abstract which other provinces do accept and as far as i know alberta do as well but the lady denied of any information on that. Leaving the registry i didnt have any specific answer to do i need to bring the abstract or what.

The staff at Red Deer Registries are fast and efficient, nice new location with easy access. I will be back next renewal.

Moet Most courteous motor vehicle registry agents in town! Efficient staff, often no line to get in.:)
