The worst experiences in the Service Department I have ever experienced. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for 6 years but I have learnt my lesson the hard way. I will not go back!

Bought a car here about a month ago and it has been working great. Brennan was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and went above and beyond in terms of service. Out of all the dealerships I looked at Red Deer Toyota had the best prices and selection, if you’re looking for a vehicle in the Red Deer area you will save a lot of time starting your search here.

If there was an option to do zero stars i would. I am so disappointed in the way Toyota deals with there customer. For the last 6 months since July 11 when i had walked in and ordered a part for my vehicle I had to pay up front $2,800 that isn't a small chuck of change this part originally was suppose to arrive August 2 it didn't then middle of August and it didn't they had called me then and let me know that the part hasn't arrived every since then i am the one making the effect to go in and talk to them to see if my part has arrived and they always say it isn't here or on backorder for 6 months for it to be backed ordered. I had gotten an update that was suppose to arrive November 26 and still nothing. NOT a single employee calls you to let you know unless you walk in and go talk to them then you get an update. This is beyond ridiculous to wait 6 months who knows how many more months a person has to wait.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the sales staff at Red Deer Toyota. I drove from Saskatchewan to test drive a used Tundra and they had me driving away in a beautiful truck at a great price in under two hours. I would highly recommend dealing with these guys, it’s worth the drive! Thanks for an awesome truck Brennan!

The very best dealership in Alberta for customer care and quality. My only concern for the province is the lack of inventory.

BAD EXPERIENCE! CAME HERE TWICE FOR TWO DIFFERENT PROBLEMS STILL COVERED BY INSURANCE, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. THEY CAN''T EVEN GIVE US AN EXPLANATION ABOUT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, THEY DIDN'T FIX THE ISSUE, BUT STILL FORCING US TO PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS FEE OR ELSE THEY WILL NOT RETURN OUR CAR KEY. WASTE OF TIME AND A LOT OF MONEY!

Disappointed in my service the last 2 times I received a service from this business. I brought my car in for regular maintenance oil change and asked to have a squeak sound checked that my corolla makes now when put in park. I was then gaslit by 2 people who said that noise is normal. The noise just started happening the last 1.5 months and its embarrassingly loud. I've owned this car for 2 years now. So I know what sounds it makes. I signed for the release of the car and read the statement that no noise was found on their end. I was told to come back or call manager if I had any problems. A quick Google search says the motor mounts need to be replaced
I phoned at 3: 30pm same day and no answer back from anyone. Upon further inspection of my car I see that my car was not reset and my old maintenance reminder sticker was still up on my windshield. I looked at the Invoice paper just to see that they didn't even give me an oil change. Super Fail!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys and this dealership. I feel that everyone there I dealt with went way beyond what I would have expected. Josh, my Sales Representative, was very attentive to my questions, wants and needs while I waited for my Tacoma to arrive - and I was a needy buyer. A HUGE thank you to you mate!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Working with this dealership for our first new vehicle purchase was great! I’m incredibly appreciative to Mo for being so proactive in getting us a 2022 tundra much quicker than initially anticipated. From the first minute we walked in to the dealership Mo treated us like family and there was no markup or any of the other horror stories you hear about when it comes to car dealerships. Stopped by Toyota to look at a RAV4 and ended up leasing the beautiful new 2021 Venza. Wow what an amazing SUV and hybrid too! Our salesman Bernie could tell we weren't happy with the RAV4 and knew exactly what would meet all our criteria. Bernie was great to deal with. Absolutely no pressure, didn't bash other brands we were looking at, helped us get a great deal, and was so helpful from start to finish. Proud owner of our first Toyota!

I called to schedule a diagnosis for a shaking /vibrating front wheel passenger's side problem for which Toyota Camry 2017 LE is noted for. I am not a first time client. I called initially at around12: 45 pm today and again around 4: 00 pm to make an appointment and was bounced around to Jeanine and over 6 people, phone was dropped many times when being transferred and had to call back 4 times. Service advisors will pick the phone and drop it. VERY SAD AND DISSAPOINTING.

One of the best dealership, I am from Edmonton and whole deal went so smooth, I must Brent is the guy u wanna talk to for smooth deal.

Amazing great service

I stopped by Red Deer Toyota on Gasoline Alley a few days ago to shop for a new vehicle. The team there took great care of me from the minute I walked through the door! Tony T.was the product advisor that walked me through all my options. He asked lots of questions to find out what type of vehicle I was in the market for & I was able to hit the road for a test drive in no time at all! After I chose a vehicle, I sat down with Corey S.in the Financial Services Dept. He was very thorough in explaining my contract & all warrantee options. The whole process was pretty quick & simple & I didn't feel pressured into a purchase at all. I highly recommend Red Deer Toyota for your next vehicle purchase! Poor customer service from sale reps. Looked at cars 30 min, no acknowledgement from sales, only from reception. Sales standing around talking to co-workers, rather than customers. Atmosphere feels, low morale from employees.

Red Deer Toyota and the team there really made buying my first new car as easy and exciting as it deserved to be, super friendly staff are willing to go above and beyond to make the experience one of a kind, from entertaining my kids while dealing with my insurance company, goodies to go, and an amazing vehicle. I'm a little disappointed to be writing this review because I really wanted to purchase a vehicle through you guys. The evening receptionist was not kind or helpful when I called in to inquire. She actually hung up on me and that was super unprofessional. I tried to call back, no answer. So I left a message and still no return phone call. I've taken my business elsewhere because of this unprofessionalism. Might want to give your employees a bit of customer service training. I'd give 0 stars but it made me pick one.

I recently dealt with Toyota Red Deer, and my salesman was Tony T. He is exceptionally good. For awhile he worked in Acura and helped me with purchasing and selling cars and it was always a smooth and reliable process. He recently moved to Toyota and helped me with another purchase and trade-in. Not only is he highly professional, he is a good person as well. I strongly recommend him.

Very nice people there I'm a driver and like doing what I do, and meeting great people. The dealers and the customers I'm ekder that gets me out of the house and enjoying very much the meetings.

The guys at Toyota Red Deer were able to make the deal I needed to happen. The sales team treated me very well even if I'm not easy to deal with.
The one thing I'll advise you to do however, is to purchase the 3M protection for the front of the vehicle with a different local shop and not the dealer directly.

Worst experience in service and part department.

We made an appointment a week ago for oil change and tire change.
My husband and my daughter went there at the appointment time.
First, they said they don't have my appointment.
My husband showed email confirmation and text confirmation.
They said wait one and half hour.
My husband and my Daughter waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. Nobody talked about the delay.
When we asked about our car after 2hr, our car had not been even in the shop yet.they said wait another2 hr.
?

I was so upset when my husband called me.
The lady in service and part never said sorry.
She said "RESCHEDULE OR LEAVE" because I talked with upset voice (she said I was yelling) through the phone.
We spent 5 hr (1.5 hr ×2 =3hr driving hr from home our town to red deer and 2 hr waiting)
And got nothing.

The people in service and part are worst people. We had horrible service.

Best experience ever buying a vehicle. Amy helped me through the entire process and was always quick to reply over text to any questions I had. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend RedDeer Toyota to everyone.
