Had some windows done, getting some doors next. Good communications and the install went smoothly. I didn't have to do any follow-up; didn't even need to paint the new trim.
It's pricey, but so is everything and this was worth it.

Exceptional customer service! RDWD installed our new patio door and repaired a previously installed entry door. The knowledge and skill of their installation team was excellent.they knew exactly how to make everything work perfectly. They were meticulous in all aspects, from the setup through to the installation to the final clean up. 0 regrets having them do our windows and doors. We have a few more to do next year still but will use them again. They were super helpful with even redoing our address 5 times on the invoice to appease the greener homes grant people, which was the only hassle in this entire process.

We received 3 estimates for windows at our rental property to replace 10 old wood windows with new vinyl windows. We chose Red Deer Windows & Doors as it was the best value out of the estimates we received. When the installers arrived they noticed some mold and rot on 4 of the windows. They promptly took care of the issues by replacing the drywall and wood that had the issues, and were able to complete the job the same day even with the extra work. Great crew to deal with on install day and they communicated with me through the whole process. Would recommend this company.

They came to do all the doors and windows at my townhouse complex this week and I was very impressed by their efficiency and workmanship. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and were all friendly. Shao (spelling?) from Iran was especially kind and went out of his way to make sure I knew what was happening in my home. The new windows and doors look amazing and are a huge upgrade from the old 1988 ones:) Thanks so much, and I will definitely be recommending you to others!

I received multiple quotes for window and door replacement for my home and Red Deer Windows & Doors was by far the most professional with the best pricing. I went through the greener homes grant and loan process and the company has been amazing every step of the way. My new Lux windows are extremely well made and have done a great job of maintaining a consistent comfortable temperature. However, I did have a problem that two of the windows were wrong but Derry resolved the issue at no extra cost to me. The installers were great, easy to deal with and very professional. I’m very happy with how the windows are performing.

These folks are all so amazing! What a smooth process it was to have our window replaced. This local business has a lot of moving parts that all work together flawlessly. I spoke to several different employees (as they each have their own area of expertise) and each new exactly what was going on. Not only were they all knowledgeable, but also friendly, respectful, clean, and just all around wonderful to work with. They also offered us the best price by far out of all companies we spoke with. These guys gave me a quote right away and had technicians on site as soon as my glass came in. They also received the glass and brought it to site and did the install. Even with difficulties fitting the glass they still managed to get the job done! I highly recommend this company for all glass needs!

Very unhappy with the lack of communication and lack of customer service that they provided. I had them come quote 7 new windows for my house. Had to email them almost a week after they measured to remind them to send a quote. I ordered the windows and 8 weeks later a delivery driver calls me on a Thursday to tell me they will be delivered to my house in 30 minutes. I work full time and had to leave so they could drop off the windows with no notice from RDWD. Then one window was back ordered and nobody bothered to tell me until I had to call and leave a message to get a call back a few days later. On top of this, after coming twice to take measurements, 2 of the windows were the wrong interior dimensions. After voicing all of my concerns to one of the owners, never once did he offer to do anything to make it right for me. They seem very content taking your money but there is no effort to ensure a customer is happy, and there is an extreme lack of communication between them and the customer. I would hope this isn’t how a local business treats all of their customers.

The installation team did a great job. Our windows look great! They encountered a few unforeseen challenges, made adjustments to their strategy and moved forward with a nice install. The technicians are friendly and professional.

Purchased 13 windows with installation at my house here in Red Deer. Very happy with the services and the windows, the installer was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase windows in the future.

Overall very disappointed with my experience with Red Deer Windows and Doors. Called for a quote on replacing a front window at my rental property. Waited a week after the date they said they would go look at it. When I followed up I found that they had sent the quote off to my insurance company even though I had never mentioned anything about an insurance claim. Finally got the email with my quote. I then had to call several times to find out who to etransfer the deposit to. We then waited almost two months for the window to be installed. During the window install, the siding on the house around the window was broken. We were giving two options for them to repair their error and we told them which one we wanted. They then decided to do a different repair without telling us. When my wife called she talked to the owner Derry who said "he has 50 other things on the go and doesn't have time to deal with our house" and hung up on her. I will definitely never use Red Deer windows and doors again and I would advise people to go elsewhere as well.

Replaced all of our main floor windows. They arrived on time & were done by 6pm. Their team was fast & respectful. The whole thing went off without a hitch. Very happy with our new windows.

We had RDWD replace every single window and exterior door in our house. We had original 1940's windows and they did an immaculate job. The entire house consisting of about 20 separate pieces took 2 days. They were very professional and did such an amazing job. We are happy with everything.
