Ended up going to redline because Gp’s motorsports isn’t open Monday, but the guys at redline were super nice. Super friendly, helped me find the ride Perfect for my son, will definitely come back to spend money again.
I just purchased a used Yamaha SXS, and I needed help from Redline with the extended warranty transfer. I dealt with Katherine C. Her customer service skills are excellent, she was extremely pleasant to deal with and provided very prompt responses. Thank you Katherine, if I buy a new unit, I'll be contacting you.
I had my bike in to have new tires installed also fluids changed and fork seals replaced. The work they did was excellent but the price they charged me to change out the tires had doubled. When I asked about it they said that is what their book comes in at and they had lost money on it. I really doubt they lost money on it and if the book said that they should have told me that to begin with.

Stopped by the dealership last Saturday as hubby was home off rotation, new to the area and looking for a new quad with snow plow attachments, didnt realizing they closed at 5, we got there about 3 mins to.the sales guy (blonde mullet older fella) immediately asked what we were looking for so we told him, he asked if we were interested in purchasing today, (we said possibly would like to see what's available and go over options still not realizing they are about to close) then he said "well we are locking up so stop by another time, we close at 5 today". Didnt offer 5 minutes of his time, nor did he offer a card to online inventory that we could possibly look at not a card to call, didnt ask for our name or contact numbe rto follow up. Nothing, felt so awkward leaving as most of the employees were gathered by the front door, as we made our way to the door another man and his kid came in where the same guy said "hey man we are closed". Im thinking WOW.this guy literally passed on at least a $20,000 sale.and given when I got in my car it was 5: 03. I wont recommend, 100% brought my business to another store down the road where we placed a purchase on a pre-order for late summer! Too bad Red-Line, we could have been great friends!
Bought my first sled here last year. In the year since I've had exceptional service from Cody, Richard, Tammy, and many others behind the parts desk. Highly recommend!
My friend was ready to buy a motorcycle and when we walked in the salesmen didn't even stand up to talk to us. They just sat there chatting. We left immediately.
It's like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to help you. They must be selling lots of stuff cause everyone is to busy to ask if you need anything or assistance.
Almost any time I have tried to do business with them it feels like I am annoying them and echo other peoples observations that the sales team wouldn't even get out of their desks to help me.when I did finally speak with someone they again seemed like I was annoying them. You guys really need to work on your customer service.
Sales department is horrible! They have no interest in helping any customers. They choose to not even get up from their desks to go to the customer. The customer has to go to them, and then they are shrugged off.
Have had an overall very good experience with parts here and their service department has been great to me. Got me in on the same day I called and figured out the problem very quickly. The other closest Polaris dealership in the area wouldn’t even consider looking at it for over 2 weeks to just read the codes.

The service isn't bad and they have a decent selection of bikes. However, I went to price out a motorcycle with a friend of mine and they took quite some time (around ten minutes) to come talk to us about the bike.
Every time i go in there the staff go out of there way to help, nothing seems to much trouble. I recently went in to get a mixture screw for my Honda which was a special tool, the lady and gentleman searched for 20 minutes to find the part which they ordered for me, the part came in quickly. The prices are always competitive compared to other Motorcycle dealerships , i would recommend this dealership to all motorcyclists for sales, equipment and to those who require ATV, s, thanks guys, Colin and Deanne.
Can literally never get a parts guy on the phone. I've called and left messages asking to call me back saying I need this part or that and never get a call back. Tried calling 3 or more times within a span of a couple hours to be put on hold and then told there to busy. Worst parts service from an ATV shop in the city. But the only Polaris dealer in town so for that reason and that reason only I gave then the second star.
I like the selection of products like bikes and quads and clothes but would of got 5 stars if they'd stock accessories for their motorcycles, especially since I purchased the green Vulcan in the picture id rather buy from the dealership i purchased the bike from rather than another. Im not from gp so it's not much of a option to special order items and make a special trip for them. I do like the dealership though well worth checking out

They took the time and commitment in every aspect of this project to make it the best it could be.the boys went above and beyond. This motorcycle belonged to my father that passed away and it needed a grocery list of repairs and they made it happen. TERRRIBLE DEALERSHIP! We took our side by side in for an inspection and service. We knew that there was some issues that needed repairing and wanted to know what all needed to be done. When we brought our machine to them and left it there it was running and driving fine. After numerous promises from the service team to send us a breakdown of what needed repairing etc we never did get that email. We also requested a trade-in value in case we decided to upgrade. The salesman never even looked at the machine when he gave us a value. When we contacted him regarding the low value he gave us he admitted he didn't even know that it had a cab and the other add on options. So we went to just pick it up and when they brought it out of the service bay you couldn't even steer the machine. Now we have more wrong with the machine than when it went in although they SAY they never drove it and it was like that when they got it which is not true. Will never deal here again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't care about your business and they didn't even seem interested to talk to us about a new sale even.
Great experience at Redline. Bought a side by side off Shawn and had the greatest service ever. He even came on a sunday to deliver the unit for me so I wouldn't have to leave it on my trailer over the weekend at my hotel. I'll definitely be back here to buy another unit off him. Thanks Shawn!
