Red Lobster

Empty restaurant and had to wait for seating for 20 mins. The value is not worth it. They are charging fine dining prices for mediocre food.

A couple of side dishes came to the table cold but the ultimate shrimp deal was wonderful.

My husband and I went in for a late supper and just sat at the bar for convenience where we had the pleasure of meeting Noori and Paige. Noori was the one who waited on us and provided the most excellent and pleasant service. Seeing as we were sitting at the bar we were also able to converse with and meet Paige who was a delight as well. Both of them went out of their way to make our dining experience a great one! We understand they are both fairly new employees for front of house service but both did extremely well and would happily be served by either one within the restaurant. We normally don’t write reviews but this visit deserved a review. Food was also great and the best we’ve had at red lobster for quite some time! We will definitely be back to this location.

2 out of 3 plates came out cold, the shells to shrimp and lobster tacos were over cooked and brittle. Server was inattentive at best. I observed only one staff member with a genuine smile while carrying on about their duties, outside of "server face" at the tables. Which indicates low morale and a lack of pride within the establishment.

Way smaller portions than you used to get and the prices have gone way up but still alright

Not good nothing but lies for when food would be ready, and just worring about who's given them tips and way over priced for everything on the menu

Very nice waiter crab was tasty but wish they'd put the sauce on the side extremely messy to eat

My Kids Loves adventure! They always enjoying eating Crabs! Redlobster at West end is a go to adventure when you are fraving for sea foods! Great Service Great Food!

This is our go-to family celebration restaurant. The food is consistently good and the service is always excellent. This last time our server was Ish. He was amazing and made our little celebration even better!

The venue is also wheelchair friendly with a ramp entrance and staff quick to open the heavy doors or anything else you need. The bathroom is also accessible and there are lots of seating areas with tables to accommodate wheelchairs.

I was not happy with the service that we received tonight the kitchen screwed up our orders when they did finally bring my bacon-wrapped scallops the bacon was way over cooked and tasted like charcoal they took half an hour to bring us our desert it was kind of crazy the waitress interrupted while we were on a very important phone call and when I tried to ask her to wait for a minute she got her nose out of joint disappeared and didn't bother coming back to ask us about anything.

I had a fun time at red lobster. The service here is top notch. From the starters to the main course and dessert, it was fine dining at its best. The meals were delicious and not too pricey and the waiters were adorable. The wait time too was surprisingly very short considering that there were lots of people at the time. I will definitely be back here soon.for sure!

So my ordered was place at the restaurant with door dash as delivery. My order was up and ready I get an email saying it is canceled. Called the manager at West End amazing service he went above and beyond. He even sent it to me in cab what a hero lol. I’ll be definitely back buy for dine or pick up only.

I had the lobster tail, jumbo shrimp skewers and salmon with garlic butter and lobster mashed potatoes on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious. However, I didn't think that paying an extra $5 for lobster mash was worth it, only a couple crumbs of lobster on it, nothing special about it. Jumbo shrimp skewers and salmon were delicious with a nice char and garlic butter finish. Lobster tail was amazing. James was our server and he was phenomenal. Really loved it here and the UNLIMITED biscuits!

Bit of an odd smell when you come in but other than that, hard to go wrong with Red Lobster.

Update: I've been contacted by the manager and they are actively investigating the cause of the smell but it's in no way related to the restaurant and their cleanliness. Based on my past experiences with Red Lobster in general and this one specifically, I see no cause to doubt this explanation.
Once you pass the host station and are seated, you can't smell it anyway, so it didn't affect our enjoyment of our time there.
The manager was incredibly friendly.

Food was good, portion size were a bit small. The little digital ordering, game player device on every table was a nice touch. Especially if you go with kids. Don't want to give them your phone but need to keep them entertained until the food arrives. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the even the other quests were polite and welcoming

This last visit to Red Lobster was a big disappointment! Their menu has got smaller, their prices are high and we did not have great service! Sometimes it seems that you are rushed through your meal. They advertise endless bread well ours was ended after our first serving! We were not asked if we wanted more! Just sad cause it was my favorite restaurant! Will be a while if ever that we return!

I ordered a steak I asked for it to be cooked to medium. I received a medium rare to rare steak. No one asked how the food was. My husband really enjoyed his steak and lobster though.

Codfish instead of haddock for their fish fry. The tartar sauce was overthought and had an odd flavour. The seafood platter was greasy. All around for the price, it wasn't enjoyable.

Enjoyed the Lobster Lover's Dream, it was all prepared perfectly. Our server Valerie was so genuinely friendly and encouraged us to get the bacon scallop appetizer and it was delicious. Thank you Valerie for your kindness and individualized service, this level of hospitality is much appreciated after months in quarantine. A great experience to remember my 50th Birthday.

Customer service from the manager was great. I had an issue and he sat down beside me, I felt I was heard, and he made the issue right. Thank you.

We have never been to one before and we went with 2 of our boys while 2 stayed with Grandma. I was so happy to see so many options on the menu that worked for our whole family with varying dietary needs/allergies. The prices were very reasonable, the kid menus were great, the food portions were great, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent (we were texted when a table was available). We will definitely visit again whether for a date night or with the whole family-thats rare to find. Thanks guys!

Honestly, everything was so good, from our waiter (Ariel, I think?) to the food.except my crab. I honestly feel like I got robbed. $50 of crab got me a couple tiny little legs. The biggest pieces had the same amount of meat that the small pieces used to have, and the small pieces had literally little strands of meat, and you could barely even get them out.

I was worried about eating too many appetizers and not having enough room for my crab, but in the end I wasn't even full. Very, very disappointed after waiting so long to finally come here.:/
