Red Lobster

The restaurant is great. All stuff members were very friendly. The food looked and tasted so delicious so l forgot to take a pictures before we started eating.

Service was fantastic food was fresh. Little on the pricey side but I guess to be expected with the cost of everything nowadays.

We went there as a table of 10. We constantly had to ask waitress for drinks. Then remind waitress for drinks. Lobster and crab were over cooked. Rubbery and wouldn’t release from the shell. Sides were mediocre at best. We won’t be back.

Everything was great as it always has been. The only thing I did not like was the food portion. The portion size has decreased significantly over the last few years.

Nada was an absolutely amazing server. Me and my mother came in tonight and we had Nada as our server. She was very busy but paid close attention to every one of her tables and made sure everyone was satisfied. I didn't mind the rush hour wait, but she greeted us with an apology and promises of quick service. We were more than fine waiting. The real catalyst was our conversation before our meal. My mother is very ill, and without knowing it we got onto the topic of it. Nada was filled with genuine sorrow and compassion for us, offering hugs and words of comfort. She had already went above and beyond then. At the end of our meal she tells us we don't need to worry about our bill. We immediately burst into tears and she joined, continuing to share love, compassion and comfort for the shared situation.

We have both been having a very hard time lately. I don't know if Nada truly knows the impact she has had on us because of her kindness. I wish her all the best in her life and her future. All the servers were amazing and quick despite the rush hour. The food was delicious. Thank you all so much, and a special thanks to Nada. We will be coming back.

Can we talk about AMANDA!? Literally the BEST server I've ever had! She's AMAZING! GREAT sense of humour and just all around amazing person. I mean I love me some Red Lobster, but I'd go back for her alone Love ya girl!

I was here a few weeks back. A really good experience. Come early for dinner if you don’t like to wait in the line.

My wife and I went for our anniversary. Everything was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the food and the drink were delicious. I recommend this place.

Great service and food! The waiter was extra nice to my 4 year old daughter. It just makes the dining experience that much better!

We were told our table should be ready in 15-20 mins top but not until 30mins later. We were seated around 7: 45PM, ordered for refreshments and was given after 30mins. On top of that our orders were given after an hour. We had a baby and 2 kids who were starving and noticed that those other people who came later than us were served and left ahead of us. I suggest don’t go here with large group otherwise they won’t prioritise your table. Our server was so nice and friendly, im guessing they were short staff.

Had a very excellent experience. Our server, Stephen H, was charming, on top of our needs and very helpful. The food was delicious and very fresh.

If you like salty butter with your lobster that smells like bleach then eat here.
Not good I think it's the cooks in the kitchen that dont have experience with sea food. I know my sea food I'm from Atlantic Canada.

Good service, friendly staff but food was just OK. Fish and chips was too oily and the dish had nothing special, just a flat flavor. Shrimp was great and quality was good. Biscuits were on point.

Red Lobster should be ashamed of themselves. The cook that fried the fish obviously got busy doing something else. The fish was so overdone, I had beef jerky that was less chewy. There was two orders like this. The head chef should be reprimanded for letting the slop go out the door. This isn’t the first time this has happened during covid but it will be the last.

It’s truly disappointing to let poor quality go out the door knowing the customer will not inspect their meal until they get home.

I do know that during Covid 19, I have spent over $1000 at Red Lobster Macleod Tr.and the last two times have been equivalent to dog food. Dry and crunchy. I’m done giving them my money.

I honestly love red lobster but not allowing reservations on weekends is ridiculous. Especially with covid why have 50 people walk in a hour to be told to wait in their car for 45mins -1.5 hours?

In spite of that I had a great birthday dinner but I think the no weekend reservation should be reevaluated

Not a fan. Expensive and average to poor quality. Exception is the coconut shrimp. It is great. Service was unattentive for the most part but person pleasant enough. Prob not return.

Do not order delivery. I know that sounds like a no brainer, really I do. I didn't think it would be as bad as it was. The portion size was extremely small, the escargot in mushrooms was TINY and really over cooked. I won't complain about the amount of time it took to get to my house because I chose to use delivery.but it took quite a while for a short distance away. (Will not be using UberEats again either.wow, terrible service) I don't like giving bad reviews but this was just shocking for $70.00 (food price)

Hard rubbery lobster. Last time I waste $100+.

I would just like to say this restaurant has gone above and beyond any expectations, and excels in there customers service. Me and my partner had order food through door dash and had placed an expensive order. The food was picked up by a inconsiderate door dash driver who had stolen our order and had taken it for themselves. This was in no part Red Lobsters fault as he had accepted the order, picked it up, and then canceled the order and had taken out food for him/herself. We had found this out after the restaurant had closed and managed to get in touch with the manager after closing. He rectified the situation immediately by turning on the grills which had just been turned off and making the food himself and the other employees who had stayed past there shift. I wish I could give this restaurant a 100 star rating because what he did was truly amazing and priceless. He did not charge us and covered the bill, under no circumstances would I of expected this but it is truly heartwarming. I will be sure to talk to corporate about it, and make sure he gets recognized for his workmanship and his loyalty to serving customers. As for door dash I will also make sure that they know about this situation and fire the driver and demand repercussions for his morals. He had purposely taken our food and left us without dinner. Shame on you, I hope you get what you deserve.

Food was great but make sure you ask for utensils because none were in the bag other then that food was terrific will be going back for sure

Tasty seafood, I'm sure you already know. The service there is great, or server was especially friendly and took the time to ask about our day.

Not too busy with covid but service not the best. Pricey for average and below food. Clam chowder was basically potatoe soup. Coleslaw was old. Coconut shrimp.awesome.scallops ok.

Great service! Booth tables are very small. You'll feel very congested after eating copious amounts of seafood soaked in butter.

The food and waitresses are so nice every time I go there. This time was the best experience, the food was amazing and so was the customer service. This location is certainly a favourite.

Can be there again and again and continue enjoying the umpteen seafood choices. They have offered new options and variety in their menu, all good. Always happy to visit and experience a friendly experience with welcoming staff.

Loved my create your own feast with lobster mashed potatoes, coconut shrimp and shrimp linguini. Server was excellent and efficient. Highly recommend.

Our server was super friendly and accommodating. The service was quick. I've been a long time fan of Red Lobster but unfortunately it seems that the quality of the food has declined. The biscuits are still to die for. We had the escargot and mushrooms looked like they were picked from the garden.which was fine. It tasted good. The calamari dish was less than desirable. Both the calamari and beans looked sad and was not tasty. Why was there green beans in it? I don't know. We shared Lobster Lovers dream and rock lobster was so dry! When you're paying almost $50 for a dish, it should be close to perfect. He got a beer. I asked for a Pina Colada and got a Pina Colada with strawberries in it. Overall, we were both disappointed.
