Red Lobster

My fiancee and I went to Red Lobster on New year's Eve. We had made a reservation and were seated promptly. We looked at the menu for about 20 mins before someone finally came to serve our table. We weren't bothered by it because we couldn't decide on what we wanted to eat yet. Then the lovely and courteous Amna, our server, came over and sincerely apologized for the wait (I think there was confusion about who might be assigned our table). She brought our drinks and took our order (and apologized a few more times in the process). Shortly after we were brought our appetizer, a manager stopped at our table and again apologized for our wait. He offered us free dessert of our choice. The food was delicious and Amna was terrific throughout the evening. At the end of our meal we had some leftovers. Amna brought take out cartons and offered more freshly cooked shrimp to take home (I had the endless shrimp for my meal). She asked which types I wanted, giving me 3 more servings to go. Then she asked which dessert we wanted and added it to our takeout boxes!
Thank you to Amna and the manager (don't know his name) for your hospitality, generosity, and excellent service. We were amazed and had a fantastic evening at your restaurant!

Pretty disappointing service. I was there today for a Christmas lunch with my family and I probably won’t be back. The service was nonexistent. Needed extra napkins for my kids, never saw my server and the one who saw me ignored me. Needed refills, no one ever asked. Needed to remove a booster seat from the booth, no one cared. When the bill came, I was busy putting to sleep my baby, packing food and helping my kid to eat what he had left, but the server only wanted the payment. Didn't care much If I had an extra hand or not. Anyways…. We won't be driving this far again to come.

The short bald white manager I'm not sure of his name is very disrespectful, unwelcoming and needs to learn how to not be so condescending. Will not be going back to be talked to like a child.

Food was mouthwatering! Staff were friendly and everyone who passes our table were smiling at us, thanks to our server, double thumbs up to you Isabella! She even explained to us the menu to make us more familiar with it since it was our first time. Definitely will come back. Highly recommend their surf and turf.

Brian was amazing and it was nice to James stopping by all the tables and assisting the FOH!

Food was great and our server Harri was great. He made recommendations and accommodated my dietary restrictions

I love this Red Lobster. Is usually my birthday destination. Haven't had a bad experience there.

The food was amazing. The manager greeted us and checked on us to see how the food was. The sever was nice and came by a few times, but l felt he was just trying to upsell high-priced food items, and food came a little late. Other than that food quality is always good.

Food was amazing and service was excellent I'll definitely be going back.

For the price you can get much better food in the city. But, it's a fun guilty pleasure once in a while and the cheese biscuits almost bump this to a 4. Almost.

My family had the pleasure of being taken care of by Amna. She is by far the best server I’ve ever had at any restaurant. She goes the extra mile to give her tables a 10/10 experience. She’s kind, knowledgeable & cares. Your company is very lucky to have her.

We ordered 6 all you can eat shrimps and we waited ridiculously long for our refills. We had to ask numerous times to refill and they will come back saying that the order may be delayed as chefs are busy preparing other meals.

Server was terrible. Justin B is the name on the receipt. We were waiting for him multiple times because he was too busy f’n around with his coworkers. Manager (bald white guy) was walking around asking customers how their meals were going and completely skipped our table.
