As always great food. It was a to go oder but it was ready very quickly. Staff was friendly.

Great food, but don't bother with the lobster roll. Changed the menu somewhat but still yummy food. Came for lunch - amazing service from Gina- love the shrimp! Still great shrimp and for those who don't like seafood my sweetheart raves about the steak!

Service and food was good, the only downfall, due medical condition, my spouse requested the kids menu but she was told that she could not order from that menu because she is not a child.

Red Lobster has been providing consistent quality, and consistent food service for decades. Their tried, and true menu options are always sure to satisfy your seafood cravings, and their staff are friendly, and knowledgeable.

My only criticism is that their stuffed mushrooms have rice in them which adds a rather unappealing textural element when eating them.

Our server Simon was an absolute blast, he was excellent with my teenage niece and nephew, super sweet with my best friend out for her birthday dinner, and gave me a hard time, which I loved. He was the perfect combination of fun, nice, sassy, intelligent, friendly, conversational, polite, and humorous. We hope we get Simon every time we go. He really charmed us all! The accent didn't hurt the charm either lol.
Food was really great too, fresh, hot, and tasty. It was a great dining experience all around.

Really clean. Great atmosphere. Quite busy but our waiter Gopan was professional, courteous, and helpful.

Stuffed seafood mushroom have rice in them.filler or what.very little seafood in it
Crablegs were to small to eat.took them to go and threw them out

We’ve been here many times and it never disappoints. First time doing the crabfest and we loved it! We’ll be back for sure!

We were there when it wasn't very busy, on the server said he would give us time to look at the menu however he kept coming over and asking us if we were ready. When spending $200 for two people to have a meal you don't expect the portion sizes to be small and overly salted. Sent a stake back because it was too salty to eat and the replacement stake was just as salty. I won't be going back, I could have got a better meal at a truck stop.

Delicious food and great service. Karen is one of the best staff over there. She was so professional and helped my friends lots of recommendations on what options that could go for. I love it there and I’ll surely visit again.

The take out experience was quick and easy. Everything went as I was told it would, very efficient.

Faster to order take out than eat in. Absolutely the best as always well done. My family was thrilled with my selection. They wanted pizza, pizza really, not on my watch.

This was only my second time at the restaurant, but I haven't been disappointed once, their smoothies are exceptionally wonderful, their alcoholic beverages are amazing, and their food is always fire. Always worth it. Our server Sonu was amazing, very kind, upbeat and had amazing customer service/serving skills. He made the experience that much better

Awesome food, great people. Love the entertainment and service from the table app that allows you to sort your bill and pay right on the app and split the bill!

Our server Karen was excellent. We just had some appetizers and dessert, but all we had was very tasty.

Food was tasty. Waiter was quick and friendly. We got exactly what we ordered. Wish they still had the larger menu but maybe with covid the small menu change will be permanent.

This Red Lobster should be especially proud of itself. The wait staff were beyond excellent and on the ball. The manager was wonderful.

Some of the family members found it not as good as previous years. Didn't like the new menu. Some items have been deleted. Prices have risen quite a bit.

Been to this location twice with no complaints. Being from a NS fishing family I would be shunned if I rated 5 stars.

Unfortunately the meal was not good and service was slow. Restaurant was not busy at all but manager did come and talk to us and covered the cost of our meal. Thank you very much!

Quality and portions gave really gone down hill. My son ordered the most expensive combo and we couldn't believe it came with only one side! Thank goodness for those biscuits or ge would have left hungry! We will not be back. I had snow crab and some of it was soggy.

Had an amazing experience. If you go here ask for Simon F as our waiter. He was by far the best server I've ever had in my life. You won't be disappointed. He made the night remembrable and amazing. He was always on point and made us feel special even during a crazy rush. I will definitely go back because of him!

The beverage so yummy.unfortunately the lobster? Tail its kind of dry and hubby so disappointed. We drive all the way from fort mcmurray go to this place and find out not that happy with the food.

Loved it. Great food. I do enjoy Sea food, service was great my 5 year old loved it, they did add a little feather for the kids and the kids in all of us I guess, but I am not much of a fan of tablets on the tables, I personally feel like it takes away from spending time with family and friends, my child spends enough time on tablets and was a bit disappointed on the feature but other than that great place.

The restaurant was easy to get to, and we were able to find parking close by. The interior and exterior were clean and well-kept, and despite how busy it was, we were seated fairly quickly. I will say that the wait times for having our server take our drink order was a touch long, considering the section we were seated in didn't have many tables in it. The menus had an easy to read layout, with a wide variety of drinks; however, I found their food selection to be a bit limited. I realize they focus on seafood, but there's a lot you can do with seafood! The prices were reasonable, and our server was friendly.

It was a very slow afternoon and our food still took over an hour. The waitress was really good but the food takes way to long.

Food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make my first time as a customer a really great experience. I just had a reunion with my biological sister that I've never met and we chose to come here. Thank you Red Lobster for making this a dream come true for me.

I've been here a total of 4 times; once in 4 different decades and each time I've considered pressing charges for the way I was treated by the "staff"

The last time I was here, the server lady ignored my table for nearly 2 hours because she wanted to socialize with the adjacent table of teenage kids. The "food" was terrible, cold and I could not stomach it.
I tried to order a dessert, I mean, that should be safe, right? She REFUSED to bring it, telling me, and I quote: "No, you don't that, you are fat enough already"

I won't be back for any reason.

Consistently excellent seafood and pasta, quick, and child friendly. Their cleaning, social distancing, and use of disposable menus, in light of COVID, was also superb.

A special shout-out to our waitress, Sandy, who was great with our daughter!

We had a great family supper. Excellent food and drinks. And our server was great too, gave him a good tip for his responsive table service.

We were hosted Catherine and had a blissful experience. She gave us excellent suggestions and kept checking on us throughout our meal.

Tried the new flavor Kung Pao Shrimp noodle, and the taste was authentic. Compliments to the chef! The wife enjoyed her crab claws and Thai shrimp.

Food was fantastic but customer service was wretched. The section we were in was not busy, but our server acted like we were a waist of his time. Very condescending.

We got a gift card given to us about a year ago, Auntie and uncle mixed up gift cards and we got cousin Don's card who lives in the states. We went into order supper, and management accepted the card regardless of the fact that it was American dollars instead of Canadian. We are very thankful that they honored the gift card. The food was absolutely wonderful.

Loved the experience, food, and ambience at the place! Giri provided excellent service and made sure we had a memorable and fulfilled evening. His personality is inviting and makes sure we feel right at home! We go there often for the family-friendly atmosphere and the amazing food. The taste is unique and you won't regret choosing to go here once in a while! I recommend the pina colada:)

Not as expected. Got dirty cutlery not wash properly still stuck old food from pervious user and water glasses are dirty too. No so impressive.

Went to Calgary Trail location today had feast for 2 had to drown the lobster and garlic shrimp in lemon juice as they were so salty could barely eat them, told the waitress but she said the don’t use any salt at all and then she stayed away from our table. Honest their biscuits are salty but your lobster and shrimp shouldn’t be, won’t be going back too soon

Had dinner here after covid restrictions lifted. They have a new payment option/entertainment board that has games and enables you to order appetizers or even drinks. Service was prompt and very good! Food was perfect. Had fun playing the games with the better half. Would recommend to anyone for a date night.

I went there today to try their new waygu burger and I wasn’t impressed. It’s not bad for a $15.00 burger but it’s nothing special. Many other burger joints make a better burger with regular beef. It’s honesty a more expensive McDonald’s quarter pounder.

Food and drinks were great, and our server did well. Kind of stinks the games device on the table costs extra, but I guess the point of sale company needs to make money somehow. My advice though: wait until the pandemic is completely over.

They do not offer reservations, but do have a "call ahead" list that is suggested to reduce wait times. Do not waste your time with it, and just show up when you are hungry. Our time was 6: 30 pm, as established a couple of days prior. While we were told we would not be guaranteed a spot at 6: 30, using this feature would start our wait in advance so that as 6: 30 neared we would be near the top of the list.

We arrived at 6: 20 and I went inside to check in. They found my name on the list, confirmed my number, and told me that it would be about a "25 minute wait" and that I should wait in my car due to AHS regulations. As I was leaving, a couple came in that was not on the list.they were also told it would be about a 25 minute wait, which suggests to me that "calling ahead" actually meant nothing.

It was not until 6: 59 pm that we got the text message our table was ready. I know that quoted times waiting for a table in a restaurant are never a sure thing, especially with reduced capacity, but I feel mislead. We were actually ready earlier (5: 30 pm) and deliberately waited until 6: 30 pm because we didn't want to unnecessarily impact their system.

Do yourself a favor and avoid their "call ahead" system, and wait until the pandemic blows over, or just show up ready for a wait in your vehicle no matter what.

Pro tip that was suggested by a friend the next day: Put your name on the list at Olive Garden AND Red Lobster wait lists at the same time, and eat at whichever one has a table ready first.

When I called to complain to the manager about items missing in the takeout meal, I got a $25 credit towards my next meal, with no questions asked. I only visit Red Lobster once a year but now I have reason to go back again sooner as the food is great?

Our family celebrates every single occasion through out the year at this location, specifically for the splendid customer service provided by Giri. He has one a deep passion for the craft and cuisine, and when it comes to food selection, he is simply a genius bar none. We come in with hungry but leave satisfied and content to the brim. Thank you for your exceptional service Giri!

It was great and all except for the service. Our waiter walked away from us for a few minutes while we were still placing our order. When our food arrived, another waiter came and kind of just tossed the plates on the table and we and to and over played of food to the person that ordered that plate. Anyways it was all good. Maybe next time all check out the other locations as this one was kinda pack. Very little social distancing as the waiting room was standing room only.

Been there since this date. 2nd time there to give second chance from poor first time. Now will not give third time. Cold food arrived and indifferent staff. Too bad.you'd think they would have learned something by now.

Waited 20 minutes over our time slot as it seemed everyone else had the same idea 9n Chistmas Eve. Got the food put it in the day and the small was amazing. Got home and my wife and I gorged ourselves. Food was delicious, thank you.

Staff is always super friendly, quick oder times. Less people due to covid so it doesn't feel as busy.

Been over 20 years since eating here. Nothing motivated me to repeat any sooner.
The Admiral's platter was overall subpar.

Server Arun was great. He was super friendly fast and attentive.
Food however wasn't.
The shrimp were dried out. Fries tasted very stale.
This is the 2nd time we go and its terrible food.

We had the Lobster Lover’s Dream and the Ultimate Feast. Our food was just excellent and our server, Renjith, was awesome!

Food was good, but the customer service was poor. I ordered take out, and picked up my food at the bar. The bartender asked me how I was doing and I said, good, how are you? He gave me no answer and watched me as I paid using the terminal, which is typical from servers expecting a tip. I don’t usually tip on my takeout orders and this bartender was no exception. After paying, he handed me my receipt and did not say a word. I’m glad I didn’t tip that entitled bartender. Maybe try providing service before expecting a tip? He absolutely did not deserve one. Pretty much the service I’d expect from McDonald’s.

Not so good Endless Shrimp experience. Just wanted to try a bit of everything, however, when asked for Thai shrimp, I got too large a portion to finish. Seems to me that they were forcing you to have some lower end choices and preventing you from getting better options.

I absolutely loved this place. It was my very first experience trying out lobster and I loved it. Their customer service was excellent! I definitely recommend this place.
