Red Swan Pizza

Service was great, Ham & Pineapple was good bit the gluten free pizza was a little burnt. Still overall a good experience.

Red Swan has been our go to pizza place since they opened and ordered at least once a week sometimes more. A couple months ago we ordered 4 pizzas and every one was awful. The crust was so dry and cardboard like, the toppings were minimal, almost no cheese and no flavor. We contacted them but received no reply. Thought maybe it was an off day so we ordered again about 2 weeks later. 3 pizzas this time and again, every pizza was terrible. I have no idea what has happened because like I said the pizzas used to be sooo good! Having contacted them twice about this and not receiving any reply what so ever has solidified our decision to never order from them again. Such a shame that such a great addition to Fort Sask has now become a place to avoid.

Super slow delivery (1.5 hours).
Cold pizza. It did taste good, though.

Pizza was good wings were meh. They were breaded and we had to add our own.

Did not know that's how they came, maybe I need to read the menu better.
We just prefer to have our wings come sauced. Overall we will order from them again.

There is no option for zero ratings otherwise I prefer to give zero to this guys. Yesterday night I called them at 11: 27 for pickup order and I said that I will come at 11: 45 for pickup. He said that it's closing time if you are able come in 10 minutes then I make your order otherwise not. But it was half hour left for store close.
I will never prefer again this store.
Very disappointed experience

Our favourite pizza in town! So delicious and filling as well paired with great service. The sesame seed crust really puts it over the top! Strongly recommend!

Since I have been eating here it has always been tasty pizza, plenty of toppings, good flavour and very filling. Thanks for a great pizza place Redswan! See you soon.

Pick up 14" pizza. They have a pick up special for like 8 dolalrs off. SPECIFY its for pick up. They then tell me that i have the specify im getting a pick up "special" pizza. Like semantics comon man. He then tells me its so they can put less toppins on? Like what? Waste of time n money.

On time friendly abiding by mask protocol and it look very clean.

First timers tonight, very pleased. Nice wings, great dipping sauce. Very tasty pizzas. Will definitely order from Red Swan again!

I always order Pizza from Red Swan and it's always very tasty and good but this time the pizza was very soggy as if it was not baked at all.
I understand that mistakes happen but the most disappointing part was how the person on phone handled my concern. When I called to inform about my issue to them the person who answered my call said I am sorry and that's it! The least I was expecting was 'What can I do to correct the issue or let me get back to you'

Everything was perfect until yesterday. They forgot about me about my order.that's why 4 stars.

Carry out- got home and realized pizza barely had cheese on it and was missing mushrooms. Called location, gentleman advised mushrooms are under the barely existent cheese and clearly wasn’t true. Was told to bring the pizza back for them to validate and was very rude.

With several poor reviews for sparsely used cheese, one would think you guys would rectify this.

I reluctantly did try to return to the store to prove my claims but they were closed by that time.

Not impressed with the poor customer service and argumentative behavior.

Never ordered from them until today.very impressed, delicious and well made pizza prices are lower than most delivery was very quick.good job guys.

This is only our second experience, I'm not sure what's going wrong in comparison to all the accolades by others. The telephone staff was a pleasant experience.

So this time I ensured that pizza's were ordered as 'Traditional crust' pizza's in note area but still received very thin pizzas that could not possibly come any thinner. It's simply too thin to support a Beef Taco (even with very little beef) or assume most of the 'loaded' gourmet choices?

With that being said the Pepperoni and Butter Chicken toppings were good quality, but I'd add more spicy type toppings to counteract the sweetness of the butter chicken. Skip the desert if you're ordering Cinnamon "Sticks", they're using white instead of brown sugar, a pinch at best of cinnamon, likely no butter and sliced like a pie, not sticks.

In conclusion if you're expecting the crust or dessert to look like the photos then you'll be disappointed, if not I think you may like it. If we order again I'll try one that's not part of a deal and see if there's more toppings maybe, but we likely won't bother.

AMAZING PIZZA TONIGHT! I just had to review our experience tonight. The gentleman I ordered the pizza with was very thorough and made sure he got our large order right. He even made sure we got the right discounts for the order. The pizza arrived in the time they said and it was hot and fresh! The toppings were amazing and everything tasted so fresh and good. They listened to our instructions and it was just awesome. Thank you for the great pizza tonight!

Ordered the chicken taco pizza. A little out of my comfort zone for a pizza choice but I wanted to try it. It was so fresh and delicious. A little spicy kick from the jalapeños and just the right amount of sour cream drizzle. It came with cheese, finely chopped tomatoes and fresh iceberg lettuce. Definitely recommend as well as all of their other gourmet pizza. So lucky for Fort Saskatchewan to have a Red Swan Pizza.

The pizza was delicious and well done. It was also delivered on time. All the kids loved it. Looking forward to place an order again. Thank you.

I placed an online order from this location and specifically asked for no sesame seeds on the crust as I am anaphylatically allergic (eating them will kill me). I go to pick up my order and the crust is completely covered in sesame seeds. I don't have time to wait for a new pizza and my family needs to eat so I decide to buy it anyway and the owner apologizes for his error by giving me a measly 20% discount. Because $4 off on a pizza is an adequate apology for completely ignoring an allergy alert. He tells me "next time call". How about next time I order somewhere else?

I've ordered from the Sherwood Park location numerous times, always online, always asking for no sesame seeds and they've NEVER put sesame seeds on my order. Guess I'll stick to the Sherwood Park location.

Pizza was ok, not the best delivery pizza I have had. Definitely does not live up to the hype. The sesame seeds on the crust were a good add. Had the "cheese sticks", basically pizza crust with melted cheese. Good, but you can't really mess that up lol. All in all, over hyped, and was a let down due to the big build up.

I got a hair in my pizza.and when i call back to say that there was hair they didn't even care.

Awesome pizza, awesome daily deal, everyone is super friendly and short wait times. Definitely recommend to pizza lovers in search of a new place to try.

Wow! The walk-in special is Fantastic! Tried a shrimp and mushroom with the free jalapeños and black olives and it was the best! Love the sesame seeds on the crust. Oh, and the crust, not too thin, not thick by any means!
Probably the best pizza I’ve had since I can’t remember when. I’ll be back for certain!
And the man at the till has the best sense of sublime humour! Wish I would have caught his name.

Outstanding service and high quality food! Fresh cut ingredients on the pizza and oven baked wings made with care, I wish more more companies took the extra few minutes for quality over quantity like this.

Best service, best value! Please add a Keto pizza to your menu! There are many good ones out there! It would b nice to b lazy once in a while!
