Our new favourite pizza joint when we want to switch it up from Nitzas or another chain. So delicious! Pizzas are big and loaded with toppings and they have some awesome deals on their website. Try it if you’re thinking about it!

I recently visited the store, and I must say, their taco pizza was an absolute delight! From the first bite to the last, I was blown away by the incredible taste and quality. The customer service at red swan was exceptional. The employee attending to me goes by the name of Hardik. He is not only friendly but also genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and offered valuable recommendations. It made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this store for anyone who appreciates delicious food, efficient service, and a warm atmosphere. Whether you're a taco lover or simply seeking a unique pizza experience, you will not be disappointed.

The staff are incredibly nice, great service and orders filled quite quickly. Great for weekly meetups with friends and everyone loves the food.

Well, first ever Pizza in town with lot of options for chicken and paneer. Redswan has it all, specially the traditional crust with sesame seeds.

Excellent service. I ordered a pizza for delivery via Redswan Application and it was delivered within 40 minutes hot and fresh. Especially Spicy Perogy and All Dressed Pizza!

We have ordered extra large traditional Greek pizza. Quantity and Quality was UpTo the mark.customer service is good too. Loved this placed ️ surely gonna order again.

I ordered pizza two times from this store and left with worst experience. The food doesnt taste good as per the expectations.

St. Albert location is horrible! Last time we order the delivery driver carried out bag to the door side ways! Yep all topping slide off pizza! Called to complain nothing done! Tried them again tonight and been waiting for over an hour and half for delivery! They have told me twice will be there in 5 mins! Now get it and wrong order! Horrible service last time for us!

Just tried this place for the first time. My family loved it. Lots of toppings to choose from. Taste was great. Priced well. What more could you want from a pizza place.

Worst service ever. I waited 20 minutes to place an order for them to tell me mi toppings weren't included on my pizza so they needed to star all over my order.

I loved this place until I was told to give my cc info over the phone after an hour of waiting for the pizzas. Then my pizzas 25 minutes later was found cold and on the floor in the lobbie of the building. I called very upset and was told the manager would call me in the morning. The manager never called.

Well we just had the WORST experience ordering from here. We had to call to place the order, as the online part wasn't working.
Then they called back to ask for my moms credit card # and said they had no delivery drivers so they were sending it with someone else.and made her pay in advance due to not having enough machines, or them all being unavailable!
Then my mom gets a notification from what appears to be skip the dishes.at 8: 18 so we are waiting for the buzzer.luckily my nephew went out to wait for them, because the driver left them sitting in the fricken lobby to get cold (for a solid like 10 minutes where anyone could have just taken them).
So my mom called and said she doesn't want to pay for them and to reverse the charges (I agree with this decision). And was told "oh the manager will have to call you back for a coupon or something". 100% not acceptable and now you've lost us as customers: (

On top of all this.it took an hr in a half for a delivery

Pizza took over 1 hour to be delivered and when it came it was cold. The pizza actually tasted quite good, was even better the next day heated properly in the oven, but 1+ hour and cold pizza isn't something I can get behind.

First time ordering from here and I'm sure glad I did. The nachos have a ridiculous amount of toppings
could have feed everyone with just those. And the pizza is some of the best I've had in a long time.

I love this place, order often. Great pizza great price. Pro tip the nachos are amazing, none of that 80 percent naked chips here, they bake them on a pizza pan too I think? Either way try em out

Not at all happy with this place, several times called in order and they didn’t make it, and they try to charge full price unless you point at the window with their specials on it, very disappointed, other locations great. Not this ones

Tried first time their Pizza and Nachos and really amazing taste with lots of topping. Staff is very friendly and polite.

Contactless delivery dosent mean you can't contact the door bell when the food arrives. Pizza was just left on the front step in -15 weather with no knock or ring. I kept tabs and good thing I checked before it froze into an ice disk. Pizza was tasty though. Consider training your delivery person on how to deliver the Pizza.

Pizzas are great here, its their first week and i tried their spicy paneer. It was delicious, must visit in st.albert.
