Red Swan Pizza

Ordered an extra large pizza online for delivery. Called me 15 minutes later to tell me they had no vegan cheese. But they could do feta instead (for real,) Could not refund me over phone. Said I could get refund if I drove to store which I did. Could not refund my visa since employee did not have password. I’d have to come back next day to have visa refunded by manager. Refunded me cash instead, so now I have an unnecessary charge on my visa. Then the employee smiles and says have a good night. That’s it.
No future discount for the inconvenience.
I had to drive 2 ways to get my money back. And I’m hungry. Totally inconvenient. Defeats the purpose of ordering for delivery.
I will never order pizza from this location ever again. Maybe never from any Red Swan locations.

Used the Black Friday November promotion for the 50% off pizzas. Picked up a couple of large pizzas for $23. I'd say very much worth the price. Love the sesame crust. Wish they would provide a tad more toppings on their pizzas. They do use a lot of cheese on them, which I'm not going to complain about. For the price with promo, not going to complain too much. Overall quite enjoyable!

I have ordered pizzas from this Red Swan Pizza. They were always takeout, havent tried delivery. I like the pizzas as they have sesame seed on crust and they are always fresh. All pizzas so far I have tried have been pretty good. Pizzas have lots of cheese on them. Have tried at least 4 different pizzas so far.
My pizza orders have been correct all the time, guys have been friendly whenever I am there. The 1 thing I would say is they need more ham & pineapple if the pizza is called this.

Ordered online at 4 pm for 530 pm pick up. In the store at 525pm and waited 20 minutes still. The second time this has happened. Like most of the recent reviews, nothing but negative. Save the trouble and order from a different pizza place. Many are in the area.

This is my usual place for pizza. Good pizza with good variety of specialty pizzas. Pizzas are made fast and the staff is great too. Karan is a very friendly staff member, always greets his customers with respect and a big smile. Definitely recommend 10/10.

They are bad at communicating when you make an order. My food come to the door cold and the pizza was a bit burnt. I called them and ask for a refund and they refused. But offered me a discount on my next order. They wouldn't ever apologize I had to ask them to say sorry. Never again.

This is my favorite pizza place as they usually make really good pizza. This past weekend the pizza was dry and the cheese was burnt, when I called, they offered a $5 off voucher for next time which wasn't good enough for me since I wasn't going to eat this pizza, I asked for a replacement and they did that. They turned out great (although they forgot sesame seeds). I appreciate how they agreed to fix the issue.

The first few times I had pizza from here, it was amazing. In the last few, it's been flat. I'm not saying don't get it, just that it's not my first pick

Literally the worst pizza I have ever tried
It was soggy and droppy all the toppings were falling off

Me and friend had Panner Tikka Pizza. Friendly staff, delicious pizza. Highly recommend this place.

I had ordered from this location and it took over an hour and a half to get here and the food was cold.i had called and asked for an update on the delivery and all they had to say was it’s still coming.once it was delivered everything was cold.honestly worst take out experience.i had called again and didn’t even get an apology.won’t be ordering again.

Last 2 times we have ordered, the pizza was soggy on the bottom. Had to place in oven to crisp it up. Taste wasn’t great. Used to be my favourite place…. Now, will never order again.
