The person working during early morning/ night time doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. Very rude and disrespectful guy.

This location is delivers great service and food tastes awesome. They take extra steps to take care of your dietary restrictions if any. Staff is also very friendly.

This place has tons of pizza options including vegetarian and make your own pizzas. Store is very neat and clean. Service is awesome and the staff is very friendly. Their pizzas taste great. They also have a lot of kids options. Kids in my family loved their vegetarian pizzas. Must visit.

Can we give a negative 10? The worst customer service ever. We ordered our pizza early so that our employees could have lunch at noon. In addition, we provided explicit instructions on how to find us because GPS does not work to find our location. We even discussed with the driver on three occasions how to get here because he used his GPS and was lost. Two hours later, not even a cold pizza and our guys returned to work hungry - we were told.can't deliver your order because you are 14km away. I guess they should have told us that two hours previously. That was just an excuse - the pizza was in his car, we had talked to the driver three times. He was just lost. I would recommend no one order from Red Swan Pizza even if the reviews say it tastes good. Our guys will never know because they had to return to work hungry. The only good thing about this experience was that we didn't prepay.

They have some of the freshest and unique combinations for pizzas. Delicious and ALWAYS fresh. The staff are accommodating too. Love the sesame seeds they add on to the pizza crust that makes it a not-another-boring crust.

Says they are open till 11 but they are saying they are closed.

Recently, I had terrible service.secret fees that were not discussed. Pizza was delivering was 1 hour and a half and cold when we got it. The final straw was when we ordered for pick up, lady forgot our order and had to wait an hour and was very rude about it. Many other customers were not getting orders as well. Capilano Red Swan turned into a terrible location. I would recommend going to anyone orther location

I had no idea I needed to have sesame seeds on my crust before I found Red Swan! So many varieties of pizzas, such great value and the quality is always there. Many of my coworkers have been converted with your stellar personal lunch pizza combo special! On my way to pickup lunch again!

Nickle and dime you to death. Won't acknowledge deals, paid $20 more than the promo i asked for. Shorted me 2 cans of pop and argued with me over it. Tried to get me to pay twice. Guy was rude and hard to understand. Pizza was OK but experience was brutal and frustrating. Order from Sherwood Park next time, they are nicer.

Go in to order lunch and the cashier said it was to busy to serve me. Told me he won't be able to serve me turned me away. Last time I will ever go there.

I love the pizza here. The range of toppings, sauces and customization is great. Service in store or delivery has always been good.

Minimal toppings compared to other locations. If you order something with banana peppers, expect one banana pepper per slice. Ordinarily this chain is good but skip this location.

Well I tried almost all places, this place got tons of option and same taste always. Fresh and well cooked. My favorite is butter panner but can't say no to veggie aswell.life of a vegetarian and +10 options for vegetarian is a bonus.

We order from this location a lot. Service is quick and friendly and the food is delicious. Ordering online is easy as their website is good.

Worst pizza ever specially for this location i have ordered from skip the dishes but pizza was burnt

Wanted pizza yesterday afternoon and my normal place does not open tell 4pm it was 2pm. Did a little searching and found Red Swan and decided to give it a try.

So happy I did. Pizza crust was cooked perfectly perfect amount of toppings and the sesame seeds are a great addition. Best part was I thought I ordered a large. Turns out I ordered an Extra Large and just had cold Pizza for breakfast. Was still really yummy.

Not sure I will completely change from my regular but so nice to have another option in the neighbourhood.

Pizza was overcooked, had mushrooms on it when I didn't ask for mushrooms and barely any sauce. I read good things about this place I think it might just be this particular location that isn't the best. I might give another red swan location a shot. Seemed to have potential it was just executed very poorly.

Order Pizza. Waited for More then 30min still pizza came undercooked feel like just eating dough.

Typically really good but I legit just got the worse order I've ever received from this location and I'm more than 100 orders deep with you guys. My salad is legit all lettuce stalk. And for some reason there is a hole melted in the ceasar dressing container that is tossed on top of the salad (rather unsanitary). These wedges are very uncooked. Still quite raw in the middle. And the pizza is extremely undercooked. As I said.usually pretty decent 4/5 average but this order is a minus 5.

Absolutely my favorite pizza! It never disappoints and they keep up with great options for all types of dietary issues! The sesame seed crust is the cherry on top to make it delish!

The pizza is fantastic. I would give it 5 stars. My 1 star rating is for customer service. The guy you get on the phone who i assume is the owner is rude. He will not give you the time of day or listen to anything you have to say. He even called me back once to apologize for being rude and gave me a discount on my next order. I appreciated that but the next time I called he was rude again and even hung up on me before I could finish. Then my pizza came and although my order requests were ignored by him, the pizza was fantastic. My advice is to order from here online and never call here ever so you don't have to be treated like less than nothing and you can just enjoy the pizza without the hurt.

Best pizza in town. Fresh gourmet toppings, delicious crust and prepared with care. Excellent staff make this a sure bet.

I ordered online for 3 pizzas pickup (2 thin crust and 1 traditional crust) waited 20 mins at home then picked it up at the location.
3 things that went wrong:
1. When I got to the location I waited another 10-15 mins because the pizza wasn't ready yet & it wasn't even prepared yet.
2. Seeing as there's a pandemic right now, the employees weren't wearing any face masks or gloves.
3. They got my order wrong and made all of then thin crust.
I've read a lot of good review about them from neighbour's and thought it would be worth it.so it's only a 3 star for me.

Ordered pick up from this location and we were very impressed! Love that they have vegan cheese. The sesame seeds on the crust is game changing! Will be ordering again

First place I've found that sells KETO Crust and KETO Sauce! Almond flour based thin-crust with super-clean ingredients (manager printed out nutrition info for me) available only in 10" size including sauce and cheese and 2 toppings of your choice - and don't forget the free topping options! I tried lemon-shrimp and red pepper as my 2 toppings, with free garlic and jalapenos. It was quite good! I'm SOOOO excited to finally be able to order pizza again! Such a treat! You need to try it! They also have a high-carb cauliflower crust for paleo and a regular high-carb gluten-free option of crust.but all 3 alternative crusts are gluten-free! Who else has that kind of variety?

Was good.delivery was fast 4/5 because it wasn’t as hot as it should of been considering we live so close.i have a feeling it was sitting for a little bit.it wasn’t cold but it wasn’t really hot.

They make a decent pizza and would definatley try it again. Red Swan puts sesame seeds on their crust which is a great change from regular boring crust. So far I have only had the pepperoni bacon pizza but would love to try the bbq chicken!

Just tried for the first time. Nice variety on the menu - we all got pizzas, which were nicely made with crispy crust and nice amounts of toppings and sauce. (I think they bake with a bit of oil like Pizza Hut does?)

By default they sprinkle sesame seeds on the edge of the crust, which I'd never seen before but it was fine. If you're not into that, their online menu makes it easy to prevent it.

Ordered from this location, the pizza was great and delicious.

I would suggest getting a different and better vegan cheese, there's plenty to choose from out there. The daiya stick stuff they use is awful.

We have ordered a few times and have enjoyed the food however today it was a bit unnerving when 3 people just walked in at different times and went straight into the kitchen area. No idea if they were employees as they were not wearing uniforms, no idea if they washed their hands upon entry, but I do know they were not wearing masks. Just seemed a bit to casual during this Covid situation.

We"ve ordered from here a few times now and our order always comes in a timely manner and the food is really good. I love the variety of items on the menu and those sesame seeds on the crust! This is quickly becoming our new go to for creative pizza!

Had some concerns from my order. My rating was lower. Manager called me to resolve it so that shows value in customer retention. I can appreciate that. Thank you for calling.

Pizza was horrible, the nachos had very little cheese. On top of that they tried to charge me extra. They finally refunded me the amount they over charged. Double check your receipt. The only plus side is, the seasame seeds add a nice taste to the crust. I won't ever go back

Veggie pizza was really delicious however I was disappointed coz I ordered over phone for 2 large pizza but call attendant didn’t inform me about the combo offer that’s why I need to pay more.

This is our new fave pizza place. Love the Sesame crust! For what you receive, it's a reasonable price comparatively to other pizza places. Would certainly go back.

Just had for my first time. Overall, I really liked it. Wish it could have been a bit hotter and took less time to get to me but the pizza was good, crust was great, wings were unreal for delivery pizza order. I will order again.

We tried Red Swan Pizza for the first time this past weekend. And it didn't disappoint. Delivery arrived in 35 mins by a courteous delivery driver. We love thin crust, and Red Swan Thin Crust hits a home run. The sesame seeds add a nice bit of flavor, and the toppings and cheese are top quality. We will be back for sure!

Great food at an excellent price.
Didn't think so many toppings could go on a pixza and still taste amazing. Pizza sauce leaves something to be desired. Feel like it could use a little something. Crust are softand delicious and cheesy goodness.
Haven'thad a decent pepperoni pizza since i was a teen in my small home town but these guys bring justice to that. Can taste the pepperoni and lota of it.
Recommemd this place as its pizza 73 prices but pizza hut flavour.

I absolutely love this place. Their pizzas are always hot, fresh ingredients and very, very tasty.
My first experience was not good, however the manager made up for it and went over the top to make sure everything was perfect.
My second and third experience have been even better. I will only be ordering from here in the future.
The sesame seed crust is awesome dont ever lose that.

Tried Red Swan for the first time tonight. Absolutely delicious. The sesame seeds on the crust are a nice touch. Tuscan was my favourite. We ordered Tuscan, Hawaiian, and Pepperoni. My new go to pizza for take out.

Really Great tasting Pizza.love the sesame seeds.would definitely order from here again. Would have liked a few more fresh tomatoes but that is just a personal preference. Friendly service and order was ready when I showed up.way, way better than some other chains

Honestly, I have no idea why this place has been rated so high. The estimated time for my order was 20 minutes, and I waited over an hour. Unfortunately, this is only the beginning of a long list of disappointments. Our pizza order was completely wrong, and lacked all of the toppings we selected, except for a bleak layer of cheese which separated from the dough in a crusty mess. We didn’t get the wings we ordered. The cheesy bread had next to no cheese. And to top it all off, the service we experienced upon getting in touch with them was far from acceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed. If there was a way to put zero stars, that would be my rating.
