This store employee is not give good reasons yesterday late night i gave one veggie piza i dont want onion i already mention my order but when i receive pizza with so many peach of onion than after i call at store but they give me bad response say i can nothing but why i am paying $15 i know how to earn money than after i call 10 time but they don’t receive

Plz understand customer situation i want back my money plz

Very very bad service, I ordered chicken wings with very very bad taste and smell, they don’t care and they said that what we have,

Pretty good custom pizza delivered: start with 10" regular crust. Hold the red sauce and add pesto sauce. Add pepperoni. Free cilantro and green olives.

Best pizza for the price. Love the seseame seeds on the crust. Try to order from their website with pick up option for amazing prices.

I didn't want to share this review, but what the experience I had, may be the worst at the customer service. I place an order for pick up for 2 oizzas and I be there, made payment and had just quick look at pizza and just asked is cheese there, the employee told me " what you can get in $11.95? This is what it is. " I argued Domino also give in $11.95 with enough cheese and good topings, what is special with you? Then he replied " then why you came here, go to Domino". Very shocking! I promised that I never return to this location and also impact this on at least 4-5 my relatives for sure. Disgusting

The ham and pineapple was terrible doughy too much sesame seeds very little piece of ham and 3 little pineapples sauce was okay a bite greasy.the other one I didn’t bother eating.

Horrible food, and most importantly they got the order wrong. Instead of offering me a refund they force me to take the food! Definetly will be trying homemade pizza next time!

Not only do I order basically once a week cause I LOVE their pizza, I even got my work to make sure to only order from them when we have celebrations. This evening though was way beyond my expectations. The store manager had called me about 5 minutes after my delivery was dropped off because he felt it wasn't cooked to perfection. Honestly, I didn't even look at it yet but it was slightly overcooked so before I could even call to let them know, he called me and offered me a free pizza that was to be delivered in the next 20 minutes. Fantastic food Fantastic service!

I've tried many pizza places in North Edmonton now. And this one is just my absolute fave. Quality and price is what this place does best. Amazing crust, very very high quality ingrediants, and baked to the perfect cheesy goodness.

I think the sesame seeds on the crust are a great touch but if you don't like them that is an option as well!
Also for anyone with celiac disease or prefers gf crust the gf crust is good. My celica bf really enjoys it

Very upset, I ordered a pizza online and was called after my order went threw and told that they aren't delivering, they offered me a credit and I asked for a refund, never received a cancelation email or my refund, tried calling again and was told to call back when the manager was in. This is just a hassle.

This place (Northgate location), is by far, the best place in Edmonton!
I can't even believe, how good they make their pizza!
It is darn well, the definition, of perfection!
Also, the staff goes above, and beyond!

Amazing pizza! The sesame seed topped crust is a dash of originality. The cheese is perfect try browned and the veggies tasted fresh. Their meats are also high quality. 10/10 -will def be back:)

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas.we ordered Butter paneer and Tandoori Chicken pizza today. Best taste ever.and would recommend trying these guys out.

My boyfriend and I, went to Swan Pizza Northgate location.we are both type 2 Diabetic, so my bf talked to the Manager, which is also diabetic.
We ordered, thin crust pizza (cauliflower), with beef, mushrooms, olives, red bell peppers light sauce.and same thing with the other order, with shrimps, chicken.
Oh my! First bite, I fall in love with their pizza and we both decided to order more next time.
So the ff.morning, we both took our blood glucose monitoring, and we had both 5.7 it is normal, our bloodsugar didn't spike or get high at all.
So, for those diabetic people. I strongly recommend Swan Pizza for you to order their keto or vegan style or even with meat.
Staffs and Manager are both accommodating and, have excellent customer service.
In 1 to 10 I give them 10 or 5 stars.

And the pizza is so delicious at an incredible price. I ordered the Wednesday special 3 medium pizzas for $30. There are many varieties to choose from.
A ceasar salad that that had lots of croutons and yummy bacon bits.
I cheaped out on a $6 tip and the whole order came to $46.

5th time ordering and the pizza has always been so good. The delivery was fantastic service. I had forgotten a pizza had been ordered but they were persistent in reminding my forgetful butt. Kudos the Swan Pizza Delivery

Portioning issues still exist, it's not consistent all all. Extra jalapeno means from 5pcs to 10pcs. There were probably 50 chips on there other Red Swans place more. Was told to take it up with Manager. I wonder if there are specs to follow or it all up to the worker.

We've been looking for a new favorite pizza place for quite a while as our go to pizzeria changed their pizza crust to the factory cardboard style.
It's amazing how varied the general population is when it comes to what people call "good" pizza. That being said, we hit the jackpot when we tried Red Swan! Their pizza is amazing! The sesame seed crust gives a delicious unique flavor and is topped just right for whatever you order. They don't chinch out here. We love and know pizza and just can't get enough of Red Swan. Don't change a thing Red Swan except your price if that's what it takes to keep the "quality" going!

I live the sesame crust. The toppings are high quality and plentiful. The food is ready quickly and they deliver so you can "Skip Uber".

In my whole life I had never ate like this in taste. Price of pizza is too cheap and taste is too good. It's give us best service and also best quality. If you are more hungry and your budget is small than come here and eat the best food. (MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)

Love pizza order once month (maybe twice if I 'mess up' a meal plan) and have to say very good pizza. Toppings well distributed, crust not a floppy mess but not to hard, just right. The sauce has a nice tang, good price for the quality. Will definitely order again and thank you for you cute pizza box message, much appreciated for a lovely dinner!

I placed an order and was told it would be 45- 1 Hours, a reasonable wait for a pizza. So I waited about an hour and twenty before I called. They told me it was on the way. At 2 hours I called back to be told that the order was not going to be delivered. 0 Stars.

I tried multiple of their pizzas, ranging from cheese to all dressed, with and without the sesame seeds, and it all tastes great. My family as well love their pizza with the added sesame seeds, and we order from here all the time. The staff are really friendly and make their standards high to serve everyone the best quality ingredients and the freshest pizza. It only takes 20 minutes for walk in when other places take up to an hour. I highly reccomeme at least trying their pizza.

Pizza is not uncrusted. It's a chewy chia seed based crust, that was soggy when it got here. Wings are battered and deep fried. Not over roasted. Super disappointed.

My husband and I ordered here on Wednesday for the first time, we’re new to Edmonton and have been trying to find our new pizza place to no avail, after a month of searching we decided to give this a try because of the other great reviews and we were so not disappointed! The prices and specials were phenomenal and the food! The wings with the chipotle dip soooo good and the pizza Truly delicious, definitely got themselves some new regulars ️️

We ordered a bunch of appetizers and oh my goodness they were all delicious! Nachos, cheesy baccon bread sticks, dry ribs and wings. We will definitely be ordering again soon! 5 stars from us for sure.

Absolutely recommendation. I love it since I tried it first in Scarborough, Toronto. Friendly staff, and pizzas with just right amount of cheese, sauce and grease. Absolutely fantastic. The Best part I like the most is sesame seeds on border. Wohhoooooooo. Good job guys!

Absolutely fantastic. The pizza is top notch and the staff are very friendly. The sesame seeds on the crust are a really nice touch, but the crust itself is among the best I've had. Amazing pizza flavors like Tandoori chicken, panner tikka, butter panner, butter chicken. I Will definitely return many many times.

Decided to try a new place tonight, and came across this one. The crust has sesame seeds on it, which I wasn't too sure about. But it ended up being one of the best pizzas I have had. Highly recommended this place

I'm going as far as saying this is one of the best pizzas you can get in town. The toppings are fresh, dough is made fresh, hand tossed and the sauce is good. The best part is the sesame seeds on the crust. Definitely caught me off guard. I'm impressed!

Best pizza at reasonable price. Deals are fantastic specially for walk in specials.we ordered veggie pizza and tandoori chicken, it was perfectly cooked and delicious in taste. Great service! Highly recommended. This is our fourth visit and moreover after having this tasty and fresh pizza I don't prefer to visit any other pizza stores.

My husband and I order from here when we need a quick bite to eat. A delicious pizza with a homemade taste and great price (especially their "walk in deals"). Their staff is pretty friendly too. They did overcook one or two pizzas before but that's pretty good considering we've been ordering from them every month twice a month since they opened. And topping consistency depends on whose working at the time you order your pizza.

I thought from all the high reviews it would be pretty good but I've had better pizza from chains. We ordered the family special with 2 medium pizzas and wings. The pizzas were visually appealing but they lacked almost and real taste. Also we noticed there was almost no smell while taking it home from the store. The Spicy chicken had my dough pretty soggy which was also unappealing. The worst part were the wings though. We tried Thai Chili and they were not even sauced, they just give you the sauce on the side. Plus they cover the wings in a really weird almost cornmeal so they look really unappealing, almost like dry ribs which they also put some old ones into our wing box. Plus the wait, I think it was close to 40 minutes after ordering online.

The inside of the store also has no smells of fresh baked pizza either which was concerning. All in all it was very bland pizza and the wings were even worse.

Pizza was great. Order came quick. Cheaper than most places. And to top it off my delivery driver, young man named Malik was amazing. Will gladly continue to eat here.

Decided on trying a different pizza joint. And I'm pleasantly surprised. It is definitely a good tasty pizza. Definitely not a pizza that one would be used to normally, but that's not a bad thing. The crust is coated in seasame seeds, for me I utterly love that, but that might not be the same for others. The pizza overall was a good eat.

I had the order delivered and they let me know it was going to take longer than normal, so that was nice!

Overall it is a little on the pricy side but I did like what I ordered. Thank you!

Excellent pizzas, excellent service! We ordered 2 single pizzas (one all meat and one pirogi) and they both tasted awesome. I am going to have them again tonight and try a different flavor.

Since the day i started eating red swann pizza.i have never ordered from any other pizza place in the city. I use to drive all the way to sherwood park for my favorite pizza place but i am so glad that Redswann has 2 location in Edmonton.which is gr888.

Viraj's service was really nice, didn had to wait long for 3 pizza even though we ordered in-store. The place is really nice and clean ample of parking and Ancho chipotle dipping is a must.

Fantastic pizzas! The prices are phenomenal especially if you order in store as they have in store deals. The pizza itself is delicious. The crust is nice and crisp, but not burnt, they add sesame seeds to the crust to add a nice crunch, the sauce is tasty and the toppings, endless. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. This is definitely one of the top pizza places North Edmonton.

Had my first drop in pizza today in Fort Saskatchewan! Wonderful service! Fast and very tasty! Good value. A definite do over!
