Edit: these S. O. B's tricked me. I bought a pair of $100+ insoles and was assured it was a lifetime warranty. Just bring the old insoles in and we will give you new ones.

Guess what? Apparently you need to keep the box that the insoles come in and bring the old insoles inside of the box. No box, no warranty and no one told me that at the time of purchase.

Greasy move from a company that sells overpriced footwear. Timberland boots are just as good, if not better than redwing. YMMV.

Management was very disappointing, staff was incredibly rude, there was gossip behind the counter while customers were present, the questions I had were not answered, and untimely dissatisfied. Will never be coming here again.

Antoine was absolutely fantastic! I needed a quick polish on the shoes, and he was able to do it for me right away! Super friendly and great customer service. 10/10 experience.

We are living and working in Newfoundland and my husband required metatarsal boots for the job site in size 7 or 7.5. That does not exist in a Redwing Boot or any boot here. We called our friends at the RedWing store in Edmonton. The first pair, our mistake, had the protection on the outside of the boots and that wasn't considered the standard on the job site. The next pair were too small. The last pair, just like Goldilocks, were just right! I would like to give a shout out to all of the red wing stores in Edmonton that helped us find the right size and gave us all the information that we needed with the boots. As well as having them shipped back and forth. You were excellent to work with and we will have Redwing boots for life. See you guys next time we are in Alberta!

I visited the store last week to drop off a pair of boots to have them cleaned. While the staff did a reasonable job cleaning the boots, I realized after leaving that no staff or patrons were wearing a mask, contrary to municipal and provincial requirements.
