RED WING - GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB

So I bought a pair of boots and had them capped right from the store. The cap had worn through very quickly. So I brought them in and the ladies Working that day, Trina and Ray said they’d recap them right away and was very apologetic. So had them recapped a second time but because of the original cap, the second cap didn’t take. So I came in again and explained that the second cap had not worked, they told me to come in the next day and they would have everything fixed. I came in the next day and there was a brand new pair of boots sitting there waiting for me. Again very apologetic and very professional. Wont shop anywhere else because of

Awesome customer service, had to return some boots because they didn't fit right, took me in and figured it out and got me re sized. Will be back!

They aren't open when they say they are. I'm sitting in the parking lot 20 minutes after there listed opening time and I've watched 5 trucks drive up and drive away.

The boots are expensive, because they’re the best you can buy. Excellent service today, highly recommend this location and Red Wing boots. I’m on concrete 12-15 hours a day and these boots keep my feet from killing me!

Red wing products are fantastic. Not just the boots, but the staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! They have a great selection for pretty much everyone. Small story. I bought wonderful boots that were lost in the mail, no fault of red wing. The paper work was correct, but Canada post sent them to a different address, and then they were picked up by some thief who didn't have my identification, which is absolutely needed. In the end, red wing decided to give me another pair of boots, no charge. I don't like that a great company had to bite the bullet when they did nothing wrong, but it goes to show what their customers mean to them. Show these guys some love, they deserve it, and you won't find better boots anywhere else! Shout out especially to the West Edmonton and Grand Prairie locations, they're the ones who helped me through this situation.
