Browsing a carthartt shirt and found a right one but the size is too small for me and so i ask the guy if they have a large size and they look for me in there stockroom right away! Luckily got it! Thanks for your patience for the customer! Highly recommend for your service!

First time I went to this store was at the old location. I went in to find leather steel toe boots. The guy working was incredibly nice and helpful and cut me some deals. So I ended up buying work boots, hiking boots, and a Redhart hat. Well over $500 worth of stuff.
Ge also told me the redwing souls of the boot sometimes separate. If that happened come on back in and they’d seal them for me. Even in several years, they may not do it for free, but they’d be happy to do it.
So 8 months later that exact thing happens. But I’m up in FT ST JOHN and GP area for a while.
When I got back I took the boots into Redhart and before I could even explain what I wanted and find out a price to fix my boots. The worker (different guy than the first) got really defensive and started criticizing my boots age and was not accommodating at all. So they DO NOT fix the boots they sell, even for a price.
The worker was not hospitable, friendly or even interested in talking store products.
I can’t believe the difference between my two visits. Like night and day.
If you do buy from here, don’t put too much faith in their customer service.
For a year I told everyone I knew get red wings from Redhart, I wish I hadn’t. Especially if any of my friends or coworkers got jive when they went in there.
I’m sure about one thing, I’ll never support that store again. I don’t know if it’s different owners or managers, but this store is easily he worst I’ve ever been to in my 25 years in industry.
Besides, there’s an actual red wing store on the south end. I’m sure they’d stand behind the products they sell, and have a better disposition than what I received at Redhart.

Went into the store today for the first time. The 2 guys working at the time were super friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection of Carhartt clothing. Aswell as a decent selection of various footwear. Definitely going back for more.

No price tag on the items, so you have to ask to people in the store for the items you want. At least for the boots couldn’t found a price tag on it. Im coming for shopping no socialize with people, product seems like they are good quality.

If I had to find anyone in this city who knows everything about Carhartt, it would be these guys! Great shopping experiences - on different days too, so I know that’s just how they run the show!

Great place to shop for Carhartt workwear. Staff is knowledgeable and the selection and pricing beats marks every time.

Bought a new Carhartt hoody a few months ago, service was great, pricing for Carhartt product was really good.

This guy salvaged my Blundstones after being chewed up along the ankles by my puppy. Was a completely convenient and helpful experience. Cheers!

I went in to see Ed earlier this afternoon, and I had a voucher waiting for me to spend. He was really helpful and didn't pressure sell anything. I bough steel toed boots and bibbed coveralls. The total would've been more than what my voucher was for, he worked his magic and my new total came under the voucher cost. Very stress free for me. Thank you Ed.
