Great selection of Blundstone boots at this store. We got another pair of CSA Blundstone for my wife who works at a supermarket from this location. The staff was very helpful. Great service and they seemed to have all sizes in stock.

Redhart is an okay store times are convient. Although I always find there staff to get sour if u mention red wings I was telling my mother while I was in store on how redwings screwed them and opened all there own canadian stores and the lady couldn't stop trying to interrupt me. I then bought some suspenders redheart brand and they had a defect where one of buckles was upside down.

Spent 5 mins on the phone while they looked for my size (Carhartt made PPE instead of clothes for covid.) Went through all the pants, no luck, but the associate on the phone was super nice.
They found a pair at the NE location and I had them later that day.

Good product at excellent prices. I come here for work pants and boots. Good fit, good prices, and the best loyalty program of any retailer.

Afrah at the south store hooked me up with good work pants today. Fast, easy, good price.

Overseas quality at made in Canada prices. 6-7 months of wearing and the heel of boot on leather fell apart. Not to mention the toe caps peeled back in 2 weeks. Get more km's out of a pair of 80$ boot (aggressor). Extremely disappointed with these boots. I'm a Site supervisor for a commercial construction outfit located in Calgary Alberta.

Amazing shop! Was in there yet again and Afrah was super helpful. I can’t say enough great things about friendly they are and helpful. On top of that they carry really large boots (size 14 and probably above).

Salse staff Lie to sell boots, bought full price with toe cap for 450. When I asked about warranty I was told pop stiches are free and soles where 50 dollars (they will honour wrong fit)

I dont know if its all staff but it was a heavy set, African American woman.

Surprisingly poor support for such expensive products. I had problems with a pair of Irish Setter (IS) boots I bought here in spring 2018. They simply passed me to IS support line siting ``purchased on clearance`` and ``they have been worn``. Not sure how I`m to know about a problem without wearing them. The purchasing was pleasant, not the servicing.
This is not a Carhartt store, don`t expect that level of service.

Great service. The Keen work boots I bought here are superb. You get what you pay for. The service and quality are worth every dollar.

Best boot buying experience in Calgary! AFRAH was super friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy which actually made the experience enjoyable. I left with a pair of keens that I’m super excited to crush this winter with. I Highly recommend this place for your next boot purchase

Both times ive been to the southland location ive had the best service. To top it off i had bought a pair of 300 dollar boots, unfortunately 5 months later the heel on the inside broke from my foot getting stuck inside and removing my boot with my other foot. So i brought them in to see if the piece in the back and inside could get fixed. They were covered under warranty. Waited a few days just came in to pick them up nice and reconditioned. However only the lining on the inside was resewn. I tried them on was not to my liking or comfort so brought them to the counter and explained what i looking to get fixed the first time. Turns out the heel itself was completely shattered and boots were discontinued. So the awesome lady decided to replace and upgrade my boots to the newer model! No cost a complete replacement. Much lighter and a nicer reinforced heel too. And a free shoe horn! Im stoked to wear these and speechless with the great service here not what i was expecting thank you!

The boots speak for themselves great quality! But Afrah the girl working at the front was amazing! Super helpful didn’t rush me! Would recommend everyone come here for there next pair of boos!

I haven't had the opportunity to stop in at the store (as I don't live in Calgary), but I've received items from this location and the service has always been prompt, well packaged and the product excellent. Graeme has been great to deal with on my online purchases and very helpful with any questions that I may have had. Thank you and keep up the great customer service.

Best Customer service ever. Just look for Afrah.she is very friendly and accommodating to all customers, unlike those two "others" Thank God the old guy just retired. I just bought Keen Winter safety boots last friday. 10-5-18.
