Today i did my hygiene at Redstone smiles and it was great. I really appreciate what the hygienist Grace did for me, she is awesome person and extremely gentle with her hands on my teeth. Thank your Grace for what you did.
Plus another doctor did smooth my ole fillings which I wasn’t comfortable with but he did smooth it out and I feel so comfortable now.

I developed severe unbearable toothache this morning and I called the Redstone Smile Dental. They were able to book me right away. I have been here for the first time and it was a really good experience. All the stuff were very nice and friendly. I would like to thank Dr Anum for her excellent work. She was FANTASTIC. She explained every thing to me step by step. I am extremely satisfied about her experience in her job. So thank you so much Dr Anum. I recommend every one to choose this dental and choose Dr Anum.

Not to much a complaint on this location because everyone I met at this location at the Christmas party was amazing. What I have to complain about is the payable team for oak dental as I did the job and at the job I was told and ordered to do other shots that were not part of the contract which I spoke about at the event and said their will be extra charges for this as it was not on the invoice, long story short after the work was done editing done and show quarter of the photos I was then told the updated invoice was now too expensive and they didn’t want to pay me for my work. I broke down the pricing to Anuj Mehta but he has yet to email me back with a response since December 20th. Wish this was a better outcome as everyone that attended the event and took a photo had a genuine good time taking photos at the booth set up. Thanks hopefully I can get an answer for why I have been ghosted! Thank you!

I have visited this dental clinic multiple times, and I am disappointed with the recent experience. Every time I visit, there's a new doctor, and despite the presence of our old notes, the new doctor recommended surgery. Additionally, when scheduling surgery, I was asked to reschedule to a different day, resulting in higher costs even with insurance. This inconsistency in doctors and unexpected rescheduling have been inconvenient. I believe better communication, consistency in medical recommendations, and scheduling practices could significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Great team! They were persistent on trying my insurance, even when it was my mistake it wasn’t working, and made it easy for me in the end. Would recommend this clinic!

I would highly recommend Redstone Smiles Dental. I have been there about 4 times now. My hygienist, Manav does an amazing job and is an absolute sweetheart - She remembers small details of my life and I genuinely enjoy my visits. Megha is the office manager and is also a sweetheart. I asked her for her card, knowing I was going to write a review. Good service is so hard to come by and these ladies do it effortlessly. Can not recommend the enough!

My dental hygienist Priya knew what she was doing and was is no rush and took her time while cleaning. She asked me if I feel any pain or sensitivity throughout the process. The front desk ladies are so professional and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Love the experience with Dr. Harsh, Assistant Harpreet and hygienist Priya. Harsh deserves all praise, well-versed in his field, so caring and makes the patient feel super-comfortable.
