Team went out of way to rush truck to dealership to have full Supreme Protection Plan onto truck before pickup. Will never deal with another Dodge Dealership again other than Redwater Dodge.

Sales team was awesome to deal with but having some complications now bought a 2017 3500 used with a year of warranty drove the 5hrs home front tires where cupped so bad I couldn’t do anything over 115kmh or it’d vibrate like crazy started raining pretty good on the way home drivers wiper was so rotted fell apart got home started it up the next day and got a service rear air level system took it in was told compressor is shot was hit with a $200 labour charge for diagnosing it and it’s not covered by the warranty I was given I am posting this after having the truck for 7 days exactly

I recently purchased a used Mega cab after a little back and forth over text with Cory (good guy, no issues with the sales team). It started with a long drive out to check out the truck (I live 2 hours away). They wouldn't come down on the sticker price, which was disappointing but not a deal breaker and they also came back with an acceptable trade in value for my truck. My gripes begin with the financials. I had to come back after the credit check went through (another two hour drive) and when they went through the sale bill, there were 3 charges of things I did not want totalling 1200 dollars. They were tire insurance, wheel locks and nitrogen, and a safety package. They also took off 1000 off the trades in value because they said it's offset by the taxes I saved. They would not take the charges off. I'm sure if I would have left, they may have taken them off, but that would be another couple 2 hour drives again, plus I had already gutted my truck to trade it in. I was stuck, so I paid it. I think it's important for anyone driving long distances to know about these charges before driving all the way in!

This was my second time buying from Redwater Dodge. Darryl was great to deal with. We first spoke on the phone and he looked into a few options and got got everything ready before I even walked in the door which made things much faster once I went in for a test drive. Wasn't long before I drove away with my new Jeep!
