Worst customer service. Bald man instead of welcoming and asking to wait, he rather said all the staff is busy. Very rude staff. Will never go again. We felt really embarrassed to b there.

Reena has an amazing selection - best in Calgary - and what sets her apart is her service! I’ve got wedding and engagement outfits from her, have sent my friends, and she personally helped when I needed quick alterations. Couldn’t recommend Reenas Fabrics enough!

I have purchased a Native coat with hood my first order and it was just as beautiful as the picture. I also purchased later on 2 Native print long sweaters and they were both beautiful. I will definitely be buying more Native items/products from Reena Fabrics. Service has also been exceptional.

First of all, I was heartily impressed by the respectful welcome to the business when I arrived. I explained the style of dress I was looking at for my girlfriend. I was introduced to the latest designs, colour, and fabric of ready made dresses. I was very amazed at how every employee in the ladies section helped me to pick the perfect size and colour of dress. The staff did a great job by guessing the size based on a picture on my phone.
After few moments, I saw Reena as she became readily available to help understand the length and fitting of the dress. Reena’s customer service was paramount by adding customized design to the dress without any additional cost.
As promised, the dress was ready when she said it would be. The dress fits my dear love perfectly. This was a surprise, a present, a first time experience for her. My girlfriend, loved the colour (her favourite one), and the tailoring was well done.
Overall, I had a great experience with Reena, the gentleman who greeted me when I arrived and all the staff members. Everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable about the business, helpful, and had great customer service skills.
Im very happy with the purchase of the dress because I see my dear love smiling and loving it. I would highly recommend the business and will be a returning customer for further purchases.

Very worst customer service. They don't even pay attention to customers when they visit store.

My very first time purchasing a suit from Reena fabrics went well; it was a suit with a beautiful colour and design. I had bought it, excited to wear for my sisters wedding. Only on its FIRST wear, the dress had immediately started to open. For my sisters wedding I decided to make my first big suit purchase and was deeply disappointed. When addressing the issue with the owner, I was put down. And responded to as such “none of my customers have complained to me before. ” Instead of addressing the problem I was facing with the dress she had a bitter attitude and kept belittling my experience with her store.

My sister in law and I had the best time shopping at Reena Fabrics. Reena took such good care of us and helped us pick out the most beautiful outfits. I was most impressed with the large selection of gorgeous Indian outfits for larger women such as myself. And at different price points. In most other stores, I am lucky if a store has even one outfit for me to try. I highly recommend buying your Indian outfits from Reena Fabrics. And I forgot. I bought a very unique set of earrings from there too. Love them! I just want to thank Reena for a wonderful shopping experience.

This store has an excellent selection as well as impeccable service. Their pieces are modern and unique. The sales staff are extremely helpful and genuinely try to find you what you are looking for. As someone who struggles to find clothes that fit a petite figure I was pleasantly surprised to have a variety of selection (some of which fit perfectly as is). There is a seamstress on site that is also able to alter items to your taste and measurements. The prices are reasonable and fit any budget. I would recommend this store to a friend!

Wonderful fabric store which works in partnership with the Indigenous community to offer cloth, crafting supplies we regularly need. As well as lots of fun indigenous themed gifts.

Reena is absolutely lovely in helping my sister and I every single time we've visited over the last few years. She always remembers us and even remembers our specific styles to cater to us even better. Always a very personalized and pleasant experience.

I even don’t want to give one star, the old guy was there he doesn’t know how to talk to a lady, I was as a customer but he doesn’t know how to react, how to answer. One lady was there too but she was quite and nice.the old guy was so aggressive. I will suggest everyone pls don’t go there. They are in business but don’t know how to talk. Specially with lady. I think that’s the reason the store looks always quite.

I went first time at this store and also last time. I never ever recommend this store to anybody. The customer service of ladies employees are so rude. Worst customer service. Ladies who work there, zero customer service. The reason behind the mask. My mask had broken. After that I bring my own other mask. I suggest very nicely that for emergency should keep some mask at the front door for safety. I think there is no point to be rude. The tall lady was so rude answered me. I know may be the store can be busy. I don't think so that every customer can get a mask from store. Just for an emergency. When I turned around she started talking about me with the other lady in rude way. Otherwise mask is not a big deal. Atleast ladies should speak nicely with customer. I think that's the customer service.

Quite possibly the rudest service of any fabric store I have ever been to. The older gentleman is the only friendly person there. The younger man is so rude I will likley never shop there again. I have spent thousands in fabric there.but today.was the worst.

My first and last visit here was a bad experience. I asked for 1.5m of fabric, and the older man who cut the material for me cut the fabric very slanted. When I got home, I laid out my fabric and noticed that when I folded it in half, the ends did not match up at all. This was a major inconvenience for me, as the shape of the material was more of a parallelogram than a rectangle, making it unusable for my project. I brought the fabric back to the store to show the man and kindly asked him if he could remeasure. His response was hostile and he got very angry at me. He even rudely told me to leave the store. He dared me to write this review, so here I am sharing my experience. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again, and will be sure to share my experience with my friends and family. This man needs to treat his customers with more respect.

This is the best place to come get your Indian outfits! Reena and her staff was amazing when helping me finding outfits for my sisters wedding Raj helped me out finding a couple of outfits she was such an amazing person! Thank you so much

Such an amazing shopping experience! Reena was helpful, her staff was super friendly and accepting of all body types. They made sure to find us an outfit within our budget and the exact style we were looking for. It was an above and beyond shopping experience (especially for Indian clothes in the NE) and they have beautiful elegant pieces! Definitely coming back here.

Worst service I have ever had. Save your money and don't go there and go to somewhere else. One of the staff was rude and mean because I didn't buy anything. If I didn't like anything, for sure I 'm not going to buy it.

I hate this place. When in there and they basically stole my money! I didn’t even want the fabric and the old man already cut it and wouldn’t let me leave until I bought it. Worst place ever! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY MORE FOR THE SAME FABRIC PIECE YOU CAN GET SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR CHEAPER. I wish i never went here. This place needs to be shut down. Just a bunch of scammers with overly priced cheap fabric! Save your money people and go somewhere else! Trust me not worth it.
