I found this company while searching for window casement handles. We are in a different province but Lindsay has been absolutely brilliant! Quick response lots of help and support! Our new go to supplier!

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Lindsay in the parts department took the time to explain everything needed to know before I ordered the item needed. Living in the "States" and having never ordered outside the U. S. I had a difficult time with my bank. Needless to say Lyndsay told me what to do and my financial institution replied favorably. I purchased a length of "kerf mounted weatherseal-extended reach" door weatherstripping. My exterior door (new construction) had Q-Lon kerf weatherstripping installed, but due to the door frame not being plumb, there was still a gap between the door and the frame. The Reflect product was described as being able to cover a larger gap than the Q-Lon, and when installed, it did. I was very happy with the installed product.

Several months later, the new weatherstripping was no longer smooth over its installed length. It appeared to still be firmly installed in its track, but the foam covered portion had formed lumps. It no longer sealed.

I suggested that the product might not be up to Arizona high temperatures, but the Reflect contacts advised that they ship this product everywhere, and I was the only customer who ever had a problem. They offered to send me a new length of product, but only if I paid for shipping.

Since I know that what I bought did not work, I declined to pay Reflect a shipping charge to get another identical length. They seemed happy with my decision.

I would advise prospective customers to consider the environment in which the product would be used, and avoid it if daily high temps are over 110 degrees. Reflect did not stand behind this product, and purchasers, like me, and like you, are on their own.

I called Reflect Window and a very nice lady by the name of Lindsey helped me figure out the parts I needed for my window. I will definitely purchase again.

I discovered the sliding window internal tilt latches that I purchased from Reflect Window & Door were ever-so-slightly too large (1/16 off). When I called for info on how to return them I was greeted over the phone by Caitlin - such a lovely happy voice - I could 'hear' her smile! After a brief conversation, she connected me with Theresa who was pleasant and patient in explaining the return policy as my purchase was a couple of weeks past the return deadline. After some discussion Theresa allowed my return (thank you!), patiently explained the return procedure and without being asked, took time to search the inventory to see if there was a better fitting latch for my windows. Reflect, these are two front-line employees have done you proud! So nice doing business with you:)

Reflect had the part I needed - the local window suppliers and hardware stores certainly didn't!

Purchased a Sliding Glass Patio Door Outside Pull With 6-9/16" Screw Holes on 5/31. To my surprise when I received the product it arrived with unacceptable nicks in the enamel.

I sent an email expressing my disappointment. I promptly received an invite from Maddie to discuss the situation.

Ultimately it was agreeded the nicks occurred during shipment, Maddie quickly sent out a new handle which I'm very pleased with.

I ordered a new pvc strip for our shower door. It arrive so fast I was shocked. It was only sold in 95” lengths. I emailed the company and requested they cut it in 20.5” lengths. It arrive in exactly the lengths I requested. Thanks so much to Lindsay Piggott, Shipping Manager, for providing outstanding customer service! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

I was having an issue with some old and rotted astragals at my company front doors. Searching around I found that Reflect had the exact items that I needed. I called for a few details then created my order. Now I'm not next door mind you, country borders, wild animals, and too many mountains and lakes to count separate me from them.and they had the AUDACITY to get what I ordered, delivered to me in 22 hours, and with the correct measurements that I stipulated in my order! Packaged to withstand the worst circumstances as well. If you do not buy from these people you are a fool! I had an excellent customer service experience working with Lindsay to resolve a warranty issue with a set of Awning window hinges. I had replacement hinges in hand and ready for install within 10 days of initally contacting Reflect about the issue.

I had 2 windows installed yesterday and it was cold. The installer braved the cold temperature and was very professional. The windows are great and I highly recommend this company. The staff I dealt with from start to finish were awesome.

Sheldon from Reflect came and fixed my front door so it doesn't leak cold air in from the winter. Super friendly and competent, he didn't rush and took the time to do a quality job, checking the corners for any air leaks afterward. It seems to me Reflect are the people to go to when you need the job done right.

I ordered mosquito screen to be remeshed last year for my mom. When it comes to order, the price was doubled than original quote. It took 2 months to finish. Mom waited 2 month getting her screen back. With all these troubles, we hoped for good quality. A year later, my husband helped mom removing screen. All two handles on both screens are broken. I called company. I was told handles are not in warranty, which I did not find such writing in my receipt. If they would fix, company would charge $2 for each handle, and plus labor fee. I am very disappointed with quality of the product and company.

The screen was for my mom. My mom's name is on file.

Here is update to my experience after company's follow up.
I did call back as indicated. Company nicely offered door service to pick up screen and fix pull tabs, but under the condition of me removing my bad review. I refused doing so. I was then told to bring screen in store. I agreed.
A few days later, I brought in screens. Because of without pull tabs, screens had to be forced out of window frame, mesh had hole and one frame was warped. I requested to remesh screen and ask if frame can be straightened up. The young lady went in and talked to the manager. She came out and told me that they can redo screen only after I remove review first. This is blackmail. No more business with this company.

We just had a large window on the second floor of our home replaced by Sheldon from Reflect Windows and Doors. Sheldon was friendly, kind and professional and did an amazing job replacing a window that was hard to get to. Reflect Windows and Doors is definitely the company to go to, to get any window and door work done. I was very impressed and happy with the work.

Had fantastic service today from Martin! Our back door has been freezing up and didn’t close properly. Now it looks brand new and closes properly without issues!

Their prices are competitive, Nicole is an absolute sweetheart to deal with on the phone, and Benjamin Krysa is a first rate installer, who is in and out of your home in no time at all, leaving nothing behind but beautiful windows. They are so good in fact, that I have them scheduled to replace ALL the windows in my rental property with upgraded windows and trim, including the big picture windows, which will now open to let in a cross breeze, all the basement windows, and all for less than you might expect. Plus, I live an hour out of Edmonton, AB.so this includes travel and labour. I could not be more pleased.

I was kept up to date on appointment schedules, called and came early. The two installers explained everything clearly, pleasant and courteous. The work was done and cleaned up as before they arrived. The window being repaired was part of an 18’ tall 7 panel window, elevated work was required. They went a step above and adjusted an opening window that a previous company that installed the original windows a year before and never returned my calls. Rating 11out of 10, will use them for any future work.

I recently had Reflect Window and Door come to my home to repair an issue I was having with my basement window. My experience was a positive one from start to finish. He was punctual, professional and carried out the task to perfection.

I am here to share my experience with Reflect Window &Door. I bought an patio door lockset online and tried to install by myself, unfornately I broke one screw, Lindsay mailed out a new screw right away. Patio door lock installation is some difficult for me, when I messed up with the handle again, she didn't question me, just mailed a new handle out. I really appreciate her help and this is great experience.

We snapped the window lock latch off or our 17 year old windows and had no idea what to do until we found Reflect Window replacement parts. They shipped us the exact part we needed to repair our window. We received it in within a day and a half and were able to fix our window for a very reasonable price.

I brought my screen door there to get fixed. They put in the new piece to make it work, but didn't fix the hole in the screen. They told me they couldn't. Why do the repair if you can't fix the whole thing? When I picked up the door, the receptionist said the part is no longer available. Ok, but how about some alternatives then? I waited 3 weeks. Its not usable as the hole is worse.

We used Reflect to replace our picture window a few years ago and they did such a good job on the initial quote & installation that we contracted them to replace the remaining 9 windows in our house this year. Every time our interaction with the Reflect team was amazing, from the initial measurements, suggestions for window opening styles and style of installation, scheduling of the installation, and finally the quote for the actual installation itself.

At installation time the team was very personable and polite, even giving us tips on how to maintain our new windows going forward, including the inner and outer seals as well as our inner and outer trim. We have existing roll shutters on every window and they were able to not only work around them, the install team even re-anchored a few shutters that needed it without asking. Big shout out to our installers Ben & Troy, you two were a pleasure to have and I am grateful for the advice on how to maintain the new windows, as well as replacement timelines for existing framing and fascia.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family who are looking to upgrade their windows.
