The Physiotherapist Khurshid Patel is amazing, worked pertionally on my low back pain issue, diagnose the Problem from Scratch, Teach me the mechanism behind the pain and also the remedy Exercises to cure, Feels really good and Refresh after Session with him, Excellent Customer Service, i Must reccomend to all who needs Physiotherapist, Give shout out to them.

I see Dustin, a chiropractor, at the Sherwood Park location. He is always so caring but what I appreciate most is his genuine curiosity about my symptoms and the cause.

I recently visited the Sherwood Park location. Megan, at the front desk was warm snd welcoming. Lesley, the massage therapist was excellent. She listened to my concerns and I felt 100% better after the treatment. I will be back for sure.

Refresh Health and Wellness is an amazing place to go for one’s treatments. I feel so welcomed as the amazing receptionists would always greets me so friendly with their always smiling faces and politeness. Even on the phone, they are so amazing.
My Chiropractic treatment is the best am having with Dr Dustin. He is so kind, thoughtful and always listening and making me feel at home and cared for at the end of my treatments. He would take time on applying the various steps of treatments and would not just hurry through them rushing. He is an amazing Chiropractor and he definitely knows what he is doing for I feel the good results of the chiro treatments I am receiving from him. Even when I give a late cancellation or arrive late, they are all so profoundly understanding and still amazingly kind towards me. So you can understand why I live in Edmonton and have to continue driving there to Refresh Health and Wellness Center at Sherwood park.

Great place for Physiotherapy, Chiro and Massage. Khurshid is an amazing physiotherapist and good knowledge. He treated my back from an inclined posture to straighten and not only it cured my back but also cured my long pain of Plantar fasciitis.

Magic hands!
I had a sport's injury which hurt my lower back, pain was so bad and restricted my body movement. I met Kursheed Patel by chance during a gathering and he booked me in for the treatment.
It was an amazing experience, he tested my whole body and find out not only my back but also my neck needs to be fixed as well.
However he begins the treatment and after first session I felt the pain was gone 100% and also I was able to stretch my body with out any pains.
I would highly recommend for any physio or chiro treatment to go see Kursheed Patel, he is very knowledgeable and experienced physio therapist.

Dr. Johnston provides very thorough care for his clients. I have an especially complex concern and his attention to detail and active listening are very appreciated.

Easy booking process, easy to submit benefits at the front desk, and quick to get in to a room! This was my second accupuncture appt with Farshid and I am definitely hooked. My knees feel immediate relief and its a cool and helpful experience. He focuses on the issue I bring up but then always asks further questions on how else he can benefit my life with accupuncture! He is awesome. This is my new health addiction!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Khurshid recommended me to a female physiotherapist Aman, she did the best treatment for me. She explains everything in detail and I bet all of refresh physiotherapist does that. Someone with the language barrier this place is perfect for them since they speak 5 languages here. You get the the therapist according to your preference male or female. They have all the modern technology with the years of experience. They are following all the pendamic protocol. Sanitizing social distancing and mask. You should definitely try this place, Refresh wellness @Sherwood park is the best.

I went here to see a Chiropractor (Dr. Johnston). The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The focus was on the patient (my) needs entirely, there was absolutely nothing "sales-y" or "up-sell-y" about the experience at all. Highly recommend.

I love how neat and tidy it is their friendly, most of all I like how you’re not interrogated and bombarded with millions of Covid questions and stopped at the door to sanitize and there’s no sign saying no mask to enter Which I appreciate although they keep up to health standards without shoving it down our throat‘s.

After years of back problems and different physiotherapists, Refresh has definitely been the best hands down for fixing this old broken body. Massage Therapist Melinda is awesome, she had me feeling better and eating healthier (sometimes) after a few visits. Morgan the most cheerful Physiotherapist around is the best in the business. She takes the time to listen and explains things better than any other physiotherapist I've been to. Dustin was great for my first chiropractic experience and will definitely see again when needed. Jessica was great for my first cupping/massage experience. I don’t think you can go wrong with anyone here, the atmosphere is friendly and positive and they are all very good at what they do. It finally got me motivated to do those stretches/exercises I should have done years ago.

I went to this place yesterday with a bad lower back issue on my right hip Could barely walk/ sit down, dr Dustin Johnston was excellent took his time working the muscles loose and got me that pop / crack adjustment I needed, he asked all the right questions and even put me on the decompression table to further help my situation, so he knows how to fix me and Today I am feeling absolutely no pain at all! Thanks again and I’ll be back for sure!

This is a great clinic! I love that it’s a one stop shop where you can receive great Physio Therapy from Morgan or excellent Chiropractic treatment from Dr. Dustin Johnston or a great massage from Jessica. They direct bill for you as well and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
