Integrity is not a word ever used to describe this place. I was sold a truck that was unfixable and tried to return it. I was told they would not take it back but would be willing to put it back in the auction and do the same thing to someone else. No class people no class
Any chance you guys can stop spamming AutoTrader! Unreal. I have to scan through 20 of your undervalued, Clickbait cars before finding a legit one. “2014 does f-150 $2500”. There you go. I’m deleting AutoTrader thanks to you clowns.
Technical Glitch in their system with bidding. I clearly won item and they sold to another bidder. The part that is frustrating is I have to call every day to get an answer: They say they will call me back but never do. Management handled this issue poorly, that’s the real complaint here.
Not an impressive place. Staff isn’t much welcoming either. The terms are tricky and at times you felt cheated. Won’t recommend to newbie bidders atleast.
(Buyer) Their buyers protection policy can really save your life meaning no one can sell some junk to you. The conditions are part of the receipt you get or can read it online. Overall good experience with them.
We bought a vehicle from an auction, it says engine is good working.we wanted to check vehicle before 1day auction close and we were 3 mints late due to traffic the guy said you are 3 mints late we can let you try.next day we bought car and they said you have 2 days if anything problems we will take it back after credit card fees. We took that car to mechanic and engine was damaged. They didn't take it back. By saying that it can be start so
Had a problem with a vehicle, but it was a misunderstanding. Regal auctions walked me through the process and it was obvious that I made the mistake. They were very considerate and explained what I didn't understand. Very good. Only auction I know of that treats you like a friend.
You now have to have an appointment to pick up auction items. It was frustrating, as I don't always know when I'm done work. However, they did accommodate me, and I got my items and left happy.
For consigning non car items to auction, it might be one of the best places in the city. Be aware, they do not have reserves on non car items. You'll have a cheque in your hand soon after the auction closes. Best of all, I find, employees are polite, helpful and trustworthy. I'd always go back and would recommend.
Their agents are ever ready to get you moving by working with you to ensure the best option for you during viewing and your budget gets you going. They are simply amazing.
They like to sell vehicles that have clearly had the odometer damaged to hide actual mileage. Yes buyer beware, but when online you can’t see the cracked digital odometer. This vehicle had the gauge cluster taken apart and had some jam something into the digital display and put back together. If the pictures showed a damaged display I would never of bid on it. Just crooks. Oh and there’s a difference from saying the odometer doesn’t work, and that someone clearly took the gauge cluster apart and broke the screen and put back together to hide mileage, just to profit from it. Fraud plain and simple. If they actually shined a light on odometer they would of seen it was cracked. Never buy online without looking at the vehicle in person at this auction.
