The ladies here are very nice. The only thing that threw me off was the fact that my nail tech started complaining to me about my cuticles, and that she would’ve been done sooner if I took care of them. As someone who is a broke college student, getting my nails done is like a treat. I don’t need to feel like a burden.

Went and got my nails done a few weeks back. HORRIBLE. They broke within a day. I called the next day and asked for a refund. The ladies there had said they would call us back. Never did. Called back six days later and same thing. I went in today and the ladies there were VERY VERY rude. Kept fighting and interrupting me. I eventually got my money back but the costumer service was TERRIBLE. I do not recommend this place

This morning I had asked if they had time for a walk in appointment, which they responded that they did and they would get to me within 10 mins.

After waiting about half an hour, a woman came up to me and said they no longer could take me in.

Instead of saying "yes" to everyone that walks in, you should check your schedule thoroughly by being more organized and have better time management skills! This would simply prevent upsetting customers.

I do not recommend this nail salon and will not be back!

First visit was good second horror.rushed through my pedi.lady didn't engage with me once.as I watched her do my toes I was in shock to see she was just going through the motions around my cuticles and not actually taking anything off. WHO DOES THAT! PERHAPS IF SHE WASN'T SO BUSY CHATTING IT UP WITH HER FELLOW TECHNICIANS SHE MAY OF TAKEN NOTICE, I actually said to her.your not taking anything off my cuticles.she just looked at me.its OK it's OK I will do.hahahha and she never DID. WTH. Sorry ladies I can't remember her name.she was an older lady. Chatty thing.

These ladies have done my nails for year's. They always chatty, and joking. Prices are reasonable, and they always willing to fix anything that you might not like!
