Overall experience was fine until our vanity showed up with missing parts.
21 days later I have yet to receive the parts needed to finish my reno.
They were supposed to be mailed and they never came. Then they said they would be give me a tracking number, mail again the parts and that never happened.
Then they they told me to contact someone else and I did only to be told to pick the part up in fort mac (I'm in Edmonton).
Tired of this run around over a simple hinge.

I used Regency Cabinets for my kitchen cabinet doors. Their price was good with the quality. Product was delivered and installed on time. We had some hiccups during the installation date, but the way they handled and sorted the thing on the same day is commendable. I am really impressed with the professionalism and time in which they sorted things out and finished the job on the same day. This was my first time using them but in future they will be my go to guys for cabinets.
