Front desk over the phone was rude. I asked for some information regarding security license about documents. She said I don’t know what to bring here check their website. Then what are you doing there at the reception. Please change your attitude unless we can take our business somewhere else.

The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful.
There was a section that needed to be filled, but I didn’t understand it, so I asked for clarification. She advised me to consult my lawyer. I grasped the information through my agent. Later, she asked whom I had just called? What?

Very rude staff there I suggest people not to go there at all. No respect for clients. Pathetic service they don’t even deserve 1 star. Young blond girl has too much of attitude.

I am not sure if the lady in the office doing paperwork is the manager but wow I’ve never encountered or seen such a woman so grumpy and was giving us a death stare from her glass covered glass. The cashier was referring our concern to her and just by looking at her actions she got very annoyed and was staring at us as if we did something wrong. I can never forget her face. We went to a different registry and we were gladly helped. I am not sire what her problem was. If I could give this branch a zero star I would. We wasted our time and was treated without respect. THIS IS THE WORST REGISTRY OFFICE we’ve ever gone into!

I asked about an issue with my PHN not working at a medical imaging facility over the phone. Instead of telling me up front that they couldn't help me over the phone I was transferred to a different rep who then put me on hold to speak with a manager. I waited about 5 mins before the call dropped. I called back and they tried to continually put me back on hold. When I finally got to a manager after more waiting on hold the manager informed me I'd have to come in to verify identity. Why couldn't the first agent have told me that, considering I outright asked all 3 representatives I spoke with if they could help me over the phone or not? Why was I transferred at all? Very poor experience. I will not use this registry location again.

Had my road test with Instructor Daryl, examiner no. 14662 and it was a great experience. He was so calm, polite and communicated his instructions very clearly. He would judge you based on your skills and advice on areas you need improvement. His judgement is free from bias. I’ll definitely recommend this registry if you ever need to take a road test, as long as you follow the signs, rule, regulations and you know what you’re doing, you will definitely pass. Not one of those registries that fail people on purpose.

Friendly and accomodating staffs.

Recently passed my road test with Mr. Daryl who's been so friendly and made the test so smooth with his great approach.

I still have few things to do at the registry and will definitely comeback.

This place is a joke. I have been to this business many times and very rarely have I good experience. The service is not great, nor are the employees friendly. Today I waited 20 mins to be told that only one person was available to complete my request. This person had told another customer that the wait may be 45 mins. Seriously, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will be finding another place to conduct my business.

I booked my driving test at this location for the second time (unfortunately I didn’t pass the first one) I was very impressed by the instructor’s kindness and professionalism. I was clearly explained the reasons why I didn’t pass the first time. I was really nervous on my second test, but the instructor Ruby, was very kind and helpful, she gave me clear instructions and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the test. She was fantastic, I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Always having bad experiences, this was my third time, not cooperative and helpful. We don’t work at registry that we would know everything. Dont respect people’s time.

Been there multiple times dealt with different cashiers, terrible experience each cashier has its own rules. Govt official website ID acceptance vs their own. Every time been there different reasons and level of service is Overall below 0 star.

Pricing isn’t as advertised. They claim 2.99% credit card charges but they charge more than that; weird tables and charts to charge whatever they want.

Best customer service I have ever received in any registry in Edmonton. I loved the way they listened to my request and helped me in the best possible way.
I would love to come to this registry every time now; even if it very far away from my home.

Bad communication specially with the younger one poor communication
And specially the guy always sit by the window Bad attitude.

Not a very good experience. The staff doesn't know how to talk. I am lucky that I only have to go this place for work once.
