I definitely wouldn’t waste my time ordering from this restaurant on skip the dishes. I put an order in at 4pm and didn’t receive it until almost 8pm. Almost 4 hours of wait time! That is ridiculous! Worst part is one of the co-workers called me and tried to blame the drivers! Best guess is they accepted the order and then got a rush and put me on the back burner. Never ordering from the restaurant again! The best burger in Calgary is alumni off 17th. Don’t waste your time here.

When you first enter, you feel it’s a very strange place and not your ordinary restaurant but once you sit, get your order and food comes around; you’ll be blown away! Best Asiago fries, such bold flavours in all their food. The burger was one of the best my father has ever had! We got such great service, Very polite. Very clean establishment. Cool and absurd decor! COME HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Cause burgers spelt backwards is excellent.

Loved the food! We were disappointed about them not having any vegan shakes but the staff were so wonderful (and accommodating), the food was so delicious- we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the wonderful meal

Did a take out for two of us. This place looked cool. I loved the burger but my husband was not so happy with it.

Burgers were okayish but the servers are really really kind & nice. 3 stars for the servers

Kind of sad that it was so expensive and the portions sucked. Food is okay. I hope to try the vegan shake people talk about but my daughters burger is barely cooked and we got such little fries each I doubt I'd order here again for food.

I loved eating her so much probably because of how different and unique it was. Their milkshakes are the coolest. They have so many varieties of everything. I think that their burgers are not the best but that still didn't ruin the great experience. I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

3 stars based purely on the food/drinks this visit. Last meal (pre covid) was opposite.food not so good but service great. With an hour until closing we treated like trespassers, not customers who had paid for food.

Whoah! This sink has a basin almost as big as a toilet! Great for experimenting, creativity, and artistry. Try out a new technique! Bonus for the treated plywood that was super hipster 10 years ago. Fun place!

Really tasty food, and the milkshakes were beautiful & delicious. Everything is super filling (as most burger places are) and we definitely ordered too much food but would go back again for sure!

GOT THE VEGAN CHEESECAKE MILKSHAKE AND LOVED THE MILKSHAKE BUT DISLIKED THE CHEESECAKE. IT TASTED LIKE WALNUTS AND CASHEWS DIPPED IN SYRUP.
I WAS NOT A HUGE FAN OF SCANNING THE MENU AND ORDERING, PERHAPS HAVING THE MENU SOMEWHERE UP WOULD IMPROVE SERVICE.
OTHERWISE THE VEGAN MUSHROOM BURGER WAS DELICIOUS.

Delicious food! I love the different type of unique burgers they have and their crazy milkshakes are to die for! Will have to come again the next time I'm in Calgary!

Tasty truffle fries. Cauliflower bites were good also/ would prefer w cheese sauce or something A bit greasy, but as to be expected w fried food, but really yummy! Thank you ~

The dairy free milkshakes here are amazing! I have not had a milkshake for years, since I developed an intolerance to dairy and these make me so happy. I had the Krusty and the Remarkable, both were delicious! The gluten free burgers were sub par though, the bun fell apart quite easily

Went with a friend and Got the Smoke & Fire burger. The flavors were good but it really didn't ave any heat. My friend got the Bison and enjoyed it. Also be careful where you choose to eat these as they were fairly messy.

We enjoyed our meals, particularly the onion rings and deep-fried pickles. Two of us ate Vintage Deluxe burgers and really enjoyed them. We also tried the Creamy Mushroom which was enjoyable but not quite as good as hoped. The real disappointing burger was the Cauli. It had an unpleasant oily taste and the sauces were not as abundant as hoped. Unfortunately, we couldn't even finish this one. Maybe it would have been best ordered in rather than take-out. We've had good experiences in the past and were surprisingly disappointed this time.

Cool place and amazing burguer! The food is pricey, but tasty. The fries weren't good though, they were not fried properly.

Awesome shakes with fantastic presentation! Really cool atmosphere with a graffiti wall and lots of choices to fill your sweet tooth cravings!

Friendly and super welcoming staff here. Truly a local gem and one that needs to be supported to keep it alive. Enjoy the monster milkshakes late at night that are an entire meal in themselves. Small location so plan ahead if you want to be inside. Otherwise great open patio for the warmer months.

The walk up experience is very odd, there are no signs even stating the type of food their selling. They sold me a milkshake with no lid? They said they were out of lids? I would have liked to know in advance because it became a mess.

$9 Beyond Meat Burger lacked flavor and bun tasted burned.and $10 for Large Sweet Potatoes in a small container. Menu needs pictures. No small portions for milkshakes for kids.

Love the crazy milkshakes. Pricey night out for a family getting burgers and fries, but it's tasty.

We had an amazing vegan (soy based) milkshake and onion rings. Everything was delicious fun and out of this world milkshakes!

Great place if you want impressive looking food but not the best place if you're looking for impressive-tasting food.

Went with friends for milkshakes. They all looked really cool, but we found them to be overly sweet and one dimensional in flavour. The deep fried Oreo garnish tasted like old fryer oil.

Sadly they got my order wrong and then had to wait 25 min to get my milk shake. Yes sure they look nice. But actual flavor, very poor. Way too sweet

I live a few blocks from here. Have always had a great experience. There's a new guy, I think Luis is his name, made the best burger I've ever had.

I went to this location once and it was amazing. It was really clean and the staff was really nice. I got one of their milkshakes and they were unreal, it had this crazy design and it tasted amazing.

Decided to give Regrub a try. I got the double decker burger and onion rings. Other orders was Eurika burger. Also we got strawberry shake which was delicious. The burgers were great and very filling. Decently priced relatively to other places. Social distancing measures in place so make sure you look at online menu before you head in to order. Onion rings came with maple syrup which I thought was interesting. The fries came with hickory seasoning which was delicious.

Food was pretty unremarkable. Not an amazing value for the price. Service was also pretty slow given the number of staff.

I had some vegan food here. I liked the burger it was really nice, would have liked more veggies on it. The shake I had tasted like someone whispered Oreo near a coconut.

Cool atmosphere. Friendly staff. Milkshakes are extravagant but fun to get! Sharing a burger is a good idea due to the huge milkshake. Fries are not a necessity as you will be SO FULL from the milkshake.

I was excited to try this place for a while. Went down with my kids. The burgers weren't tasty, ordered the Bison burger and it really had no flavor, plus it was dripping with oil like the burger had been deep fried. The milkshakes are decent nothing too fancy. The biggest TURN OFF for this place was the cutlery was filthy. They looked liked they had not even been washed just wiped off.

Burgers are pretty good and the fries are amazing, the ridiculous milkshakes are visually stunning but way too sweet to the point of being undrinkable

Being blunt, the food is no good. I've tried a few times and walked away telling myself not to go back every time. Then after a while I forget about it and think "maybe it will be good" but then it simply isn't.

On top of that, it is crazy expensive. Way more than what it's worth.

I've given it 2 stars (Instead of 1) because the little heart cookie that comes with the food is actually pretty good and I like the messaging it promotes. A round of applause for that one.

I'd recommend trying it once and getting the Superhero milkshakes because they look pretty cool when they come out, but that's about it.

This place was horrible. The wait for food was over an hour and it wasn't even busy. Really overpriced for the quality of the food. After waiting for about an hour for a tiny hamburger it was really disappointing. There were people who cancelled their order because of the amount of time it was taking. The restaurant was dirty and the shake bar seem really dirty and disorganized. Management should be embarrassed of the service and quality that this place provides. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And it'll definitely be my last time there

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved my Potterhead shake and the "Poutine"burger which is served over French onion soup. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were a nice size.

Dirty napkin in the napkin box, ran out of clean napkins. Milkshake was so-so, vegan milkshake a complete disappointment.

Lights in half the store were off, service was meh, and we didn't really understand the chewy (stale, question mark?) marshmallows between the oreos in the vegan milkshake. Milkshakes weren't really cold, either. Way better value at Peter's. WAY better.

Have someone go back to the drawing board with your vegan selection (s), start with vegan ice cream, add real Oreos or vegan cookies or whatever. Then serve in a cold glass, with cold ingredients.

Yeeaahhh nice aesthetic, so-so presentation, poor experience. Probably never going back.

Good burgers but pretty expensive. Two burgers, two fries and two shakes cost us $60. Lots of unique options on the menu. Not terribly attentive staff though. I have a gluten sensitivity and requested a milkshake with no cookie and it was still sent to me with cookie despite this. The girl who I ordered from was the one that made the milkshake as well so it wasn't a communication issue between her and someone else. I asked for a lettuce wrap bun on my burger and what came out was a bit of a surprise. It was two thick ends of iceburg lettuce heads with the meat on between. Pretty impossible to eat that way. I ended up having to peel a couple of small pieces off myself to try and eat it. There was no cutlery that I could see (I'm not sure they even offer any) so it was pretty hard to eat, not to mention quite messy.

Service is very subpar. Their inexperience at customer service is quite apparent. Food comes out in a strange order. Have these people never eaten anywhere else to know how things are supposed to work in a restaurant? When the burgers finally came out, we sent them back as the buns were literally ROCK HARD, very dark, and quite inedible. The server, with a confused look, brought them back to the "chef" who rolled her eyes and brought out a frozen bun from the freezer to prove to the server that rock hard buns are quite normal. Imagine that, a frozen bun is equally hard so we should have just accepted it? Huh.so demanding on our part, I see that now. The server brought our hockey pucks back to the table. We had to get a second server over to intervene and who made the "chef" redo them. When they came back, they were half the hardness but had more colour.and our gums are in the process of healing. Someone needs an education on how to defrost bread. We won't ever be back. Way overpriced too.

The milkshakes were really cool/delicious, the interior is neat the burgers coming out to the surrounding tables looked really delicious, but I ordered the plantation burger and it was VERY underwhelming in appearance compared to the other burgers I saw and was not impressed by the taste either. Also parking is hard to find and I ended up having to park beside an alley filled with junkies lol and your not going to get a table if its really busy because the restaurant is small but It is a great place to go with friends and would definitely like to go back again to try the rest of the menu!

Milkshakes and fries. Super sweet, but super delish! Didn't really need the fries, milkshake was dinner in itself. The curly fries were amazing though.

The milkshake was delicious and wow, do they have a crazy.but expensive selection of those! Some had cheesecake slices right on top of the milkshake!
We also ordered the Asiago cheese truffle fries, which were yummy but came out in a very small chipped ceramic bowl. Food should never be served on any cracked or chipped plates or bowl, since more could chip off and you could have someone eating broken ceramics!
The burgers were good, but nothing to write home about.
Lastly, the place could use a real good scrubbing. There were flies everywhere! Even the bathrooms. It's clear they aren't being properly cleaned nor are the tables. I shudder at the thought of the state of the kitchen if that's what the customer facing side looked like.
All in all, $40 was quite the hefty tab for 2 burgers, fries and a milkshake.probably go elsewhere next time.

Very tasty! We kept hearing people complain about the prices but hey you come here for crazy shakes that are hand built when ordered (that takes time!) and really good food so if you are surprised by the prices this isn't the place for you. Try something more in your price range, maybe McDonald's?

Shakes and burgers are pretty fun and creative. Service, however, was entirely nonexistent. Getting a glass of water or cutlery took asking each server in turn and about 30 minutes. Self service would be a better option for them to try!

Food is OK but definitely the most overpriced burger I've had in 20 yrs. Aside from the cheese bun (not toasted) which is a little better than average, for $11 this was the weakest burger imaginable.
And the much touted shakes - conceptually just wrong! What is the world is the point of serving a shake in a small beer mug that barely holds it's intended contents and then piling up another 4-5" of topping ingredients on top, totally unconstrained and running down the side of the glass all over the table. While waiting for glass of water (served in milkshake containers) I watched one of the servers struggle to stuff the contents for one milkshake into it's beer mug with its too small opening and then have to wipe up the whole mess before adding another 4" of topping on top - rediculous. Why not just serve the shakes in the shake containers?
Burgers at any golf clubhouse in the city would put these to shame, and you'd probably get fries and gravy to boot.
I'd been sold these as THE place for burgers in the beltline -massively disappointing.

Slow service. Fries were good but the burger, although looking awesome, had barely any flavor. Need smore seasoning. And the special sauce was little more than garnish as it lacked any kind of flavor profile. Would not recommend.

The burgers are of the "let's overeat" variety and were not that great.

The shakes, however, while also of the "let's overeat" variety, were absolutely awesome. They're basically a shake with another dessert stuck on top of it. The birthday cake shake was well worth it. We had another shake, but my family didn't let me actually have any, so it must have been good. It came with a donut and a ton of whipped cream on it.

The onion rings were also excellent as were the fries. I think I'd come back just for sides and shakes and give the burgers a skip.

The BEST burger in town. Staff is so friendly and owner is a wonderful lady with an awesome attitude. When you go there do ask for the cookie it's so delicious and don't forget to ask them why its heart shape.highly recommended place for everyone.

Imaginative shakes that were really good. Regrub vegan burger was excellant, super flavorful. Vintage deluxe and dude ranch were also good. The service however is another story and influenced the review. Slow and disorganized. None of the food came out at the same time. Could see food waiting at the pass to be served and staff walking right by. Came to the table with the wrong food items even though we have our order number on the table. We had to ask where our milk shake was after all the other beverages were served. Had to also get one of our own burgers off the pass. Asked if they had any take away containers service person rudely said no. Then went to ask the chef and he provided us with one. The chef seems to be the only competent staff member. This was not an $80 food experience. Not going back.

This place is an absolute mess. Keep in mind that I am visiting this spot for the first time whilst on vacation.
I walk in and go to sit down with my friend when I notice the greeter staring at me. I ignore it for a few minutes before she comes to my table and rudely tells me that I have to order at the counter first (something I didn't know you had to do at this place). So I go to order at the counter and I ask if I can pay after I have eaten. She tells me that's fine and I sit back down. A minute later, she comes over and tells me that I have to pay or else I can't keep sitting at the table. I was taken aback by the lack of clarity and went to pay nonetheless, in the hops that the food would make up for the lackluster customer service.

My food then takes more than 30 minutes to arrive, keep in mind that I went in during off-peak hours and the place was not crowded at all (I was inside and there were 2 other individuals sitting outside). The server gives my food to the two individuals sitting outside first before another server tells her that it's meant for me. My burger was cold to the touch and the bun tasted like pastry bread. I ask for my burger to be reheated and that still did nothing for it's bland taste.

I think in all my years of dining out, this has been the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
