First off, this was my first experience ever having a custom shirt made, and it was an awesome experience. Everything was fast, easy and fit perfectly. Quality of the product was top notch, and delivered on time. I would see Gregg again for more work without a doubt. And would recommend to anyone seeking custom shirts / suits!

We recently decided to purchase a custom suit for our son's xmas. We spoke with Greg who was excellent at explaining the process. Upfront with expected costs. When we decided to proceed Greg was prompt in contacting our son for measurements and materials. The suit arrived before the expected date and Greg again was extremely accommodating in arranging a time to attend our son's residence and fit the suit. My son is graduating this spring and wanted a black pinstripe suit. Of course this is a fabric that is not carried anywhere so I reached out to Reign. From start to finish, Greg was great to work with. He was great to communicate with, super accommodating and he has such a positive attitude, it made the experience even more exciting for a graduate. He had so many fabric options, which we could not find at any other store. The finished suit fit my son perfectly, requiring no alterations, and was completed much quicker than anticipated. All of the little details added to customize the suit, made it all the more special for my son. I will definitely be contacting Greg again for my next graduate’s suit!

Greg did an amazing job with sizing everyone in are group and made it super easy. There was lots of options for fabric, buttons, and lots of cool linings. Greg answered all of the questions we had, it’s also super convenient by coming to your house and bringing everything with him to pick out what you want for your suits.

Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. His fabric collection is extensive, as are the accent selections such as buttons, lining, and monograming.

He had a great experience - the options and selection were fantastic, but as someone from the outside looking in, it was the customer service that stood out to me. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Needed a suit on a short deadline, Greg was quick to reply and was able to meet the same day I messaged him. As someone who is not knowledgable about formalwear, Greg was extremely helpful in picking out styles, sizing, colour, and other optional details that would have otherwise been overwhelming.

One month later, I have a perfectly fitting suit that requires no additional tailoring, with materials that feel comfortable and luxurious. Everything looks good and makes you feel good - almost didn't want to take the suit off after the fitting.

Saved my wedding! I had another “custom” suit made by a large company in WEM and the suit that came was a disaster. It did not even come close to fitting. With only a few weeks to my wedding, Reign got me a completely custom suit, vest, and shirt that required no alterations! Don’t shop around, go to these guys! Greg at Reign Suit Co absolutely saved us. We ordered a custom wedding suit from a large chain and when it arrived, it was at least one size too small. The company refused to order us another one because they wouldn't guarantee its arrival from overseas before our wedding in a month. Fortunately, we were referred to Reign. Greg had a custom suit ordered for us and guaranteed it will be here on time. It was here in TWO WEEKS and fits exactly the way a custom made suit should. Our only trouble was picking a fabric from the 3000 options they have, but Greg helped with that as well. Reign is the only reason my fiance isn't walking down the aisle in a pair of sweatpants.

Really seamless process with Reign. I’ve always had to go back to get refitted or adjusted but this wasn’t the case here. Plus the material is very well made and comfortable. Greg was great to work with!

I went to Reign to find myself a custom suit for my wedding and I left with so much more. By providing the various appointment options through their office, or coming directly to your house it makes the process very easy. The suit came in faster then expected and the quality is exquisite. Everyone had nothing but compliments on my suit.

Amazing service! Greg came up to Fort McMurray from Edmonton to do custom suits the graduates. You choose your style, fabric, colors, etc, measurements are taken and then about 6 weeks later, the suit is ready. The suit turned out perfectly for my son, the fit was spot on, and it looks amazing!

I initially looked at other suit companies before Covid reared its head. As the date for my daughter’s wedding neared (yes with all the Covid chaos it continued) I needed a new suit. Reign’s representative was quick to respond and said he could fit me at my home, provide a quote, then place an order and I would have a suit in 2 to 3 weeks with time to spare before the big event in case an alteration was needed. I was skeptical at first given the many issues with ordering online but Reign went above and beyond.
They had various samples and details including a base level price and high end price based on primarily the Italian suit materials and fabrics chosen. This was comparable if not better than the box store offerings off the shelf or custom order. Reign also offered custom shirts, a variety of liners, styles, etc. Great service, great suit.

I was quite impressed with Greg's prices and selection compared to other local companies I spoke to. I had him measure me for a suit jacket with a pattern that's basically impossible to find in any store here and one which I've been trying to find for over a decade without any luck until now. I was also very impressed with how he would come to your home and measure you, show you his selection of fabrics and buttons as well as bring the finished product to you instead of you having to come to a shop to pick it up. He does go the extra mile in that regard and definitely prides himself on customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend, a must try!
