Reitmans

They are so nice here. Just really pleasant to deal with. Especially when shopping for clothes is not my favorite thing.
Clearance prices are ok.
Regular prices are a bit beyond my current budget. ($45 for pants…) but maybe ok for others.

I agree with some of the other reviewers that this store is in sad need of customer service protocol. I was not made to feel welcome or valued in this store and went away feeling slighted and disappointed not to mention empty handed.
Also the windows in this store are the dirtiest windows in this whole mall. Come on Reitmans get it together.

I’ve shopped here three times now and will NOT be returning to this location. The manager was beyond rude and had an attitude. She wouldn’t give me the time of day when trying to do a return. Went to another location and they did it with zero issue. As someone who works in customer service this manager has zero customer respect.
