RejuvaDERM Cosmetic Dermatology & Laser Centre

I received filler and subcision for my acne scarring and was delighted to find out they don’t charge as much for the treatment of acne scars because it’s considered a medical condition. It was a huge relief for me because I was sure I’d be spending a whole lot more to fix my scarring. My scars are not all healed as they could be but that’s to be expected. I will definitely keep going back for their services because they’ve helped me a lot for a very reasonable price.
UPDATE: I tried a few microneedling sessions here as well as their C02 fraxel laser, all of which made no discernable difference to my scarring. I've also had consults out of province, and have learned that rejuvaderms pricing for acne scarring is the standard price, i was notgiven any discount for the treatment of acne scarring which is fine, but i remember being told my fraxel treatment was 1 grand less than usual. Not sure why i was told that.
And when I went to their dermatology clinic next door, they rushed me out of their office in mere minutes and didn't give me a lot of time to talk to them about my skin concerns.
In retrospect, I've paid over 3 grand to this clinic and they've hardly addressed any of my scarring. I was also the one to suggest filler and subcision because I have lost facial tissue due to severe cystic acne, which normally, that is a route suggested by the professional themselves based on the type of scarring. Much of my scars are fairly easy to treat given the proper methods are applied. When I went in for my subcision and filler, they treated is like it was a rushed 20 minute process when, to my knowledge and based on my own research, this is a fairly invasive procedure when done properly. They did not prep and they did a poor job filling my major area of concern which is the depressed scar on the right side of my chin, instead they overfilled the left side of my chin which was not what I asked for.
I am going for more filler this coming month but so far, I do not trust that these practicioners care to help me with my scarring. It seems they really only want money out of me which I don't think is fair at all given I am trying to target scarring for a skin disease that was quite beyond my control. As it stands, they are the only clinic in my area offering these services so I will see if I can get them to listen to me the second go around but, I am quite disappointed in their lack of care.
I struggle a lot with body dysmorphia from mt scarring so it affects my mental health a lot to have to spend so much for hardly any result.

They also often refuse to answer their phone at the front desk in a timely manner which is kind of perplexing, as every time I've been in there they have atleast 2 receptionists sitting near the phones at all times. But what do I know?

All complaints aside they were very kind, and they tried to help and i appreciate that.

Nurse injector Jenifer Wright saved my face last week.
For the last 2 months, I have been hiding my face after an unfortunate experience with Botox migration from an injector in Calgary. Basically, it looked like I had Bells Palsy when I smiled. My face was so asymmetrical that I even postponed my wedding date as I was unable to smile. I need to smile on my big day.
I have now named Jennifer: MY CHRISTMAS ANGEL WITH THE MAGIC HANDS.
I can actually smile again. With her talented plan of action, she was able to treat particular muscles with Botox to even out this mess.

Today, one week later, I am smiling- and you can barely tell that something is off. I cannot thank Jen enough for her care.

I looove that she take the numbing cream off by sections instead of all off at once so numbing doesn't go down when you get to last section! ;) The deals over there too are awesome! Then you have more money for more treatments and products:) love their coffee bar too, never down a free coffee:)

I have been self-conscious about my chin for YEARS. I have been so scared to get any kind of filler but after my consolation I had nothing but confidence in Michele, and my goodness does it look good! She also evened out my lips, as they were quite uneven from a previous apt and they look incredible. The team inside the room while I was getting my work done, was so kind, and helped ease all the nerves I had. Not to mention the building and rooms are beyond clean and the esthetics make a person feel right at home. I wouldn't go anywhere in the city!

Absolutely love the staff at Rejuvaderm and the ENT Clinic. I’ve used both and found all the staff so friendly. They put you at ease and I feel very comfortable. I have gone to Rejuvaderm a few times now and have found the staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. The products are amazing and the staff are knowledgeable. I have also seen one of the specialists, Dr. Eric Wong (dermatologist) who comes down from Edmonton to see patients and was so amazed that he even sees patients on the weekend! My friend who lives in Manning was so thrilled as it's such a long drive and to be able to do it on the weekend is so handy. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be going back!

I had cancelled an appointment they gave me a new appointment for a date the dr said he would be in town then said they sent me a txt message saying what my new appointment was but I never got a txt so they were trying to say I had to pay 50$ or I had to drive to Edmonton I explained I never mad a mistake no one txted me an appointment and now because I used foul language on the phone that was not directed towards anyone I can’t use the clinic just goes to show what the world of coming to someone here’s som foul language and thinks it’s directed to them and cry’s wolf 10 years ago this would have never happens what a joke

The staff is outstanding especially with booking appointments. I get lazer hair removal done and it's been months since my less session. I get great results every time and less hair. Go see them for any treatments.

Beautiful clinic and staff are great. I come to see Dr. Wong for my Botox and filler from BC. Well worth the drive.

Went in for a check up as my family has a rare condition on melanoma and the dermatologist I seen made my appointment feel rushed and that I was not important. Felt like he was more focused on the next patient and not completely with me at the time. Not satisfied with how I was treated as a patient.

5 out of 5! Came in with a girlfriend for a laser hair removal consult and ended getting the treatment on the same day. The laser didn't hurt as much as I thought it would but there was some discomfort. I have had 3 treatments so far and love not having to shave my legs. I can't believe it took me so long to realize laser hair removal was an easier than I thought.
