Dr maninder longowal clearly explained my procedurehe said that he needed to see my ultrsound in order to proceed or not.

It is always an awesome experience when I visit. Starting with the MOAs in the reception area. I was greeted by the biggest and brightest smiles. Asking how I was doing, before the request for my medical #.
I didn't have to wait long before I was called to come into the examining room by the Nurse, (Jay) asked what I was there for and referred to notes on my file.

After voicing and him noting my concerns, he went and told Dr Grewal that I was ready, and he, Dr Grewal and another doctor came in we talked about my concerns, past issues and my previous surgery. Then the two Dr's checked out all issues. Dr Grewal then proceeded to treat some of the issues, and reassured me the others were no reason for concern.

Unless you have had issues in the past or present, people don't realize the relief in hearing those words "no need to worry its a ****. "

I feel very lucky to have Dr Grewal and his fantastic team in my corner and looking after my skin issues. I really can't recommend anyone else.

Update, back for another issue, So Dr Grewal, Nurse Kennedy, a student worked on me and took care of my surgical requirements. Nurse Kennedy was awesome with interview, freezing and post surgical Q & A's. Dr Grewal performed the surgery in his usual awesome way. Through the whole procedure, I never experienced any problems or discomfort. Is there a better rating than 5 stars.

Back again for a follow up from previous minor surgery. Front desk service was great. Seeing Jay again was like seeing an old friend. He asked how everything was going and asked if I had any concerns. After taking note he brought in Dr. Grewal and another doctor both of which checked me over addressing any concerns and questions. A sample was removed from my right shoulder to be sent for analysis. I didn't feel a thing. Jay said I was finished. I went to reception and booked my follow-up. I was in and out in great time. I highly recommend Dr Grewal and his fantastic team to anyone who requires topnotch skin care.

Hands down the best place i have ever gone for medical services. The staff is all so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable it makes every visit so smooth and stress free. I love the atmosphere here. Dr. Grewal is very knowledgeable and helpful, explains everything in detail and tries to find the best treatment for my keloid. I had my last visit with nurse JAY he is amazing and very friendly and really enjoys his work. Treatment was not as painful compared to other times, jay did a great job. Thanks

A couple years ago, my husband was referred to Dr. Leigh-Ann Smith at her previous clinic, for the correct diagnosis and treatment of his skin condition. During a more recent visit to her new Rejuvenation Clinic Downtown Location, my husband noticed that Dr. Smith also treats migraines with Botox. For the last 7 years, I had been seeing a Neurologist to be treated but that clinic no longer worked for me. Dr. Smith immediately took me on as a new patient and I was seen within 2 weeks. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. Her assistant Vianejei, was beyond amazing. While Dr. Smith did the injections, Vianeje stood by my side, keeping me calm and relaxed throughout the whole procedure with her gentle distractions. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient along with outstanding quality of medical care. Dr Smith is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Smtih has gone above and beyond to be sure that my husbands and myself health and wellness have been made first priority.

I came in for a hydrafacial a few weeks ago and had the greatest experience. I was so relaxed from start to finish and have never had smoother plump skin before! Dee explained every step thoroughly and I have no choice but to return for another facial!

I would caution coming to this clinic under a doctor referral - Ask many questions and ensure you receive all the information. Very shady - I was told the treatment, that is referred by the doctor would be covered under my referral only to be charged in the end with no ownership taken by the clinic due to the nurse's mis-information. It shouldn't be my problem it was her first week. Definitely do not recommend.

Without doing any testing he determined I was crazy don't know what I am talking about. I can prove if someone would put metal on my skin that is all and just see what happens. I also want medical back up from him to prove his findings to backup what he told me. This appointment cost over one hundred dollars get to and to be so nasty and rude. I love Dr. Smith in rejuvenation clinic downtown. Most of the front desk are pleasant. Except for this one lady in the front desk with a long black straight hair. She is abrupt. Even the way she type in the keyboard I can see that it's not gentle.kinda stressed. Her pouty lips doesn't look welcoming.

Yesterday I met with Dr. Smith & her nurse Amanda. They were both so amazing and made me feel at ease from the start of my appointment till the end. They both explained the procedure I was having and made sure when I left, I had all the information I needed to properly take care of the biopsied sites.

I have been to this clinic a couple times in the past few years. I have always had a great experience starting with the front administrative team to the nurses and the Doctors.

Definitely would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking skin services.

In the 20+ years that I've been dealing with my extreme case of eczema, I have never seen my skin as clear as it is today. I have Dr Smith, her nurses and everyone else who was involved in the treating of my skin for the past year to thank.

I came in without being to rejuvenation before and I was a little nervous. Abby was the nurse who was taking care of me and she was so kind and helpful with the concerns I had in regards to my skin. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Very helpful and super accommodating! I love the tv screen with animal content and free coffee. All the receptions staff are absolutely stellar! The hospitality is just amazing. From the general tidiness and relaxing atmosphere to the nurses at the front desk (shoutout to Julia Kolodenko for being so nice) its just amazing. Vianejei is the best. She is one of the nicest people i have met and very easy to talk to which eases the tension in the room everytime.

Really friendly staff all the way through from front of house to the nurse to the doctors. Great to have products available on site.

This was my first visit to a Dermatology clinic so I didn't know what to expect, the front desk, nurses and Dr. Longowal were very welcoming and I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Longowal explained to me what the different treatment options were and helped me choose based on those. After my first visit and the medication recommended, my problems have gone away. Would definitely recommend visiting this clinic and seeing Dr. Longowal for any of your needs.

I've been going to Rejuvenation for the past couple of months for light therapy and I'm always greeted with so much positivity from the front desk! The appointments are always very quick and I love how convenient it is to move appointments around through text. Dr. Maninder Longowal and his staff were absolutely brilliant! I would not recommend any other dermatologist then him. His co-worker Jessica was so loving and attentive as well! From the moment you step into this downtown location to the moment you exit just an stress free experience.

Today was my first appointment, I gave 2 stars only because the nurse and front desk staff were absolutely awesome/amazing but the doctor was not, I felt super rushed like he didn't have time or interest in my problem, he quickly recommended some medication under my eye and charged 50$ for a 1 minute application, I was truly shocked I paid the amount and left. I felt 0 care by doctor and I wouldn't go back. Honestly it's a shame because I need a couple of procedures done and they lost a potential long term client.

Had such a great experience! Dr Grewal is friendly and knowledgeable and all the nurses and front desk staff especially Tanja and Meagan were so great at the front with their kindness and professionalism. I feel rejuvenated will definitely be back!

I hade the Doctor and Nurses help with some skin cancers. They were very competent and kind, taking the time to make me comfortable and stop being frightened. Very, very kind, indeed.

I've been with D. Grewal for several years when he practiced at "Stratica Medical", and was a bit apprehensive switching locations. However, I can say that every experience that I have had at "Rejuvenation Dermatology Downtown" has been astounding. It's quite an upgrade in terms of presentation and medical room offerings.

As always Dr. Grewal is a pleasure to see, and is always so insightful despite my long list of questions each time we meet. The surgery I had him perform was stress free and all of the staff kept me well informed for wound care and potential risks following it.

All of the nurses are so pleasant and patient with you, but having been helped directly by Amanda, you can really tell they care about you as a person and try their best to ensure you're comfortable. Even planning a head and getting me a pillow to support my chest on the medical table, or finding additional bandages for me to manage my wounds out of office.

Lastly, to top it off is the friendly reception staff, whereas I got to talk with Meagan who was super chipper and helpful with my scheduling. All in all, this is a lovely office to go to by bus and train as it's right outside of Corona station.

Although, I do wish there was an opportunity to have free parking like it did at the "Stratica" location, it's understandable that parking can be difficult given the current central downtown location.

I had a very good experience at the downtown location. As a man going in for a skin condition appointment I was a bit unsettled, however Julia convinced me it would be ok when she set the appointment and nurse Brianna, and Dr. Grewal made me feel comfortable during my appointment. At my check in I was greeted very warmly at reception by Meghan which help me feel less self conscious.

I came to the clinic on the medical side. On the reception desk, Meagan, Julia and Tanja were welcoming and friendly, Dr. Grewal was professional and smart, and nurse Vianejei was just a delight-both efficient at the treatment, and a very personable and kindly person.

I would highly recommend this clinic! Front staff are very friendly, each nurse I’ve had the pleasure of being cared for were extremely helpful and patient, and Dr. Grewal does a great job at making you feel comfortable about every step of your care!
