Had a visit with Trish in Photo Dynamic Therapy. She was excellent, not just the therapy part but also answered what questions I had and made it a great visit.

My 13-year-old son was experiencing some skin issues and no one could figure out what it was and it was causing him severe distress and affecting his self-esteem. We met with the most amazing nurse and doctor at this clinic, and they knew exactly what it was right away, they put him at least they were able to answer all of our questions, and for once he felt uplifted and happy and had closure For What was happening with the face. They even gave us a little bag of free samples to help get them started right away. It was a fantastic experience and I’m grateful that we had the team that we did.

My next appointment I was greeted by their friendly staff once again. Cara was the nurse who assisted me after my examination with Dr. Hughes. Both EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend them.
For 6 years I have dealt with Sarcoidosis nodules on my upper arm, but thanks to this clinic, and Dr. Hughes, I no longer have to worry. The nodules are gone, and I will be able to wear sleeveless shirts again this summer.

I was referred to this clinic by my medical doctor. I seen Dr. Dupuis who was extremely professional and helpful in diagnosing the small bump I have on my face. Her assistant was also very friendly and thorough in explaining my treatment plan and the next steps, if the original treatment plan does not work. At first, I was apprehensive about the clinic as my first referral got lost and I ended up waiting 5 months for a call back to which I didn’t receive. But once my referral got sent off again they had contacted me in 2 weeks and I waited another 3ish weeks for an appointment which is an acceptable length of time, in my opinion. I do want to thank the clinic for their compassion as my first appointment I had to call into the clinic the day of my appointment to cancel as I had a pet suddenly pass away and the woman I spoke to on the phone was understanding, rebooked me immediately and waived any late fees, which was greatly appreciated.

I gave them a 5 because they are on the ball, the doctor Gracias is great. They listen to my concerns and do their best to help me. The nurses are very personable as well. Thank you Rejuvenation Dermatology Clinic!

Have been coming here for a couple years both by Dr.referrals and booking appointments. Weeks ago I booked in for a peel or microdermabrasion in the South, I live in the North. Whoever booked my appointment suggested I have a quick consult first to help decide. I arrived expecting a consult and peel but was told by technician I'm only here for a consult. What a complete waste of my time and gas. I have 2 jobs and a very busy family/kids. I've had a consult here and was looking for an opinion. Sooo disappointed. I should add my technician was very apologetic and tried to find me an appointment with her that would work. I'm just super busy.

Friendly staff, got to the root of the problem very quickly. Morgan explained everything to put me at ease. On the way out I finished up with Nichole to help me setup some more appointments. Everyone was very helpful.

I was recommended by Rebecca and when I arrived I was escorted (like a VIP) to the back spa treatment waiting area. Big comfy couches, coffee bar, and modern decor. It all was spotless and clean and I felt excited. Melissa did my treatment. Both women were amazing in assessing and I felt very comfortable. Melissa was very knowledgeable and it was very obvious how experienced and capable she was. I agreed with all of her assessments and loved her suggestions. I am super happy with the results and will definitely be returning regularly.

I frequent this location up to three times a week to treat my skin condition, because I come as often as I do life can sometimes get in the way. Always friendly and accommodating. I’ve had a great experience with everyone I’ve interacted with, especially Lauren S. She is always welcoming. I once showed up for an appointment I thought I had booked through their call centre but unfortunately hadn’t gone through and Lauren made sure they could squeeze me in as I was already there.

I have been to both North and South Clinics and today I had my first facial at the South clinic! All I can say is WOW! A big thanks to Elena for making the experience so wonderful and a huge shout out to Emily J at the North Clinic for recommending and referring me to the South Clinic for the best facial I've ever had!

I have been coming in for my uv treatments for a few months now and everytime i come in its always a welcoming feeling I receive especially on textline michael and jehan always accomadate the times for me to get in for uv:)

I am not sure if my queries were irrelevant, however, I went in for a number of reasons and I felt rushed to share what my concerns were. No follow up questions were asked for issues presented with the skin and I was basically told there is nothing to do.

Very clean building, pleasant staff and it seems to be popular however I am definitely not interested in doing a follow up visit.

Today, in for my regular UVB treatment and Lauren S.welcomed me as I approached the front desk, booked me in, and she was ready to take me back for my treatment…all before I could even say ‘hi’.

I had an outstanding experience at Rejuvenation Dermatology, they really have taken it to the next level in terms of customer service and paying attention to small details. I had a swift check-in and was taken to a very comfortable and relaxing VIP Concierge waiting area for my appointment, where I was offered a nespresso coffee and other refreshments. I was even offered to charge my phone if needed while I waited! Such a nice little touch. Bailey, who did my laser treatment, did an amazing job and is very knowledgeable about the laser technologies. I did have a small billing error from a previous transaction, which they brought to my attention (not me having to follow up), which the team went to great lengths to resolve. I simply left feeling well taken care of. They have taken it up a notch in terms of VIP Customer Service.

This clinic is so vibrant inside, easy to find and lots of parking outside. You wouldn't have to worry about getting here during winter. I spoke to Diane about my hyperhidrosis on the hands, and she recommended to book an appointment to know more about the botox treatment. She cares for the patients, and quick in booking you in at a time that's most convenient for the patient. Morgan is knowledgeable in skin products. She knows what products to pair with what, and she recommends products that actually work. Really good in upselling too. Totes recommend this clinic for a solution (that works!) to all your skin problems!

I have to say, I am really disappointed with the clinic. I have waited 6 months for the appointment I had today, but receiving no reminder calls/texts/email/contact of any sort I did not have a time written down for the appointment. I tried calling twice this morning - once just before 8: 30 and once just after 9: 30. The 8: 30 call I waited on hold 15 minutes and nobody was picking up and I needed to deal with some stuff at home. So I called back for 9: 30 - only waited on hold 10 minutes for someone to answer this time. Turns out my appointment was at 8: 55 this morning and the clinic just didn't bother to contact me for a reminder beforehand. The next available appointment (which isn't until Feb 2022), I won't even be in Alberta because I have to go take care of a parent out of province.

I really needed to see a dermatologist - there is only so long one can wait while the body attacks itself. Back to my family Doctor to ask for a referral to another doctor who wants patients to come in because clearly these guys don't care.

I really excited from the staff of Rejuvenation (Southland). But the services provided by Kat, Halla, Jehan and Krystal is very amazing, friendly and polite! All this girls truly care. I appreciate their service and deeling. I am very happy with my results. All these girls may be promoted!

I have been to this office several times over the years. Dr Kuzel is a delight to work with, great suggestions for skincare and the staff is top notch!

Laser clinic- they used the wrong laser energy and I have 12-15 burns from the laser.the dermatology team has been helpful, but the scars from the burns will be there for a long time.the laser clinic never followed up which seems very negligent and the aestheticians don't seem very knowledgeable about how to use their lasers.

I've been going to RejUvenation for several years now for a few things. I have nothing but great things to say about the front service desk, Dr. Kuzel, Dr Massie and the nursing and support staff. They are amazing, helpful, cheerful, and always have time for my questions. It's always a pleasure to go there.

My sisters, mom and I have all been clients of Laser Rejuvenation for many years. The staff there is super friendly and knowledgeable. We all get our laser hair removal done by Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. She is always on time and never keeps us waiting for our appointments. Lauren is so precise, professional, and truly goes the extra mile for every single one of her clients. This laser clinic is beautiful on the inside and I highly recommend Lauren and the clinic to my friends and family.

We went to NW branch twice we’ve waited for an hour twice but in SW branch we’ve waited just few minutes and the doctor prescribed a good cream for my baby’s eczema.thank you

Very bad experience i had eczema on my face Dr. Kathelne fraser recommended me protopic cream she never said that use only on effected area she told me that use this on full face which makes my pores clogged and makes bumps on my face then I visit her again she said oh you need glycolic peeling i had already skin issue she give me another one which will she treated by peeling.very disappointing and ita been one and half year still having bumps on my face and couldn’t be treated.

It was my first time going to Rejuvenation Dermatology and it was just delightful. Dr. Navi Dhaliwal was very quick to diagnose my problem and figured out the correct solution on the spot. After one treatment, it has improved drastically. Nurse Bree was very sweet and accommodating.

It was a good experience. The doctor checked me over for any cancer and was quick. The nurse scraped my face in two places and then put stuff on it to get rid of it.
I love going there.hey make you feel relaxed.

This was a terrible experience, I has some minor hair loss with some acne scarring. Dr. Kathleen Fraser came in and looked at my hair for 2 seconds and said you need to take a blood pressure medicine. I told her I want to stop taking YAZ because of all the side effects and in response she said I need to take this medicine plus a birth control pill because of all the side effects! She spend 2 mantes in the room without asking for my bloods Iron or zinc levels.how long ago I had acne why I had it, nothing! Absolutely a waste of time.

I've been to Rejuv on two occasions and both times had such a great experience with the front end staff. Mackenzie and Morgan are both very knowledgable, and were super helpful in matching me with products and treatments that fit my skin's needs!

Very poor service, my appointment was supposed to be at 3: 30 pm and they called me in at 4: 10 pm. Waited more than 30 minutes and the front desk was telling me we can reschedule your appointment. I mean come on I drove like an hour to be told that I can reschedule because they are running behind.

She took skin samples from the areas of concern, taking care to communicate very effectively regarding what she was about to do and how she would proceed. You created a space in which I felt safe and listened to while proceeding at a pace I know is required with the number of people seeking attention, yet I did not feel rushed.

I had a second appointment today August 13,2021, at Rejuvenation Dermatology North. A well appointed, newly opened facility. Very personable front desk staff and the process from beginning to end was effective and efficient. Dr. Guo was focused and quick with the surgery he performed on two parts of my body, nose and neck, as well as personable, leaving room for questions before and after the process.
Navreet was the individual who took care of freezing each area prior to surgery, as well as communicating each step of the way and completing the stiches for the area on my neck. She checked with me at regular intervals to see how I was doing. What a wonderful human being. I don't know about you however, when the word malignant is used, I immediately have an emotive reaction (fear) yet, in Dr. Guo and Navreet's presence I knew I was in good hands. Thorough, professional and personable. Very much appreciated, thank you to you both! Don

The level of service here is by far the highest among other offices in Calgary. Hannah S.made my experience a great one, and I am super excited to come back!

The nurse was very personable and immediately put me at ease. She made sure I was who I said I was and went over what was done and gave me a really nice gown to slip into which did cover everything.
Dr. Doan was very professional and got right down to business but at the same time was very friendly and talkative. She addressed my concerns and quickly did what she deemed appropriate. She even took the time to hand me a tissue when my eyes began to water profusely.

I had tattoo removal done last week with Jalyn and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I told her I was "a fainter" and she immediately inverted my chair and got me an ice pack. She checked in on me constantly to see how I was doing - which was much appreciated! She kept the conversation going to keep my mind off the procedure and the treatment itself was nearly painless.

Jalyn is one of the most kind and caring people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for tattoo removal or any other laser treatment.

I would avoid this clinic if you are cancer patient. I feel totally ignored nurses are not answering phoncalls.
I get impression that this practice is only for beauty procedures and not medical dermatology. I still waiting for phonecall from nurse.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Morgan was so helpful for my first visit at the clinic. She encouraged me to book a facial and was very detailed in explaining what to expect, she also took the time to go over products and what would benefit me best. She’s super knowledgeable and knows her products well.
Bailey did my facial. It was hands down the most relaxing experience ever. I walked out of that room with my skin literally glowing, I can’t wait to book another.
At that same appointment I had my first ever Botox treatment with Dr. Kuzel, he was so professional, knowledgeable, didn’t over do it keeping my appearance looking very natural. Not to mention, the treatment was virtually painless.
This place is a one stop shop for all your skincare needs, I highly recommend booking. My biggest regret is not booking sooner!

I went to rejuvenation for the first time ever yesterday and honestly it was the best experience I have had with a doctor and a clinic in a VERY long time. Dr Guo really listened to all my concerns and he was very comforting in regards to my history on why I was there to begin with.

I never thought that I could fix my problems that I am having and dr guo gave me hope.

I would recommend this office to ANYONE it’s beautiful, clean and efficient.

I recently attended the office for a consultation and the professionalism was superb from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Morgan and taken to the lounge which was relaxing and comfortable and felt like the spa. Morgan proceeded to introduce me to the clinic and provided some excellent knowledge. She was great. Dr. Dhaliwal and Jenny were both amazing and and professional. Highly recommend this facility. See you soon derm dream team.

This has been the worst place for a dermatologist visit. The receptionists are always rude and their tones are questionable. The wait times are extremely long and doctors are always in a rush. I have at multiple times sat in the waiting room for 30min to an hour. They don't take into consideration any patient history. I had recently booked an appointment with Dr. Michael Massi, and with a 3 week gap. A day after booking my appointment I called the clinic again and asked the receptionist if the doc will be able to see my daughter as well that day (with the 3 weeks gap) for a minor issue (my daughter has remained their patient as well). She said there is no appointment available but I can try bringing her in and the doc might see her. At my appointment day I asked at the reception in person, at 10: 40 am they said NO the doc is at the patient cap! U should have booked a separate appointment and at 10: 40 am they said that the doctor Can't see anymore patients. During my appointment the doc was aggressive and did not listen to me barely saw me for 5-7 minutes max. I work 2 jobs and had really made time in my schedule for this appointment! I did ask him about my daughter who was sitting right there n he responded very rudely that I didn't ask you to bring your daughter or take an off from her school. He literally talked back at me in a very controlled tone. I did not appreciate his attitude or the way he treated me. This clinic doesn't care about patients or their times. They charge AHS for each patient when they care not at all about the patent and only about making money clearly. Extremely mismanaged clinic and rude staff and doctors

I recently had CoolSculpting done by Lauren at Rejuvenation. What a great experience! Lauren is very skilled and professional. Her consultation was thorough. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure and even followed up with me in two days to see how I was doing. The clinic is beautiful, front desk staffs are friendly. I cannot wait to see the results in a few weeks!

The staff are always welcoming at every visit and Dr. Kuzel is great always seeking new ways to help my condition.

Had my first appointment today. The nurse (Paige) and dermatologist (Jennifer Doane) were very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. I've never had skin issues before so this was all new to me and I'm very excited on moving forward with the treatment I was given and for future appts.

It was the first time I've ever been to a clinic like this they were very kind and talked me through the appt and explained everything. Even helped keep me calm when I was feeling a bit nervous

I have been going to the Laser Rejuvenation Center since it opened for Botox for Migraine. The time and attention the doctors put forth to control my migraines is unsurpassed. The center is beautiful and my appointment is always on time!

I was referred by my doctor to get some moles checked. Everyone was very kind and I felt welcomed. I had to get a biopsy of one of my moles and had to get local anesthetic in that area. Something that has never happened to me before but I all of a sudden felt nauseous, shaky, feeling like I was going to faint and started to have an anxiety attack to boot! I informed Paige of how I was feeling and she stopped the procedure immediately. She got me juice and sat with me until I was feeling better. She wasn’t forcing me to continue with the procedure she was very thoughtful and amazing! In the end I did get to finish the procedure and I am very happy with the service I was given. Thank you again Paige!

I have been going to this clinic for a few years now for Botox and they have absolutely amazing service! Dr. Kuzel is such a fantastic doctor, so personable and has guided me so well along the way. Shaveena, my nurse, just blew it out of the water. She went over and above to make sure I was extremely happy and well taken care of. 1000% recommend.

Everyone is really friendly and cared about the issues I was having. I came in with a bad case of perioral dermatitis and they prescribed me with a cream and anti-biopics and it cleared up. What I love most is that they schedule a follow up appointment with you right there before you leave, which I really appreciate instead of sending me in my way and then saying “come back if it doesn’t go away”.
They also took a skin sample of some strange marks on my skin and made sure it was as painless as possible, where as my doctor looked at it for two sections and threw me some anti-fungal cream that didn’t work at all with no follow up.

100% would recommend.
