Always great seeing Dr. Karpman and staff! They are always helpful knowledgeable and professional! Worth the 5hr drive from Grande Prairie!

We originally saw a different dermatologist for my grandmothers skin cancer. I was very unhappy with her care - we asked around and Dr. Karpam was suggested. My grandmother felt very cared for, he was much for thorough, and found another spot after doing his check. Our whole family will go here now if we need dermatology services.

I was recommended to this place by my doctor and to be honest, didn't really know what to expect. I must say it was a good experience overall and I have no complaints. Olimpia was my nurse and she was great. She had answers and recommendations to all my questions, including inquiries that didn't even pertain to the exact issue I was there. I don't go out of my way to give reviews unless there I feel compelled to by a strong negative or positive experience. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend this place. Keep it up!

This beautiful state of the art facility has wonderful doctors, nurses and receptionists. I saw Dr. Lindgren, very knowledgeable and gave me better cream for my face pigmentation. I will have to see him again after three months. But he is very respectful and helpful. Thank you

This post identifies as Dora which is my wife's name because I'm using her old phone. I'm Tom and my appointment went very well, indeed.
I was taken in very quickly and Jan did my initial processing very promptly.
Dr. Nughyn attended to me in short order, assessed my issued and discussed them thoroughly.
He left Jan to attend to the treatment (which entailed taking biopsies) after arranging to have a further appointment set up.
Jan quickly and pleasantly executed the necessary procedures with full explanations as she went.
Overall it was an excellent experience and I look forward to attending at my next appointment in three weeks to discuss the results of the biopsy testing and a further assessment of my overall skin health.

Dr. Lingdren and Taylor were very helpful. They are taking my concerns seriously and are looking for a better solution for my hair loss.

I was nervous as this was my first cosmetic treatment experience. I was treated with respect and care, that put me at ease. The procedure while not the most pleasant experience was done quickly and with care. It has only been 24 hours so there is swelling and some bruising. So far I am very happy with the results. Dr Wong was informative and caring during the process I would highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedures you are considering.

Modern clinic that feels & looks like a spa, Dr Karpman was very punctual and caring, the support staff very professional.

Not recommended and not satisfied with the service as Dr. Nguyen was not helpful at all. He wasn’t sure about everything and didn't really explain everything well. I’d rather go to a professional dermatologist who doesn’t need to search literally everything on Google to find out about the solution to your concern. That’s time-consuming, and he just wasted my time!

I was seen 1 hour and 30 minutes after my designated appointment, and the lady at the clerk desk (not the front desk) would not stop clicking her pen while talking to me and so it was very hard to understand what she was saying. Also, she looked kind of annoyed while talking to me, I assume because it did take me a good minute to find an appointment time that would work. I don’t blame her too much though because it was extremely busy. Overall I like this place so I’ll give 4 stars but todays service was not the best.

Absolutely zero patient-centered care here.
I was referred by my family doctor because the scar on my face didn’t heal properly, leaving a swollen bump on my face. Dr. Wong looked at my face and said: "You have a keloid. You will have an injection and laser therapy. It will cost you $XXX". I had no explanation about keloid, the possible side effects of treatment, how soon after beginning treatment my symptoms will start to improve, what are the chances of the keloid coming back, and my expectations. Nothing. When I asked him what made him so sure that I had a keloid, he said he will test me if I want, which will be paid for by AHS. He took a biopsy, but he didn’t warn me that he would make a cut and stitch it. Now I have a new stitch on my face. If Dr. Wong warned me about it, I would have never agreed to go ahead with it. He should be concerned and asked me first how my skin condition affects my self-esteem and my confidence in social situations, especially during Xmas time. On top of what I had with my face; I have a new fresh stitch! This dermatology appointment was just a scheme to sell expensive cosmetic skin care, not to serve a patient's needs. I will look for a different dermatologist who honours his appointments and is ethical and caring.

Love coming to this clinic the comfortable environment and the friendly staffs! Nikole always makes me feel so comfortable by coming here to do my treatments, she's so down to earth, take care of the patients genuinely and make each visit less intimidating, i wish i can give her a 10 out 10!

Being in healthcare myself, I understand the pressures and demands associated with the career. It can be challenging to keep smiling and maintain composure under all circumstances. A wonderful clinic! I was greeted and seen promptly by a nurse, Carrie, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had all my concerns addressed by the dermatologist (my referring doctor didn't send all the information they were supposed to). The appointment with Dr. K was quick and simple and the clinic had so many amenities and such a wonderful staff that I will definitely be back for some cosmetic procedures in the future. Happy to have a dermatology clinic I can rely on for all my skincare needs.

Dr Jeffrey Lindgren is phenomenal! He was our family doctor before he moved on with his career. I followed him as I was having issues with acne. He is very sincere and listens full heartedly to all your concerns and questions you have. For once in 40 yrs I am acne free and feel amazing! Thank you Dr Lindgren for being a great doctor. The world needs more of you!

It was great. Everybody w nice especially Dr. Karpman and his assistant I think her name is Brooke.

I was referred here by my doctor for a skin rash that I have had for quite some time now. I was examined by a dermatologist who suggested I get a punch biopsy to get a proper diagnosis. He assured me I would be left with a tiny linear scar so I agreed. After taking the stitch out after 14 days the puncture site immediately opened and was still a rather large hole. I myself am a nurse and know how to prevent infection but was rather shocked to see how open the site remained. Now more than a month later I am left with a large circular scab that will certainly heal much larger than a tiny scar. During my follow up to review the results I aired my frustrations to the nurse who called me, who told me to continue to apply polysporin to the site. No apology was offered. Overall I am so disappointed. Hopefully the light therapy works to lessen the original skin rash (which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars), but the scar of a botched biopsy will remain.

My husband and I saw Dr. Matthew Karpman at the clinic. From entering the office and speaking with the assistance to then speaking to the Dr we were pleasantly surprised by how professional and personable everyone was. Especially Dr. Karpman. We would not hesitate to recommend!

My 7 year old daughter needed to be seen urgently when she suddenly developed ulcer like wounds on her legs. We were given a requisition and told by our GP to try being seen as an urgent walk in. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful front desk staff. I explained the situation and even without an appointment they offered to consult with a nurse. They returned and advised us they would have us seen by Dr. Lindgren. My daughter was seen almost immediately by the nurse, followed by Dr. Lindgren. He was amazing. My daughter has had a lot of experience with many medical staff and after she was finished being seen by him she commented to me how scared she was but that after talking to him she didn't feel scared anymore. She said that she loved that he talked directly to her and asked her the questions instead of me because it made her feel safe and important. She was so relaxed after talking to him she didn't even flinch when he took put freezing in to take a biopsy. We were then also seen by Dr. Karpmen who was able to consult and give a second opinion to help diagnose the issue and provide us with a treatment plan. All of the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and relaxed. They were extremely friendly and accommodating (even to the point of apologizing for having to wait for the dermatologist which I felt was completely unnecessary as we hadn't even had an appointment). The clinic was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The entire process from check in, to booking follow-up was organized, efficient and pleasant. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Been coming here for a year and nothing has changed. They say the same thing every time I come in.

Staffs are very kind. They work hard and fast. Also waiting time is very short. Within 5 minutes they call you when you have a seat and wait. Awesome. I hope that medical system in Canada need to learn from these staffs. Super fast. They are Superman. I love them. I recommend.

Had my first dermal infusion with Isabela, she was very professional and was able to help me understand the process of the dermal infusion which made me feel really comfortable in the process. I will definitely be going back to her soon as I was very impressed her work. As well as Dr. Karpman, he really cared about what I had to say and I really appreciate that in a healthcare professional.

Everybody is always very friendly here, also you get to see the doctor very quick, no need to wait for half an hour or so.

I have atopic dermatitis (eczema) and saw Dr. Karpman yesterday. He is an amazing doctor who actually cares about making a difference in the lives of his patients. He is very kind, caring and professional. I have been to multiple dermatologists in the past who have seen me for 30 seconds, gave me a cream that ends up not working, and I'm out of there. But Dr. Karpman took the time to hear about my struggle with eczema and gave me options to manage it better. Although eczema is not curable, he reassured me that he will make sure it gets better. Thank you so much Dr. Karpman and your kind staff for your help yesterday! ️

This is a top notch establishment. The staff are courteous and prompt, the facility is always clean and well kept. Social distancing is practiced in the waiting room, that is good in my books. The doctors and assistants are the best, they see me on time give or take a few minutes and take the time to listen.

Dr. Wong is excellent as was the nurse on duty. I was on time and all went well. My only complaint is I received 5 identical emails in succession requesting this review. Before my appointment, I received 5 identical emails in succession requesting me to confirm my appointment and complete online forms. Rejuvenation should fix these email glitches.

I see Dr. Wong for both medical and cosmetic- he is awesome, and very thorough. The nurses work very hard to make sure patients are seen on time. I had nurse Kayla at my last visit and she was delightful. Would recommend this clinic and dermatologist to anyone. They are fast, efficient, very friendly and on time.
