Got a call from my wife at 3: 00 pm that she couldn’t open the garage door. Upon closer inspection one of the springs had snapped. Called Reliable Garage Door at 3: 10, they were on site by 4 and the door was fixed before 5. Price was reasonable and service excellent. Would recommend.

Service you can trust. Had an issue with my garage door and chose them based on the online reviews. Was not disappointed. Called them and got a quote right away, they were at my house in 30 minutes and fixed it within the hour while staying on budget. Service was very good.

Alex is an effective person. I called him and left a voice message today, he turned up at front of my door in one hour or two. After he inspected my garage door opener which came back working (it quit working but normal because of the warmer temperatures today), he suggested not to replace the opener (although it's more than 30 years old) until it's broken. What a honest person! He then quoted me a price of replacement of the hardwares which seemed to be very reasonable.

The garage doors stopped working on both properties in one week. Alex came out and fix them both, on time and budget! Great service! 10/10!

The services provided by Alex have been outstanding. A cable broke on our garage door and Alex provided same-day repair service. The door was in bad condition and I discussed replacing it. The first thing that Alex told me was that it could be refurbished at a much lower cost than replacement. I opted for replacement and a new opener. Alex researched the options and promptly provided his recommendation. The door and new opener were installed last week. I called up Reliable GDR after noticing one of pull wires rusted through and the door was busted. They came out within the hour. The service was quick (replace roller and wires, re hang and balance door) and cost a reasonable $250. This was very reasonable and below other companies call back fees (excluding repair).
Overall good service, quick response, quick work -30min in and out.

If I could give 10stars I really would. I had to jump on here real quick to leave this review, as soon as he fixed the problem with my garage door sensor. Contacted regarding a broken garage opener and texted within an hour and was willing to come later that day for repair. Went ahead with a full replacement and we was very professional, did a great job and explained the entire setup and very helpful with all my questions. I called Reliable Garage Doors after our door spring suddenly broke. Alex gave me a time and showed up as promised. I am very impressed with his knowledge, ability and care to quickly assess and fix the issue. In addition, he proactively addressed an issue with the door opener to avoid future problems. I am very happy I called Reliable and highly recommend them.

Alex promised to show on Friday or Saturday for quote for new weather strip for door.did not show and no call. Called on Monday to ask what happened, he said he was busy and would come that night at 5pm.did not show and no call. Showed up the next day and banged on the front door til my wife answered the door as I was still asleep. No good. Quoted work at $350.for 3 pieces of weather strip? I don't think so, called another garage door guy who advised the parts are less than $100 for this job and 15 minutes work. Now to be fair I cannot comment on the quality of Alex's work as I will go with the other installer but RELIABLE? No offence but Alex should consider a name change.

A gentleman named Alex called me back very soon after I had left the message, and scheduled the visit for later the same day. When he showed up, he quickly identified the problem and had all the necessary supplies and equipment in his vehicle, so I didn't have to wait. The price, in my opinion, was reasonable - I expected I would need to pay more. Also, Alex gave a few useful tips and did a couple of small garage-related things free of charge as an extra courtesy. When my neighbours noticed my door was half closed and slanted, they texted me Alex’s number right away. They had recently hired his services and coincidentally, I found out so had another neighbour two doors down, to install a new door.
Alex was super friendly and quoted me on the spot after a quick look. He got to work right away and had everything he needed including several ladders. I usually try to do work myself unless it’s something I can’t do with someone’s help and some research. I was expecting this to cost a fortune, which is why it had gotten so bad. Even my handiest neighbour told me to call a professional. The door was slanted, wouldn’t open or close, one cable was completely shredded and broken, most of the door rollers had fallen off the rails and kept falling off, the frame was bent, along with other issues. While trying to get it on the rails, the whole door fell down, and it was solid wood. This didn’t faze Alex. He knew exactly what to do and stuck to his original quote, even though he needed to call his assistant, which was much appreciated. I’m very grateful and would recommend him to anyone!
