Order says five day delivery or less for parts in stock. Ordered on June 25th and tracking says July 6th delivery. Not very reliable!

I needed parts for my Samsung fridge and reached out to these guys to see if they could help. Lori was fantastic, she helped get me the parts I needed and even followed up with me to let me know some of the parts I was ordering was not correct for my issue. If you are looking for appliance parts I recommend giving them a call.

Last year, washing machine parts ordered on line, picked up in store with no problems. This month, dryer parts needed. Drive into the Calgary Fairmount store, they had all the parts in stock, got in and out with no problem. Ricki was very friendly and knew exactly what was needed. Great service!

Went to the store, yesterday, physically to get a part, had the OEM parts number, was asked if I was picking up items. When I said I was not, I was then told they couldn't help me cause the system has been down for a few days.didn't even attempt to help me without relying upon the computer system.
But if I had ordered from the internet, I would have been able to get the item.how does that logic work? Don't the internet orders have to go through "the system", to be processed?
And then today, when phoning to find out if the system was back up and running, nobody answered the phones.so they can't process an order from somebody walking into their store front, and they can't answer the phones (you would think not being able to sell stuff, would free up time to answer the phones but I guess that logic doesn't work).
Whole disappointed in my experience with this company. Guess Amazon's getting another order

Regardless of overpriced parts, I called the store to make sure they have the required parts and they answer it is available, and after I drive over 50 km to pick it up they told me it is out of stock and I can preorder it and receive it after 6 months. Really after 6 months, is that a joke? It was my first and will be the last time to deal with this company. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered up a heating element for my dishwasher and was told at the time of ordering it would be 4-6 weeks. After over 2 months of waiting with no call I decided to call in and inquire. The person I talked to told me it’s still not in, they can’t tell me when it will be in and could be anywhere between a few weeks to 6-7 months. When asked what my options are he just said to wait and their was nothing he could tell me. I feel like the name “Reliable Parts” is the exact opposite of what I’m getting with this company.

I was worried about this place after reading some of the reviews. Maybe the attendant was having a bad day.
Anyway, the service was good to me. I new the part number I was looking for. Showed it to him. And got it after just a minute.

Very rude man behind the counter, barely wearing a mask and barely wanted to help. Luckily I went to another reliable parts and was given excellent service. Do not go to this store, go to the one in trail.

Ordered parts for my dishwasher at the beginning of December 2020, gave them my credit card number and was told I would receive my order within 4 weeks as it was on back order.

Fast forward to today 12 January 2021 when I received a call from them telling me that my credit card declined and needs a new number in order to complete the order.

I found this confusing as when I first ordered the parts, my card had a 0 balance owing so should not have declined. I did however max it out during my Amazon Christmas shopping, but that was mid December. He then explained that they only charge the card once the manufacturer put the order together. This made sense, however I questioned why they waited till after 4 weeks (when the parts were supposed to arrive) to reach out about the declined card. He then told me that he has called be numerous times about this and I didn't answer.so basically my fault

I gave him a new card number which went through and told me (after asking him) that the order will arrive in 4 weeks. I found this quite frustrating as I was expecting to already have my parts by now, but now I am going to have to wait another 4 weeks. I told him that I am a bit frustrated because of this and he just said that it was because the card declined and he was unable to get a hold of me and he called at least 3 times prior to today.

After getting off the phone with him, I checked my call logs and saw that he only called me 1 time prior to today, which was on January 5th 2021.so not at least 3 times as he stated and already 4 weeks after I originally placed my order and the order was supposed to be here.

I suspect that they forgot to place my order and realized almost a month later and tried to make it sound like it was my fault because my card declined on January 5th (due to xmas shopping). Almost a month after I originally placed my order.

I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things can be missed, especially during these shutdowns, but I would appreciate honesty and ownership of a mistake rather than misrepresenting the truth to make it seem as if it was the clients fault. I would not have been upset if he had told me about the oversight rather than lie to me.

The most incredibly rude little man behind the counter today! Was recommended to go here by Home Depot.would not even consider spending a penny here! And to top it off his nose was not covered by his mask!

Trying to order dishwasher parts, the female phone representative was not knowledgeable, she asked me to provide store parts number instead of searching.
I highly recommend to contact the other Reliable Parts locates nearby Deerfoot Mall. I tried calling that location, the sales representative was knowledgeable and explain details of the parts. The parts can be returned or exchanges within 30 days other than the Heritage location told was non-refundable.
Not sure why different location carries different policies, but I will definitely go to the location nearby Deerfoot Mall moving forward.

A very nice gentleman met me at the door and asked me what i needed. I told him what i thought i needed and advised me i should check another possible source of my problem which would cost me a fraction of what I wouldve paid. Sure enough i went and checked and he was right. He could have easily charged me the 300 and have me come back to buy the part a actually needed. Great integrity

Extremely poor customer service from a particular male phone representative. However it seems that Jen may have saved the day after my part has gone missing for nearly a month. Still one star for the incredibly rude phone representative the first time giving me the run around and being too lazy to look up my information and hanging up on me.

I went there hoping they had a dishwasher part. The guy at the desk did a search for me and I walked out with the illusive dishwater handle in a very short time. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have the parts you’re looking for, I’m very pleased.

Good place to find any parts for your appliance with great service. Went in to get a replacement condenser fan for my fridge and a new o-ring for the washer. Better to go here than to wait weeks from online orders.

No song and dance. No "We can have that in next week". No fuss at all. It was just "What's the part number? " Pause "I'll be right back with your part".

Ordered parts for my dryer on May 6 - hadn't heard anything by May 27 so phoned back. Order was put on hold as they had to reauthorize my card but never phoned me to do so. Extremely disappointing to be waiting nearly a month for my parts only to find they were never ordered in the first place.

Brought in my model and serial number. Had the part within 2 minutes. Not cheap but convenient.

Good service. A gentlemen older than I, helped me with an oven igniter as well as swapping the brackets between what they had and what I had. Even warned me about the very fragile piece that easily breaks. Sometimes it is the little things like that. Plus the part was in stock.
